Kat...The stock continues to go down and you admittedly can't understand why. You say buy on the dips. The dips keep getting lower and lower. Cyclone has a real serious problem with their stock price. They have not been able to convince the public that this technology is economically meaningful.

The rest of the story.
Cyclone planed to have a Press Release after the Military trade show. Since nothing worthy of a PR occurred at the show. The PR firm that Cyclone uses (wellonscommunications) then decided to write a PR with all the impressive names used in the trade show announcement, and add the $50,000 RTI payment made months prier to the show. Remember both CYPW and RTI were presenting together at the show.
Just think about the timing of this PR for a small 50k payment. This PR is fluff from a PR firm that is an expert in carefully scripting corporate messages. (fluff PR's)

You think the stock will be up after each Press Release. The fact is that this year, after 16 Press Releases, the stock is down.
Don't laugh, I saw the video. Cyclone has nothing to install.
Look again. This does not look very good, or very stable and is not a great sign.
The 6 month chart shows we are down .10 in the last 5 months. If this continues at the present rate the stock will be .10 in 5 more months.

It's easy to have principles when you're rich. The important thing is to have principles when you're poor.
Most people struggle with life balance simply because they haven't paid the price to decide what is really important to them.
The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.
KatmasterM..You say they have an engine but it is not ready to be installed. I say if it is not ready, you do not have anything to install.

KatmasterM..When you quote me please quote my complete statement, otherwise you are changing the meaning of the statement.

Let's be clear. Cyclone announced the sale of a Waste Heat Engine seven months ago to Bent Glass. At that time they had nothing to install. Seven months have past and they still have nothing to install, or they would have installed it. (I have seen the video) The word Perfect and Cyclone is an oxymoron.
This is not much different than the lawn mower, or weed eater or generator or postal vehicle. Where are they, I know they are not perfect, is that why they are not being made?

Arnold.
We both know that Cyclone is perfecting the WHE engine, as they do not want to install the technology until its completely near perfect.
Its for the reputation of Cyclone and its shareholders.Katmaster

KatmasterM..Seven months ago when the announcement of the Bent Glass sale was made.Cyclone never said they have to perfect the Waste Heat engine before they can install it at Bent Glass.
One of the most prevalent approaches that R&D companies take is to omit the bad and exaggerate the good.
Piecemaker...Quality has nothing to do with it. If cyclone had anything to install they would have done it in a hart beat. All you have to do is look at the latest video and you know they have nothing to install that is even close to industry standards..
The simulated industrial furnace is not simulating the real world. Most industry exhaust has particles that will clog up a heat exchanger in hours, some industry exhaust has acidic chemicals, hazardous airborne vapors and dusts generated by production operations. The heat exchanger will change the velocity and pressure of the exhaust and the costs of maintenance and lost production time would all have to be considered in the real world.
snowcloud..Here we go again another PR.
One of the most prevalent approaches that R&D companies take is to omit the bad and exaggerate the good.
grajekk...Please show proof that a cyclone engine can run on unprocessed algae oil. Not even Harry with all his claims about the Cyclone engine made such an unrealistic statement. You are making purely speculative statements so I ask you for proof.
No need for a Cyclone engine to use algae fuel....diesel or jet engine will work just fine....
*Of course the major money -- and hype -- has poured into algae biofuel. Bill Gates just invested in the San Diego start-up Sapphire Energy, which intends to make auto fuel from algae and then expand into developing gasoline equivalents like diesel and jet fuel.
Airbus and Honeywell recently announced that they’re developing a jet fuel by using vegetation- and algae-based oils. By 2030, they hope to power a third of commercial aircraft this way. And a variety of other companies, including Boeing, Chevron, and Royal Dutch Shell, are also looking into algae’s potential.

KatM.. Look at the chart. How can you say,"this stock has gone down a cent or so? ". You call this a dip?
You say you don't know the answer why the stock is down. If you read some of my past posts you might find the answer.
grajekk.. You don't need a Cyclone engine to use algae oil fuel, all you need is a diesel engine and they have been made and tested for years. We don't have to reinvent the wheel to use algae oil fuel.
KatmasterM ..Today the stock traded as low as .17 and closed at .19. We are in the teens despite numerous Press Releases, Conferences, letters from the CEO, and the pumpers on this site spreading the Cyclone word to every possible company that could be interested. I ask you why this stock has gone down? I look forward to your answer.

Is Cyclone an R and D company?????????????????
Is Cyclone a manufacturing company????????
"Operating under the name WHE/Generation, the Cyclone division will market and manufacture WHE systems"
POMPANO BEACH, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 02/10/09 -- Cyclone Power Technologies Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: CYPW) has formed a separate division of its business dedicated to generating sales of its patent-pending Waste Heat Engine (WHE).
Operating under the name WHE/Generation, the Cyclone division will market and manufacture WHE systems for applications such as small-scale cogeneration, solar thermal electricity production, biomass combustion, and engines for auxiliary power units for trucks and RVs. Over the following months, WHE/Generation will launch a new consumer-oriented web site, and contract with manufacturers and installers to handle forecasted sales of these systems.
"Public response and interest in the WHE has been overwhelming," stated Frankie Fruge, COO of Cyclone. "We are -- or should I say, the WHE is -- finding many underserved niche markets that may provide substantial revenue opportunities for the company in 2009 and beyond."
For instance, the company will soon install the first beta WHE system at Bent Glass Design in Hatboro, PA. This system will harness waste heat from the customer's glass manufacturing furnaces, and is expected to produce enough electricity to light their 65,000 sq. ft. facility while providing a very attractive two to three-year payback. This type of money-saving, resource-conserving option has not traditionally been available to tens of thousands of small industrial facilities which produce low and medium quality waste heat insufficient to run large turbine systems.
"With the demand for energy efficiency on the rise, spurred on by federal and state incentives, the WHE can provide cost-effective green solutions to factories, foundries, restaurants, dry cleaners and other heat producing locations everywhere," added Ms. Fruge.
The compact, lightweight WHE is a six-cylinder steam engine capable of running on waste heat as low as 225 degreesF and pressure as low as 25 psi.
The engine achieves maximum efficiencies at about 600°F and steam pressure of 200 psi, at which point one WHE can generate about 16 HP, 30 ft. lbs of torque, and a little over 10 kW of electrical output. Due to its patent-pending valve mechanism and radial spider bearings, which allow for efficient piston movement, the WHE will self-start immediately upon the introduction of steam to the cylinders. This makes the engine ideally suited for passive or secondary energy production like cogeneration or solar thermal applications.
Cyclone's business model is research, development and licensing of its award-wining external combustion engine technology, of which the WHE is the first anticipated to be placed into commercial production. The goal of the WHE/Generation division is to expand Cyclone's potential revenue streams by building business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales models.
Commercial customers interested in participating in beta cogeneration installations of the WHE system should contact the company at info@cyclonepower.com.
CORPORATE PROFILE
Cyclone Power Technologies is the developer of the award-winning Cyclone Engine -- an eco-friendly external combustion engine with the power and versatility to run everything from portable electric generators and garden equipment to cars, trucks and locomotives. Invented by company founder and CEO Harry Schoell, the patented Cyclone Engine is a modern day steam engine, ingeniously designed to achieve high thermal efficiencies through a compact heat-regenerative process, and to run on virtually any fuel -- including bio-diesels, syngas or solar - while emitting fewer greenhouse gases and irritating pollutants into the air. Currently in its late stages of development, the Cyclone Engine was recognized by Popular Science Magazine as the Invention of the Year for 2008, and was presented with the Society of Automotive Engineers' AEI Tech Award in 2006 and 2008.
Additionally, Cyclone was recently named Environmental Business of the Year by the Broward County Environmental Protection Department. For more information, visit www.cyclonepower.com.

Down to $.40... buy buy buy!
MarcAntiny...This company is an R and D company asking licensees to do the R and D to develop products. That approach has not worked, there are no products. This R and D company said it had its own product, for the Bent Glass company. I have not seen anything close to a WHE product. IMHO
There is a difference between using real waste heat and a fuel. (heat exchanger, smoke and pollutants, restriction of exhaust flow, etc, etc.
The presentation was made yesterday at the Military trade show and the share price went down.
We are all entitled to our opinions, I welcome yours. I believe the history of this company and it's future is reflected in the price of the stock.

KatmasterM ..I hope you understand that the ( Institute for Defense & Government Advancement (IDGA))
is not part of the government and is a private business.
There is no way of knowing who will be at the conference, it is basically a business conference. IMHO
You might call this another trade show.
KatmasterM...It is not the Department of Defense it is the: Institute for Defense & Government Advancement (IDGA).
There is a big difference between the two.
Cyclone is not the only one speaking during the hour discussing the, Energetically Autonomous Tactical Robot (EATR).

KatmasterM ...Not great
You have no idea how much power was supplied to that light bulb. It could glow with probably 50 watts applied.
Don't assume it is a 120v ac light. It could be a 12v light just glowing.
I am confident they didn't get 120 volts 60cycle ac out of that generator.
grajekk...LOL...
Money spent on Trade shows, Press Releases, Web sites, etc would not be needed if this technology had a future. The people who looked at this technology aren't buying the stock. (LOOK AT THE PRICE AND VOLUME)
Because Cyclone has no products to sell. they have to do everything they can to raise money AND sell shares.
Piecemaker Again: You call that video a real product. I call it a real disappointment. The amount of energy put into that monstrous vibrating noisy contraption to get a 100 what light bulb to glow is a joke. It is using fuel not waste heat. You may never see a Bent Glass Cyclone installation, and like many R and D companies they may never get a product out of the lab.
It clearly doesn't look anything like the shiny red and black non functioning prototypes that appeared on the old web site. I think I might have had something to do with their disappearance.
