Yes Banky, if more people become aware of Bayport and their promising future, the promotional company can dump even more shares into the market.
But: If their business pay out, their audit is thru, and they become a reliable company, their value might raise, despite their share selling.
So they pay a promotion company by issuing convertible bonds. Those do the promotion and dump the converted shares immediately. A pump and dump schme par excellence.
Is all the recent dilution attributable to share conversion from convertible bonds and dumping them into the market?
Probably you're right. But the news release from the weekend were promising, and they used the news to dump the shares into the markets. Obviously there are buyers, and the decline in price was considerably low. Total volume was much improved yesterday.
Intersting samsamsamiam, thanks for posting this news release. Now Bayport is going to become a hybrid financing company. It might be a disadvantage, if they become financing this way in a sole manner.
They only hold right on the wells. So they make contacts with other companies, who do the drilling on their own risk. If the wells get into the exploration, they get royalities or other sorts of income, depending on conditions of the contract.
If there is any criminal activities, SEC and/or state attorney would look after it. But claiming criminal activities without any justification is not ethical, too.
They should speek a word, which would be helpful at all. But the court will decide on their own.
Oil drilling is expensive, but as we already concluded, with raising oil price, they might get profitable.
They although maintained their financial consultant for another year:

It seems that their partners are positive on the business outlook as well.
At least Bayport adresses the low oil price, which affects their profit. Their outlook gives a 6:1 return for the invested amounts within 18-24 months. Oil price will raise again and thus their investment will pay out.
"We anticipate that these prices will return our initial investment in 18 - 24 months, and have a 6 to 1 return on investment over the life of the well"
Some more good news about the enlargement of Bayport's oil and gas business.
Bayport International Holdings, Inc. (BAYP) Announces the Acquisition of the Two Well Cook Lease in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma
TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - May 1, 2015) - Bayport International Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: BAYP) -- Today we are pleased to announce that we have signed a Letter of Intent to acquire the two well, 160 acre, Cook lease in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma from J.L. Watkins. Bayport has solidified a contract to purchase outright 100.0% Working Interest and 80.0% Net Revenue Interest in the currently producing oil and gas property.
The Cook Ranch Lease Drill Project is a 160 acre oil and gas lease, with an existing Dutcher oil and gas well drilled to a total depth of 2,825 feet. The well was completed in 1982 by the Marshall R. Young Oil Co. The Cook Ranch lease is situated in Section 10, Township 12 North, Range 10 East, in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma.
The Cook Ranch #10-15 well has multiple oil and gas shows in the Dutcher formations as evidenced by OCC completion reports. The Cook Ranch #10-15 well initial production was 53 BOPD and 89 MCFGPD. The Cook Ranch #10-15B was completed in the Booch formation. The Cook Ranch #10-15B well initial production was 45 BOPD as shown in the OCC completion report. With the current averages being paid for oil and gas makes this prospect very attractive. We anticipate that these prices will return our initial investment in 18 - 24 months, and have a 6 to 1 return on investment over the life of the well.

Some new buyers are here.
The higher than average volume probably has its reasons to the Las Vegas Show in mid of May?
The higher volume sparkes interest among spammers.
Now over 8.5 million sahres traded. There's something brewing.
Nice to hear, that you are also positve minded on the outlook. I'm sure they will make major improvements.
Not yet. As up to date they have only issued what stated in their report.
The best information available about Bayport's oil and gas wells is their web site. Of course you can verify the wells in the State's registries.
I this track was successful, than Bayport will be the partner of a successful jv again.
Sure they have a lot of experience.
Another new name appearing in connection with Bayport.
Yes, indeed, if they become an important player in the industry, the audit is an essential part of the business sector.
It woundn't be a surprise, when Bone Pickens is prepared to make a good deal with oil again.
A big play here today. Considerably higher volume and we are near $0.02. Nice. Hope that pps will stay at this level!
Considerably higher than average volume, and a little price movement, too.
Right, ohiotom, and I hope, we'll see some advances soon. BAYP had considerable higher than average volume on Friday.
Oil price indeed has a considerable impact on the profitability of many of those companies. What I hope is that they can continue their exploring business when oil price has reached a special limit.
There will be a bid, but probably not the bid, which we want or expect.
But if a 10-years old event repeats, because they foundated another JV, that it might pay out double.
Right, and they also changed the name of the company.
It will have a reason, that Bayport was drilling there in PA.
Doesn' matter, we are very close to $0.01 again.
A little volume with c. 30,000. Probably your buy?
That's not so far away, and I would guess, that we see the $ 30, of course.
As I remember, the lowest trade some weeks ago was around the pp you mentioned.
Yeah, good move, otherwise you would be sitting on an immense loss.
Do you really think that GE makes considerable income from shrinking the share stock? They might do so in times, where they have no other choices, but I guess that this is not their business at all.
I hope you picked up some more shares today, there were some sellings.
