A large group of large and small investors cumulated over the years (decades). Count of shares not available but "up there."
A vote such as this is not possible without an honest reckoning by management of the company's situation on all fronts.
Our group of investors so far agrees with Jackcross and WIV.
Our group of investors will offer recommendations based on what the proxy divulges and offers.
How many investors will be ready to write a blank check when their investment will continue to drift in the shadows for years?
The main issue on the agenda for the SH meeting seems to be salaries and compensation. Any other issues on the table?
Our group of shareholders will issue a recommendation at the appropriate time.
Is the meeting being called because the SEC finally got involved?
In agreement with you completely!
The dysfunction is now apparent to everyone.
That's what I meant when I posted, "Does anyone see a pattern here?"
As an addendum to your deleted message, I would suggest:
"Other People's Money, " with Danny DeVito.
OK, a “cleaning company” may be a bit harsh, but it conveys the disappointment of seeing a company that was to be the US’s premier pioneer in the applications of ozone/oxygen mixtures to modern medicine lose it all.
Blood purification was a possibility, with caveats. German scientists knew a hundred years ago that whole blood mixed with ozone turn to mush. But the exposure to several key blood components, like factor VIII for hemophilia, can be rendered virus-free with ozone exposure.
And wound healing assisted by ozone is practiced the world over. Why then is it said that Medizone missed the boat? Simply because Medizone had coveted USPTO patents on these two applications and it failed to develop them. And now it’s stuck in a quagmire of regulatory adversity on a technology that needs ongoing work.
Next year will be the twentieth anniversary of the current regime. A time to celebrate? In twenty years, the company has gone from a medical... to a cleaning company! Amazing.
You mean to say that the 8K is a prelude to scooting through a back door?
A most important advice you mention is "Get the word out!"
This has been a glaring deficiency. There are so many venues for getting the word out, they are so effective and cost nothing or next to nothing.
Sterizone uses the same basic ingredients as Medizone: O3 + H2O2. Sterizone gases, however, are highly contained and controlled and any ozone bi-products are thoroughly inactivated before the sterilizer is opened and instruments retrieved. No need for EPA in this case because personnel incurs no exposure.
When does neglect of shareholders cross the line to contempt for shareholders?
The vote in Britain is shaking things up, lots of uncertainty and thus reluctance to embark on novel solutions. Regarding the bio-terror application, how many units will a country need to respond to a biological attack, knowing that a unit can be shipped to the "hot" area in just hours? Not many.
As for healthcare facilities, the EU is now on even stricter budgets. There are, however, a number of private hospitals and clinics that cater to the 1%, mostly international clientele, that would be interested in guaranteeing microbe-free rooms. May this post inspire forays in these marketing directions.
The European patent is for bioterrorism only and not for healthcare facilities as far as the info tells. Hopefully, they have a parallel application in the pipeline.
Lots on the Board about Hope. Agreed the EPA OK is key. If that fails, hope then centers on the EEA (European Environment Agency). Less demanding than the EPA, it is becoming more so by the month. They respect patents. As for the Asian market, China, India, etc., the technology can easily be copied there, patents circumvented and to defend them would be a fortune. So for those who hope, why not.
Looks now like a bad play with an uncertain ending
Plenty of "fuzzy thinking" all around.
Agreed. Higher machine amperages demands requires adapted wiring. Also, AS machines require circuitry geared to voltage/amperage demands of different countries.
Great point! There is the biological science - handled by Shannon and Zoutman - and the engineering science, now handled by whom? The technical creator of AS is gone and probably, along with him, all knowledge of the components' functions, dynamics and even provenance, who will take over?
The granting of an EU patent is a big deal, hopefully they know how to develop it.
Insects, that's the wrong way to go. They're amazingly resistant to ambient ozone and that has been known for decades.
A series of precipices with last minute reprieves each made possible by promises of blue skies to come? Where will the next reprieve, if it is to be, come from?
Yes, but how the operation works over time, monies-wise?
Has anyone figured out the MZEI pattern?
What should be an ideal relationship between a company's management and its shareholders?
Research on insect survivability with ozone exposure has been done decades ago.
The previous post reflects only one of the numerous research advances reported in the world medical literature relative to ozone science.
The Company, while unable to post reports of proprietary news, could initiate a blog on the steady stream of these innovative articles.
Ozone to sterilize medical implants:

Thank you. your first two paragraphs show that you are, in this, an illuminati.
I feel strongly that Dr. Shannon is Not to blame in all of this, he is a serious and dedicated scientist.
That would be great. But the biggest mistake management can make at this time is to allow a long period of silence.
If this news is properly shared and promoted, and this especially in the international press, it can easily achieve a domino effect.
Agreed +. News of this caliber calls for immediate PRN newswire, EIN, Facebook, Twitter and the like, well written press releases that reach international attention and stimulate interest.
Thanks. $10,000 to $15,000, and the maintenance charges are hefty too
As a patent writer, I commend Medizone on obtaining this EU patent. It is an arduous and expensive process. EU nations have long accepted ozone as a valuable agent in medical care, and for disinfection uses, and so I am surprised there was no prior application and that it was in fact granted. Maybe it was the addition of H2O2 that made it allowable, or maybe it is a technical/process patent. It is also timely. People I regularly communicate with in the EU and who have the pulse on circulating anxieties talk regularly about “dirty devices” and bio-bombs as the next calamity to hit.
