Made a little money here early on when the fake faith healer/reverand Ortez was 'Fast Eddies' front man. Other posters at the time convinced me that this whole thing was a scam and I got out with a profit.

I don't spend a lot of time here. Posted a few times yesterday, the first time in quite a while. Because people were good enough to warn me of this scam, I come back occassionally to try & warn other people. Won't do much good now, tho, 'cause everybody that's left have already lost about their entire investment......

Fake bounces between .0001 - .0002 for awhile here, then oblivion.

Yes, if both things you suggest were to happen, it would undoubtedly raise the stock price.

But.....what if neither of your scenerios come to pass? What will THAT do to the stock price?

It's great to look at the bright side, but there is, unfortunately, also a possible 'dark' side.

Stock is in steady downtrend with no end in sight, probably because big share holders (who are apparantly dumping) just MIGHT know something none of us know. Something maybe not so good. There has to be a reason for this stock price collapse. And you have to admit, not matter how much faith you have in this stock, this really IS a stock price collapse. Lost about 80% from its recent high. Even at this price, this stock is no better than a crap shoot.

The REAL reason for reverse stock splits is to crank up the printing press and dilute more.

Also, watch for a 'secondary offering' VERY SOON.

This is NOT good news, people. Reverse splits are usually a LAST RESORT for companys with one foot in bankruptcy and the other foot on a banana peel. They can hipe it any way they want - 'uplist' - whatever. I think this will be below 2 or 3 bucks within 30 days or less. We'll see.

All the 'smart money, even all the 'kind of smart money' have dumped out of this turd.

No one left here but BAGHOLDERS as this POS spirals down to fraction of a penny. Don't look at a 1 year chart here after eating a big meal. Not advisable.

If all you say were REALLY true, this stock would be selling for MUCH MORE than a little over a 'penny.' It's within a few clicks of it's yearly low, and even their BS press releases about toy store contracts can't raise the stock price. Why? Because all but the mentally impaired investors see this for what it really is - AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN = a SCAM. They sell off over 700 mil of Gulf of Mexico assets yet there liabilities (debts) don't go down and there cash on hand doesn't go up.

What happened to the money? I've got a pretty good idea, but would like to hear what others think.....

This is probably the WORST management team in the oil & gas exploration and drilling sector. Bought in 3 times and now have an average price of 5.61. Hopefully writing monthly covered calls will eventually get me to a point when I can get out of this turd close to even.

I can't believe there are still people that fall for 'Fast Eddys' made up, phony press releases. If there was even a GRAIN of truth to any of that BS the stock certainly wouldn't be selling for .0001.

Many, including me, have been posting for over a year that this was nothing but a scam. No office - no super bowl adds, no Apple app, and on and on and on. ALL fake PR BS, with the smooth talking Ortez dishing it out to all the unwary believers.

If it has all that going for it in the not too distant future one would think it would be selling for much more than 75 - 80 pennys a share.

I believe that - someday - all the things this company is trying to accomplish to help people with spinal injury - all that will happen -= but I'm sure it won't be THIS company that will do it. It will be a much bigger, MUCH better financed outfit than this one. and an outfit without the blemished past this one has. If I remember correctly, ONE OF this companys past presidentS was notorious for issuing himself shares and then selling them DAILY. I believe he also retired for 'medical' reasons, only to show up at another medical upstart company AND continued selling NVIV shares. Wasn't exactly reassuring for the shareholders at the time. Maybe you were around back then. I was in and out of this stock one time during that period, made ALMOST enough money in the trade to treat myself to MacDonalds (dollar menu, tho.)I've been watching it off and on ever since.

I don't think this one has near enough money to last until results come in, if it's going to take a couple more years. Of course they can keep diluting - they do seem to be very good at that. Successful trial results are NOT a slam dunk sure thing, either. This thing will go into oblivion if results are just so-so or worse. Nobody is mentioning that.

Looked up END you mentioned in your last post. Huh? Debt to equity: 455 - 1. Book value: -5.11 a share. You said it was a 'spec' investment. A spec - in spades, I would say. Looks to me like they have one foot in bankruptcy and the other foot on a banana peel......In the last 5 years they've lost over $10.00 a share. That level of losses can't go on much longer and there is no turn around in sight. But---I'm sure you must be seeing something I'm missing.

Getting back to HERO (not exactly living up to its ticker symbol, is it?) if it cracks 3 there will be a wave of margin call selling, and it will very quickly get pushed down to 2 1/2, so lets hope it holds above 3.

Maybe they should take the nearly 1 billion cash they claim to have and pay it toward the debt - unless it's a fudged number.

Glad I sold some Aug. 6 calls. Will make up for at least 18 cents (after commission) of tomorrows expected drop.

Looked at the reported numbers - most seemed to be up for the first six months comparison to last year, but the second quarter compared to last year really sucked. Will take them a while to catch up the Gulf of Mexico revenue they sold off, maybe a couple more quarters, anyway.

If tomorrows drop is really brutal I'll add somemore. If it breaks 5, tho, it will mean additional margin call selling as the margin holders will have to come up with another 1/3 of the stock value to hold their position. Never thought I'd see this one below the mid 5's again....

A new management team might be good. Guys running this aren't exactly household names in the oil and gas industry.

Got a 'good 'til cancelled' in for .72 as initial position. Been in and out several times here. I know most of you are long term holders here - recognize your 'handles' - which is fine, I have no problem with that - but I've always considered this a 'trading' vehicle instead of a long term investment. IF - and when - (if ever) this thing has positive trial results this could be a big winner. But right now.....it's all on the come. They've been involved with testing trials on and off now for quite a while. Some carried thru on, but, unfortunately, most not.

A previous poster was right. All the small caps are being pounded right now. They are always the first ones to get hammered on a long, meaningful downtrend, which I think we're in right now. For a couple years now, the market has 'erupted' on anything that even sounded like good news. NOW, the market is spoofed on even a hint of bad news. I see a Dow 20% correction in the offing....and September is NEVER a good month for the market. I've loaded up on Oct. and Jan. Whatever idea is hot at the moment, MJ, bitcoins, whatever, you'll always find 'Fast Eddie' Vatsek peeking around the corner, figuring out a way to scam it.

With the sudden popularity of soccer all of a sudden in the U.S. (why, I don't know. I'd rather watch grass grow) I look for Fast Eddie to start a new scam involving soccer in some way, something like "The Big Breasted Womens Soccer League," or something like that. And another bunch of uninformed investors will buy into it.

I guarantee you there will be another Fast Eddie scam. TDEY wasn't the first and it won't be the last unless he's either put in jail or deported back to the Ukrain.

I think there is probably a rosy future ahead for you in investing. You'll probably never again fall for a scam as obvious as this one. Many, many others here probably will again, tho.

One thing to keep in mind: about 95% of penny and especially sub-penny stocks are either outright scams OR have such a terrible business model they fail within 2 or 3 years withough ever generating any revenue (like TDEY). If you think that percentage number is far fetched, just go to your library and get a book on investing. All of them put the number between 90 - 98%.

Hilarious, I agree. Still amazed so many couldn't see this for the OBVIOUS scam it was, even when Ortez (the fake rev/faith healer) was made the figurehead to try to add some credibility to this turd.

It's too bad, tho, that a lot of people lost a lot of money here, and in most cases probably money they couldn't really afford to lose. But they fell for the ridiculous hype of the paid 'cheerleaders; posting here. I truely believe there was some 'boiler room' stuff going on here. In fact, I believe one of the early 'cheerleader' posters posting name was 'boiler room.'

Stock was up 100% yesterday - but it won't help any of the 'bagholders' here because if they wanted to get out at .0002 they weren't able to. "Fast Eddie" and his buddies have millions of shares lined up AHEAD of anyone trying to get out. Anyone still holding on here will lose everything. They are still able to buy, of course, but it's really doubtful if any of them will be able to sell. Last bid/ask ratio I saw was 40 - 1 on the ask side.

The sooner this is gone the better. GOOD RIDANCE.

Because I'm in an investment club that owns a small position and I couldn't talk them into selling it. Now, of course, they wish they had sold. Position is less than 1% of clubs assets, so it's no big deal. The other people in the club seemed like pretty intelligent people to me and I was suprised I was the only one that knew all along it was a scam.

Sometimes it's good to consider what other posters are saying in a negative way about a stock. There will always be 'cheerleader,' and they outnumber the critical posters usually by about 10 - 1.

Kind of surprised you weren't aware this was a scam. Several others besides me were constantly posting the problems here, some with links to prove their posts were not just bashing. Did you ever google Eddie Vatsek? You'll be surprised if you do. It's all there, all his other scams and everything. Did you know he started a sub penny stock scam promising to start up a somans professional football league? When it comes to scams, 'Fast Eddie' should be the poster boy for the most - and goffiest - scams.

Possibly the old rigs are better than the newer ones, just like appliances. All of the other companys in this field have newer rigs/fleets (or whatever) than HERO.

I didn't mean to imply that a reverse split would do the shareholders here any good. I was simply trying to say that WITHOUT a reverse split this POS will probably be gone by the end of August. With a reverse split the agony (for the faithful still holding on) will just continue a bit longer, maybe an additional couple of months or so. Any stockholder holding on here will lose everything - - new buyers here will lose everything. It's pretty much that simple. Any reasonable person with the slightest amount of intelligence would have spotted this as a scam early on, even when the fake faith healer Ortez was running this show (with Fast Eddie pulling the strings and writing his scripts.)

Everything in your post was exactly right about reverse splits doing nothing to materialy help stockholders here. They are all toast. They probably all realize it, but just don't want to admit it. Tough to tell yourself you've been wrong. REALLY tough to admit to yourself that you fell for a scam.......and were scammed.

It's my understanding (someone correct me if I'm wrong) that most (if not all) of HERO's rigs and equipment are decades old and on the verge of becoming museum pieces.`Yet in the last year there was only a hint of management purchasing 1 or 2 new rigs (that haven't appeared yet.)

I've only got a couple thousand shares and am presently sitting on a 75 - 80 cent a share loss here.

This quarters earnings will NOT be good. I expect a couple cents a share loss, maybe even a bit more. Their last 2 or 3 news releases/reports have more or less vaguely warned of that.

But good luck to all here. It's always darkest before the dawn. I've got a 'good 'til cancelled' order to buy more at $3.75 if it gets down there. Poor earnings number could push it down to mid 3's rather quickly. Stock trading consistantly down right up to a day or two before earnings release is kind of scary, also.

I think I know a little more than you that I bought in today at 7.14. Yes, I was in and out of it before, too, several times. I'm not shorting the stock, tho., and I never did in the past. I think I know that a little more than you, too. I'm short the Russell 2000 (tza) but I never short individual stocks.
