What do you think of Oximeter's roll in all of this? The reason I ask is that they are here in the US and closer to enforcement personnel. Identa is in Israel as we all know which provides them some security from enforcement I guess.
Looks like last time they lied to us they waited over a month before announcing a new partnership
Full court press on getting some accountability
Company won't be trading at this time next year if you ask my opinion.
Can't decide which post is better:
Wolfer claiming to talk to the distribution center
Fadi saying we will see a professional PR on Monday
Myke saying he saw an end cap display
Please vote.
I am going to create a list of misleading PRs and send them onto the powers that be. This has to stop and we can help.
Does this mean the product is still going to be on the shelves? What did the distribution center say? Since they only have one office, I assume you called corporate HQ. They told you what exactly?
And what would you like me to do to help? I am not the one publishing misleading PRs
I went on the Oximeter plus website on Friday and they have online chat. I chatted with a lady named Rose, who would not give me any information about Identa.
Where is Fadi now? Ha ha.....
Oh well, no PR is not a good sign. No product in the store shows yet another lie.
The SEC might do something you never know. What I don't get is Fadi's role in this. If he lied on Friday when he said we would get a PR on Monday why did he do it? What sort of gain does one business day get you? Volume is super low so it is not like there was any financial benefit to be derived.
If there is no PR today, then I don't know how anyone can think this is not a scam.
False and misleading press releases. I posted about this a week or so ago. This type of activity has gotten more then one pink in trouble. Forward looking statements are only so good. If they are releasing information they know to be untrue, then it can be an issue.
I got side tracked by my real job. No CVS visit until the weekend.
Emily if you know the answer to that question then you will know the answer to these questions:
1) What happened to the retail deal they announced last year with dates?
2) What happend to current information reporting?
3) How come in 2008 they announced a share buyback and then a month or so later jacked up the A/S yet again?
4) What happened to the India manufacturing plant?
5) The big Russian deal?
6) The big deal in France
7) How come sales were announced in 2008 at $500k and then last year at $200K, why the decrease?
I am sure this list of questions is just the tip of the iceberg.
Emily in cased you missed it the delay game has already started. It will be on Monday now apparently.
so product not on the shelves by Sept 21 as promised?
What will be the excuse if/when they miss the retail deal deadline? Packaging, lost in the mail, Identa just made the whole thing up, Oximeter screwed up? Gabe Ruttner is too blame? Have to wait for test results?
Myke2
There are plenty of other places to find information on this company, sunbiz, otcmarkets etc. They don't tell a compelling story though, just a lot of failed promises.
the big day is here. i have an errand at CVS this morning so I will report back on the presence or absence of the product there.
what about tomorrow with the big announcement?
Yes, someone bought two hundred shares to pump it from 7 to 9
Tomorrow is the big day. I love when they give hard/fast deadlines. Can't wait to see what happens (or not).
My thinking is that every PR for the last few years has been un proven and with a history of failed follow-up, yet one more PR with potential of millions in revenue does nothing. However, on Friday we can prove or disprove their PR, if my the slim chance the product is in the store, there might be a bump who knows.
I am just saying two days before potentially good news why dump now?
Dont' be confused, my opinion is the same as yours. No way they get a retail deal for a number of factors, mostly that I don't think there is a direct consumer play for this and that they don't have the cash to support the marketing.
I would give them a very small chance of actually telling the truth and on Friday I will walk into CVS or wherever and there the product is. In my opinion the chance of that happening is miniscule.
I know why sell now when the date is on Friday? It appears the market does not expect to see the product on the shelves so if they are there you might get a bump. Who knows?
You never know what will happen. I have said it before there are three possible outcomes:
1) Product in the store
2) Product not in the store, Identa issues press release telling us why
3) Product not in the store, Fadi insinuates it is not their fault via some vague posting on here
In my opinion those are the only three things that can happen. My money is on three.
Emily in re-reading the press release with the date on it, it just says Sept 21, it does not give a year. They could be talking about 2020 for all we know. Of course they signed the filing that said they knew all statements to be true and that included a vendor agreement.
Friday is two days away, think it will happen before then? I personally am of the opinion the date will come and pass without a mention and then Fadi will pop up and say the drug store chain screwed up.
Of course they might really be in the stores on Friday but who knows.
No need the head of IR there got back to me and said thank you.
I know it is a riot. I emailed a bunch of people at the other company to see if they cared. I suspect they will want it taken down.
They can't even copy web content the right way.
Here is another stupid mistake they made. Check out the Safe Harbor content on this page:
http://identa.biz/inv_sateharbor.asp
They must have copied and pasted it from another site as it mentions a company call Alvarion not Identa.
Lets see how quickly they will change it after reading this post.
Is this the beginning of the delay process? You say it won't happen on Friday when they stated it would?
Based on the information we have I believe the current valuation is way too high. I don't see how a potential sale of 25K kits will improve that.
It will be fun to see the chain. Went to CVS no luck. Went to Duane Reed, no luck.
Friday is the big day. I think on Friday AM we should all visit our local chains to see which is the lucky one to be first.
I love the rare occasions they actually give us real firm dates and we don't have to decipher what they could mean.
One week to go, should be exciting. Of course we can't be sure those packages ever were shipped and I don't think we can count on the product being in the store before the 21st so this is a great time.
A quick review of lawsuits show a few pink companies that have gotten in trouble for false and misleading press releases. I guess the disclaimer language is only so helpful. I hope they are telling the truth this time.
I would not do this. You would have to put your real name behind it and who wants them to know that. You are better served I would think by putting in a continual barrage to the governing bodies and by your continued posting on this board.
IDenta Corp. (PINKSHEETS: IDTA) CEO Yaacov Shoham announced today that the company has received the vendor number from the drug store chain and that the kits will be in the drug store warehouses by 07/26/2011 and is scheduled to be displayed on the shelves by 08/26/2011.
