Let's keep in mind that when the HM/TS property went dormant, CU prices were MUCH MUCH lower (like 0.5-0.75/lb). So we're gravy if HM/TS has anything remotely similar in ore grade to SE Arizona mine finds of the past!

Don't agree! That's what makes LBSR an interesting play, is its balance of PM (gold/silver) vs industrial/energy-related metals (REEs, lead, copper, uranium).

Not a point made often enough, Willy! JB has navigated the LBSR ship thru tough trecherous waters, and we are still more than afloat. I strongly believe we are on the cusp of terrific gains. TS/HM super project are without doubt on the radar of FCX, and other major miners. My question is how opportunistic will they be? Our leverage is our claims and pitting one potential bidder against another, certainly not our pps/MC.

Why take a poor deal if you think a better one is negotiable? Why deal with an investor who doesn't see the value you see? Getting the right partner at the right price can take time. I don't want this company to grab whatever is being offered no matter what the terms. The cost in dilution to provide operating funds is trivial compared to the cost of hastily grabbing any deal offered...

* no more lawsuit
* settling of $5M loan to NAK
* extension, elaboration, and correlation of ZTEM with geochem and prior drilling for perhaps the largest porphyry find in decades in AZ
* ongoing discussions/negotiations with JV partners, including large mining corporations

Exactly! In EPA's report, our claims showed the least impact on the watershed --i.e. were minimally anadromous.

But I think most here believe action on the southeastern Arizona front is imminent. NPSP, BCSP, and E. SilverBell are on the backburner.

Actually, Greg, I trimmed back pretty far, but am starting to rebuild. I had 12M shares at one point, but now am down to 1.5M. Too much tied up with this thing with so many other opportunities to trade.
