Haha, you are good HB! Have you tried to sell to the passengers on the plane and show some SIAF movie on the internal tv...:)
Hey yo! This F sh-t was F funny! Still laughing..;)
Nice to hear Hyperboy!
OK, good. Not my fault then.
Anyone using the iHub App for iPhone?
Their seems to be several problem with compatibility with iOS7.
The Streamer doesn't work and I can't see any trades.
I think the rule is $3 for about 5 days.
An investor (one or more) gives siaf a loan at $30.000.000 and gets a number of shares as collateral. These shares are created by raising the a/s. The shares will not be sold on the market since they are kept as collateral.
Not all correct.
The current bond is not going well. What they plan to do is raise the A/S as collateral to secure investment of $30.000.000. Half of this money will be used to handle the need of money that the bond was supposed to get. Part of the other half will be used to buy back shares, helping the SP to raise. The money that is left will maybe be used as payback in some form to existing shareholders.
NOTE! The shares that are set as collateral will not hit the market.
They will not say anything until everything is ready and a clear date is set.
Yes, there are private meetings on tuesday also.
Anyone have a good guess what the O/S is right now? Should be close to 130?
Are you there on tuesday?
May 28
Who wants to answer this questions since this forum currently is a kids forum?
Grow up!
Thanks HB. I'll update my Excel file.
Has Ironridge bought shares for $6 million?
OK, so now you say something like;
#1. 13.000.000 ( Solomon)
#2. 4.500.000 (Nisse)
#3. 2.500.000
#4. 2.000.000
#5. 1.500.000
Okey. Thanks HB. I interpret your answer as based on your knowledge of your group. So lets say #3-#10 is about 3.000.000 to 1.000.000.
What about #11 to #20?
I'm fully aware of this being a teoretical discussion but anyway a bit fun.
HB, how many people are there in this group?
If you have 1.500.000 on 10:th you will have about 40.000.000 shares together on the top 10. In that case the average share holder has very few shares.
How many shares do you think #20, #30 has?
Put the data in an Excel sheet and model it for 5500 share holders.
I still think 500.000 makes it top 10.
Well I want it personal so split Gustava in number of share holders and include it the 5500 bulk we have. And don't count HB, Jan4 as groups. I still think that we have about the numbers I say. If you have about 500.000 shares you are in Top 10, IMO.
Hyperboy/Jan4:
What's the average number of shares in your groups?
Maybe something like this?
1. Top 10 list? Names?
Solomon, Nisse, Jordanfund, Gustavia Fund
2. How many shares does #5 have?
750.000
3. How many shares does #10 have?
500.000
4. How many shares does #20 have?
160.000
5. How many shares does the average share holder have?
15.000. Top 20 not included
6. How many shares does the median share holder have?
25.000. Top 20 not included
7. How many share holders do we have?
5500 Long. Top 20 not included
20.000.000 on the market
Sums up to about 128.000.000 shares
Anyone have an idea on how the shares are spread?
1. Top 10 list? Names?
2. How many shares does #10 have?
3. How many shares does #20 have?
4. How many shares does the average share holder have?
5. How many shares does the median share holder have?
6. How many share holders do we have?
What do you think?
Probably yes...:)
I've always been long in SIAF. For me the PPS isn't the biggest thing, it's the coming divident, and THAT will push the PPS. And I can wait 1-2 more years with no problem. And when Nisse said they be really cash positive in about a year and also made his move and bought some more shares to JF I thought it's a nice indication that this will work.
I also bought the Bond.
My bid at 0.361 was for real. I bought 34% of todays volume.
I think it's rather interesting that current PPS (0.361) compared to $2, is the same as comparing $2 with $11. Always nice to by cheap..;)
Agree!
Yes I know that Erik Penser as a person doesn't have any shares in Pan Capital. But the people in the board at Penser still control Pan Capital.
Accourding to the last JF meeting (22/7) and the person from Penser, who where there, and used to but currently doesn't work on the case, there are still questions to be asked.
I'm fully aware of that but I said Penser, not Erik Penser. The CEO of Pan Capital is highly involved in Penser as a member of the board. I don't think EP is doing much in the daily business since he's not even living in Sweden.
And maybe Penser thru his company Pan Capital is running HF trading on SIAF?

As LL says, they make a ALOT of money in these companies...
Actually, divident is more important for me. If I can get 10-30 cents/year in the coming years (Not F-shares) I will not complain... If that happens I'm sure the PPS will go up also.
"Dividends are not that important once the share price goes up to $1, $2 etc."
I don't think the PPS will go up before the divident does and is payed out normally. Not as F-shares.
Check the line "Due to a director" in the Balance Sheet. That's Solomons personal loan to the company. $3.345.803...
Wow, that was touching, Joe is showing feelings. But it had to be a woman to get under your skin...
We are currently breaking thru redistance line from 27feb, 16apr, 18jun. Support line is 12mar, 6jun.
If we can stay above 38 we have a confirmed break.
And 100...
I've said it many times. There is one thing that really going to move the SP and that is a normal solid cash dividend. And hey Joe, you don't have to tell me that it never going to happen...;)
