I suggest you research what the "Daily Short Report" actually says.
No matter how many explanations I've read on this site, no matter how easy it is to discover what that report ACTUALLY tells us... people will insist on using it for information it does not provide.
Does anyone honestly believe 18 MILLION shares were shorted yesterday alone?
Do the math - how many days would it be before the entire float is shorted?
Think about the mechanics of stock clearance - if there was that level of shorting, where are the "failure to deliver" reports?
Sorry, it's simply nonsense.
There's no significant short interest in this POS.

You mean the same people who tweeted this on 8/31?
You got your final update 3 days ago:

What EXACTLY do you think is being distorted regarding RMHB?
LLOLLOLLOL"UNDERPAID CEO?" Why is he paid at all?
Too bad EEGC ain't an oil stock.
No, it's not to be used for "whatever."
No, EEGC is worth nothing. Zero. Nada. Zilch.
LOL well, no.
Proof of MadMal siphoning $50,000 into his personal (untraceable) Isle of Man account:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/788206/000107878212000646/f8k030612_ex10z4.htm
Page 11:
Must have been a very smart fellow who wrote that, someone who spent a not inconsiderable amount of time and effort tracing the various twists and turns of the Mad Mal con job.
It's very interesting to note that, after that post was written, MadMal's name surfaced in the Panama Papers as someone who secreted funds in supposedly "untraceable" offshore accounts.
Now.. how could someone who never actually found a drop of oil in an entire lifetime of searching manage to do that? WHY would someone who, on the surface, appeared to be a complete failure in his God Given Task need to hide funds in untraceable offshore accounts?
Looks like the author of that piece was dead on balls accurate, to quote Mona Lisa Vito.
It's an industry term.
What exactly is that telling us?
The price crossing both MAs has predictive value? LLLOLLOLLOL
In a POS penny stock scam like this one, where insiders control the float and can print shares at will, technical analysis is even more useless than it is in real stocks.
That MA movement is an artifact generated by the simple fact stocks can't trade below zero. Any competent chartist factors that statistical bias into his analysis.
I'm sure it's obvious that super low price POS stocks (like this one) trading at near zero for a few weeks (like this one) will ALL have near flat MAs after a very short while. The tiniest blip will send them trading above those averages. It is meaningless.
There are many many academic (and even more real world) studies of what happens when one uses such simplistic measures as the 50 crossing the 200 to generate stock trades. Guess what? One goes broke quicker than one would just flipping a coin. They have absolutely ZERO predictive value.
It's always amusing to point out that all the professional chartists actually earn their living by providing dubious "research" for brokerages and money management firms. In other words... they need DAY JOBS because their charts don't actually predict squat, and they can't make a living off their trading predictions.
Who else issues false and deceptive scam PRs and sells into the resulting price pop?
The same lie EEGC is telling today was also told 3 years ago:
Huh? To which specific "statement" are you referring?
I suggest you research the people operating this scam. The sticky post above is a good start:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=135265368
Nobody's buying into Jerry's retread scam.
They also announced a deal in India. And in China. And in Canada.
Since the only "track" this POS scam has ever been on is the track of lies, scam, and deceit. MadMAl and his crew are serial dirtbag penny stock grifters who has never done anything but cheat people out of their money their entire life.
They were never, ever OFF that track. They just ran this scam into the ground so badly they had to lie low for a bit, hoping people would forget.
Now they're back, peddling the same lies.
That is wildly incorrect. Nobody has any idea what the share structure here is.
Here's a partial list of previous EEGC lies about funding:
(2005) Empire Energy and its subsidiary Great South Land Minerals have signed an agreement with M R Associates, headquartered in the U.K. This is the first of a possible series of strategic alliances...
(2008) Empire Energy Corporation International has signed both a Note for AUD $5 million and a Memorandum of Understanding governing formation of a Joint Venture that could cancel the Note and supply up to AUD $40 million of additional funding. The Note and MOU were signed with Hong Kong-based Smart Win International Limited
(2009) Empire Secures Funds Earmarked for Bellevue Drilling
(2009)The financial statements and other updated information contained in the 3rd quarter 10-Q will be integrated into US $ 9 Million Rights Offering
(2010) Empire Energy has entered into an agreement with an international finance company, Sure Capital to provide structured financing in the sum of US $180 million
(2010) Empire’s Chairman, CEO and two additional Directors intend to travel to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates within the next two weeks for a series of meetings with potential joint venture partners. The Company anticipates authorization for an initial $20 million line of credit...
(2010) Empire Energy has identified and retained the services of a major investment banking firm, Hunter Wise Securities. The firm, subject to final due diligence review, is proceeding with the Empire capital raising efforts of an initial USD$200,000,000
(2011) Empire has sold a 49% stake in return for USD $5 million funding by way of a convertible loan agreement that is part of the larger joint venture partnership. (This is the famous FASER Funding PR!!) https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20110602007113/en/Empire-Signs-USD-5M-Convertible-Loan-Agreement
(2011) Empire intends to offer an unsolicited proposal to the US Navy for 5.5 million B/yr of JP-5 (10% of Empire’s total Tasmanian, as yet, undiscovered potential resources [UPR]). Quoted price will be USD$200 per barrel (or USD$4.76 per gallon). Potential worth to Empire stockholders is USD$1.1 billion yr
(2015) Empire Energy Group Limited (the Company) reported Thursday that Definitive Agreements have been signed... The Definitive Agreements provide $60 million in Phase One funding and further provides access of up to $100 million of funding for Phase Two development.
Sorry, MadMal bought himself a short term pump tied to yet another BS press release about funding. That certainly IS something we've seen many, many, many times in the past years.
Of course we all know it's a lie, the only question is whether the lie can be played for any quick gains.
I'd have to worry that MadMal did this because he knows the SEC is about to shut him down. One last chance to offload some worthless paper.
Sure. Lies from EEGC about funding, combined with a paid pump and a lot of wash trades.
No, that's just a MadMal lie.
Bendell is well known in Tasmania as a lying dirtbag swindler.
Here's a local news article outlining how he's hidden his theft in offshore accounts:
https://www.themercury.com.au/news/tasmania/oil-man-malcolm-bendalls-company-named-in-panama-papers/news-story/0708557653ff792834c17aaaee677573
Time HAS told. Same exact lies from MadMal for over a decade, with nothing but failure, lies and fraud as a result.
LLOLLOLLOL "Financing Secured?"How many times in the past decade has MadMal issued that exact same PR? The only thing that changes is the date the PR is issued!
This should give people a clue: "there are no commercial scale oil or gas fields onshore in Tasmania"
I'm sure that exactly as true as all the other claims made.
Wow,if only someone could have seen this coming....
So, how did Big Oil do in their quest to destroy EEGC?
Wasn't the goal to swindle MadMal out of his God Given vision, steal the drilling rights, and make bazillions?
I guess they must be well along in those plans by now, right? XON flagged drilling rigs littering the land, gushers of oil spouting right and left? Right right?
Why would anyone look at a scam POS company like this?
Kim controls the company through his preferred stock. This is common in penny stock scams, the group (or individual) running the scam can control the shareholder votes. That way, as far as the SEC is concerned, the fig leaf of fiduciary responsibility is maintained.
Kim owns 1,000,000 of the Series A-2 Preferred shares. That's 100% of the A-2 shares authorized. Those shares vote at a 3,000 - 1 ratio compared to the common shares, meaning Kim has 3 billion votes in a company that nominally has about 470 million shares outstanding. THAT means, Kim's fiduciary responsibility is to nobody other than himself. Just another penny stock grifter.
Yet another example of what a really GREAT guy Kim is, and how his is SUPER DUPER concerned with helping out the little guy. LLOLLOLLOL
Kim issued a few dozen false and misleading PRs at first. He lied repeatedly about his plans, he lied about getting an audit, he lied about the company's products, he lied about mergers, he lied about financing... he told all the same lies every single penny stock scamster tells.
He tried to engineer a reverse split - just like every other penny stock scamster. When FINRA shot that down, he lost interest. The scam wasn't working as he hoped. The shell was dead. The scammy PRs stopped, the false and misleading "shareholder updates" stopped.
Kim's only hope of salvaging anything out of this scam is to try and prevent other scammers from stealing the shell through endless dilution via toxic notes. That's why he's involved in the lawsuits. He's not "saving" shareholders, he's trying to salvage something from his failed scam. Although, the fact that nothing's happening in those lawsuits indicates to me that he's lost interest in them as well, and is quite happy simply delaying things.
Kim could not possibly care less about the "shareholders."
And yet, they've failed at every possible opportunity.
This is not public information, please provide your source for this absurd claim:
LOL Who would buy them?
Why would anyone want updates from a dirtbag like Kim?
Here are a few of his PREVIOUS updates, taken directly from his own official company PRs. why would anyone believe a word he says?
Unless, of course, anyone actually believes NGCG is hard at work doing "urban mining?" LLOLLOLLOL
--------------------
Canna Shea 420 has agreed in principle to become part of the NGCG Holding company
the company has overcome many obstacles and has accomplished several goals and the company is now moving forward.
New Generation Consumer Group, Inc. has recently changed its name with Delaware SOS to Urban Mining Ventures Inc.
[NGCG] is excited to announce a new Joint Partner, Victory Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: VR). Victory Resources Corporation is a growth focused mineral company creating value through the exploration and development [sic].
Mr. Kim and his advisors have been working several months on the details of Joint Venture with Victory and their CEO Roger Frost.
According to Kim "This new alliance forms the foundation which I needed to catch the attention of my partners overseas and as I forge ahead with my plans to become further involved with our new partners from Canada. Based on my long history with my friends in Hong Kong, I am confident that I will receive the support to take this project to the next level."
Mr. Kim is currently in talks with two separate overseas groups who are claiming to have process equipment which will enable the efficient dismantlement and reclaim processes used in asset recovery which until now was only available through the use of labor overseas.
{Kim} has decided that in the best interest of NGCG and the shareholders that the company enter into to the mining sector and in particular Lithium mining in which Mr. Kim has many opportunities for NGCG.
Mr. Kim decided to focus the company on the mining sector after months of research.
NGCG is very excited to announce the launch of Pop n Hemp Sodas
Mr. Kim stated today, "My intentions are to focus on the restructure of NGCG and our products that can be created on a faster pace to generate immediate revenues and maintaining profitability."
Pop n Hemp sodas will introduce two flavors; Green Apple and Root Beer. Pop n Hemp sodas will come in a classic 12 oz. long neck glass bottle and will be infused with all Natural Hemp and zero THC. Pop n Hemp sodas will be produced with all natural ingredients, pure cane sugar and natural Spring Water.
NGCG's Hemp Refreshers have been completely reformulated and will come out with new flavors; Lemon Lime and Cucumber Melon.
New Generation Consumer Group has also developed a brand specifically for .99 Cent Only Stores. This Michelada brand will carry the name Loteria, and will be available in Original Flavor and Spicy and will have all the same flavorful ingredients as Mucho Macho Michelada. Loteria was created as another brand from the Mucho Macho line. NGCG has already shipped a truck load, and has another one scheduled for this week.
Tom Kim has struck up a new deal for financing that will replace all previous financing.
Kim further states, "We have more products in our near future, and are excited about bringing them to market. If I say that it will happen -- it will happen."
Financials to include S1 filing and audit
There has been another truck load of Mucho Macho Michelada Cups loaded and shipped out. Additionally, the $.99 Cent Only store has again reordered 2 more truck loads and the team is working on preparing that shipment.
I will also start to introduce additional products that will be added to our product line up.
Odd anyone could think there are "zero facts" or no "deluge of press releases" when I listed over a dozen incredibly ludicrous lies taken directly from official NGCG PRs. How can anyone say those aren't facts? Absurd.
Does anyone believe the merger with Canna Shea actually occurred?, Does anyone think this company actually does engage in "Urban Mining?"
That's hilarious.
Each of these lies is directly from the deluge of official NGCG PRs. And that's a fact!
