How many AntiFascists (ANTIFA)...hopefully, most of the population is ACTUALLY antifascist, but like a lot of acronyms ANTIFA has been has been reframed to fit another insidious agenda to sort of mean being fascist is OK... sort of like an Orwellian up is down, black is white, don't believe what your eyes are seeing kind of word play...but deadly serious.
ANTIFA:
United States
Main article: Antifa (United States)
After World War II, but prior to the development of the modern antifa movement, violent confrontations with Fascist elements happened sporadically in the United States. In 1958 over 500 Lumbee men armed with rocks, sticks and firearms attacked and disrupted a Ku Klux Klan rally, wounding several Klansmen in an event known as the Battle of Hayes Pond. In 1979 the Maoist Communist Workers' Party confronted a local Ku Klux Klan chapter, first by disrupting a screening of The Birth of a Nation in China Grove, North Carolina and later organizing a rally and a march against the Klan on November 3 called the "Death to the Klan March" by the CWP.[57] The Maoists distributed flyers that "called for radical, even violent opposition to the Klan",[57] suggesting the Klan “should be physically beaten and chased out of town."[57] In response, as the marchers collected, a caravan of ten cars (and a van) filled with an estimated 40 KKK and American Nazi Party members confronted the protesters, culminating in a shootout known as the Greensboro Massacre.
In the 2010s, self-described antifa groups have become increasingly active in Western Europe and North America.[58] These loose collectives first arose in the early 2010s in response to growing nationalism in countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, and France.[59][60][61] In the US, anti-fascist groups had existed since at least 1988 in the form of the Anti-Racist Action,[62] but an American movement using the same name has become increasingly active since 2016,[63][64] often affiliated with anarchism, and have become known for their clashes with far-right and alt-right groups.[62][65][66] US anti-fascist activities have included violent disruptions and demonstrations which have drawn criticism from both sides of the mainstream political spectrum.[58][61][67] Through their anarchist and anti-nationalist orientation, antifa groups have sometimes been linked to the punk subculture (including straight edge) both in the US and in Europe.[68]
PA GOP Lawmakers Subpoenaed By Feds By Over Fake Elector Scheme
By Carissa House-Dunphy -August 10, 2022
The attack on the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 was not spontaneous. It was a planned aftermath of Trump’s attempts to convince election officials, elected lawmakers in swing states, and his own vice president to overthrow a legitimate presidential election. Another part of that wide-ranging plan was the gathering of American citizens in swing states willing to sign their names to a lie, a document declaring themselves the real 2020 electors and casting votes for Donald Trump.
They were fake electors, and the people who assembled them and told them how to commit that crime knew it was fake. Now, those chickens are coming home to roost.
Several Pennsylvania lawmakers received subpoenas from the FBI about their knowledge of the fake electors scheme. Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA), who was allegedly instrumental in gathering that group and encouraging them to commit a crime, was stopped by the FBI on Tuesday and forced to turn over his phone. On Wednesday, subpoenas were served in a quest for information.
According to the Penn Live Patriot-News:
‘THE INFORMATION BEING REQUESTED CENTERED AROUND U.S. REP. SCOTT PERRY, R-PA., AND THE EFFORT TO SEEK ALTERNATE ELECTORS AS PART OF FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP’S EFFORTS TO REMAIN IN OFFICE AFTER THE 2020 ELECTION, SEVERAL SOURCES SAID.’
Former U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania explained to reporters that the subpoenas are likely more related to a gathering of pertinent information in the investigation and some or all of those subpoenaed may not be targets of the investigation.
‘THE SUBPOENAS ISSUED THIS WEEK IN HARRISBURG ARE ESSENTIALLY OFFICIAL REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION OR DOCUMENTS FROM FEDERAL PROSECUTORS WHO BELIEVE THAT THE INFORMATION THEY SEEK WILL BE HELPFUL TO AN ONGOING GRAND JURY INVESTIGATION.’
Twitter was delighted to hear of more progress in the investigation of Trump and Trump’s allies who tried to help him illegally overturn a democratic election. Read some of their comments below:

‘THE LIE THAT THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION WAS STOLEN IS INSIDIOUS. IT PREYS ON THOSE WHO LOVE THEIR COUNTRY. IT IS A DOOR DONALD TRUMP OPENED TO MANIPULATE AMERICANS TO ABANDON THEIR PRINCIPLES, TO SACRIFICE THEIR FREEDOM, TO JUSTIFY VIOLENCE, TO IGNORE THE RULINGS OF OUR COURTS AND THE RULE OF LAW. THIS IS DONALD TRUMP’S LEGACY, BUT IT CANNOT BE THE FUTURE OF OUR NATION.’

Former President Donald J. Trump received a subpoena this spring in search of documents that federal investigators believed he had failed to turn over earlier in the year, when he returned boxes of material he had improperly taken with him upon moving out of the White House, three people familiar with the matter said.

NEW YORK (The Borowitz Report)—After pleading the Fifth Amendment more than four hundred times in his deposition to the New York State attorney general, Donald J. Trump boasted that Joe Biden could never take the Fifth as many times as he did.
“I’d like to see Sleepy Joe sit in a chair for six hours and take the Fifth four hundred times,” he told reporters. “It’s not gonna happen.
Claiming that it takes “incredible stamina” to take the Fifth approximately seventy times an hour, Trump said, “I’m winning at the Fifth.”
Calling Biden’s Presidency “a disaster,” he said, “What has Sleepy Joe been doing the past week? Passing a climate-change bill, killing that Al Qaeda guy. Meanwhile, how many times did he take the Fifth? A big fat zero. Joe Biden is a disgrace.”

The search appears to be focused on materials Trump took from the White House.
Former President Donald J. Trump said on Monday that the F.B.I. had searched his Palm Beach, Fla., home and had broken open a safe — an account signaling a dramatic escalation in the various investigations into the final stages of his presidency.
The search, according to multiple people familiar with the investigation, appeared to be focused on material that Mr. Trump had brought with him to Mar-a-Lago, his private club and residence, when he left the White House. Those boxes contained many pages of classified documents, according to a person familiar with their contents.
Mr. Trump delayed returning 15 boxes of material requested by officials with the National Archives for many months, only doing so when there became a threat of action to retrieve them.

The F.B.I. would have needed to convince a judge that it had probable cause that a crime had been committed to get a search warrant, and proceeding with a search on a former president’s home would almost surely have required sign-off from top officials at the bureau and the Justice Department.
A spokesperson for the F.B.I. declined to comment, and Justice Department officials did not initially respond to requests for comment.
Mr. Trump was in the New York area at the time of the search.
Mr. Trump, who campaigned for president in 2016 criticizing Hillary Clinton’s practice of maintaining a private email server for government-related messages while she was secretary of state, was known throughout his term to rip up official material that was intended to be held for presidential archives. One person familiar with his habits said that included classified material that was shredded in his bedroom and elsewhere.
“After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate,” Mr. Trump said, maintaining it was an effort to stop him from running for president in 2024. “Such an assault could only take place in broken, Third-World Countries.”
“They even broke into my safe!” he wrote.
Mr. Trump did not share any details about what the F.B.I. agents said they were searching for.
The search took place on Monday morning, a person familiar with it said, although Mr. Trump claimed agents were still there many hours later.
The search was at least in part for whether any records remained at the club, the person familiar with the search said.
Aides to President Biden said they were stunned by the development and learned of it from Twitter.
The search came as the Justice Department has also been stepping up questioning of former Trump aides who had been witnesses to discussions and planning in the White House of Mr. Trump’s efforts to remain in office after his loss in the 2020 election.
Mr. Trump has been the focus of questions asked by federal prosecutors in connection with a scheme to send “fake” electors to Congress for the certification of the Electoral College.
The current F.B.I. director, Christopher A. Wray, was appointed by Mr. Trump.
The law governing the preservation of White House materials, the Presidential Records Act, lacks teeth, but criminal statutes can come into play, especially in the case of classified material.
Criminal codes, which carry jail time, target anyone who “willfully injures or commits any depredation against any property of the United States” and anyone who “willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates or destroys” government documents.
Samuel R. Berger, a national security adviser to President Bill Clinton, pleaded guilty in 2015 to a misdemeanor charge for removing classified material from a government archive. In 2007, Donald Keyser, an Asia expert and former senior State Department official, was sentenced to prison after he confessed to keeping more than 3,000 sensitive documents — ranging from the classified to the top secret — in his basement.
In 1999, the C.I.A. announced it had suspended the security clearance of its former director, John M. Deutch, after concluding that he had improperly handled national secrets on a desktop computer at his home.
In January of this year, the archives retrieved 15 boxes that Mr. Trump took with him to Mar-a-Lago from the White House residence when his term ended. The boxes included material subject to the Presidential Records Act, which requires that all documents and records pertaining to official business be turned over to the archives.
The items in the boxes included documents, mementos, gifts and letters. The archives did not describe the classified material it found other than to say that it was “classified national security information.”
Because the National Archives “identified classified information in the boxes,” the agency “has been in communication with the Department of Justice,” David S. Ferriero, the national archivist, told Congress at the time.
Federal prosecutors subsequently began a grand jury investigation, according to two people briefed on the matter. Prosecutors issued a subpoena earlier this year to the archives to obtain the boxes of classified documents, according to the two people familiar with the matter, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the ongoing investigation.
The authorities also made interview requests to people who worked in the White House in the final days of Mr. Trump’s presidency, according to one of the people.
Mr. Trump made clear in his statement that he sees potential political value in the search, something some of his advisers echoed, depending on what any investigation produces.
Jonathan Martin, Luke Broadwater and Glenn Thrush contributed reporting.
What is a federal search warrant?
Federal law enforcement officials obtain search warrants when they need to move quickly on a criminal investigation, or are concerned that sensitive materials they need might be in danger of being moved, concealed, altered or destroyed.
The request for a search warrant is made by a federal law enforcement agency if officials conclude that information, often documents or electronic devices, related to a criminal investigation can be found at someone’s residence, business, car or other property.
A search warrant is not in itself an indication or accusation of the subject’s guilt.
Nonetheless, the use of such a warrant does indicate a sense of prosecutorial urgency — and is used only when “it appears that the use of a subpoena, summons, request, or other less intrusive alternative means of obtaining the materials would substantially jeopardize the availability or usefulness of the materials sought,” according to the Justice Manual, the department’s official guidebook on criminal procedure.
Neither the Justice Department nor the F.B.I. has the authority to act unilaterally. A federal judge or magistrate must approve of the request, and jurists often demand highly specific limitations on the search to protect a person’s Fourth Amendment rights against unlawful search and seizure before granting a warrant.
Law enforcement agencies must meet certain legal benchmarks, litigated over decades, before a judge can sign off.
First, they must prove “probable cause,” evidence that the search is likely to find evidence of illegality; if the warrant is found to lack such proof, the search is considered unlawful under a 2004 precedent.
In addition, the courts have ruled that a search warrant should describe the location and nature of the search with “particularity” — to prevent agents from misusing a warrant to conduct a search that goes beyond the parameters of what has been specifically requested.

Oil now ~$90 barrel... gas price: check your local station (but going down daily...)
So you want gas prices to go down in order to support Biden...
Well, he COULD nationalize all the oil/gas companies in US jurisdiction, then ORDER gas prices to absorb the ENORMOUS PROFITS being realize by them all... Of course, that would be pure socialism by definition...or fascism if he could control the businesses from the White House.
