LOL ok....BMAK and BKMM walk the price down every chance they can...Hide their asks so folks don't know if they can hit it to push the price up. Every run same BMAK....The get someone to have to move their ask in front of them...
First it was mostly BMAK...then lately BMKK has joined...Then you have them on the bid too and hitting their own bid to move the price down at times..We even had ANON yesterday...
And then of course 600k ask today continually walked down so you could see it on level 2 to stop the run today.....but not generally on the direct ask.
A bear raid to drop it back to .20 wouldn't surprise me but lets not pretend this has been 100% manipulation the past couple months....The market cap at these level is plain ridiculously low.
Non retail MMs have tried to kill every rally for the past month and continually walk the price down. Anyone with level 2 would see that....
and yes the wall today to stop it from heading towards .24 and walk it back down...
Everyone knows how undervalued this stock is. The more you can hold it down and accumulate the more you will make down the road. Patient vs the impatient....
At the current market cap it is more substantial imo...but I agree with the overall premise
I disagree. There are some items which can move the needle here that folks aren't even thinking about. Isradipine could double revenues so I am not sure that it won't move the needle either
This is some funny and ironic stuff....lol
I have been telling people this is a buy just based on the potential of the tech at .04. Now with positive trials, financials and incredible leadership, it is a no brainer
Yes...what a tricky plan...spend 200k of his own money and get seasoned veterans to quit there jobs at some of the larger pharma companies to come and work at little Elite that no one heard of...
And then get Camargo to run all these trials that for some reason keep having outstanding results. And then even before that get Actavis to give him generic drugs that have little competition.
I also heard Nasrat is behind the near banking collapse a few years and the Ebola scare...what a trickster.
Thats it ... you convinced me...I am selling all my shares right now...Nasrat spent 200k of his own money to fool us all all by not launching Isradipine yet or even the other drugs pending launch with Epic...And even though he told us about waiting to hear from the FDA to make sure we stand the best chance for approval with no issues...Who can believe him...
On second thought I know how Pharma works and know there is a ridiculously high level of chance for success and that Nasrat has been absolutely amazing in how far he has moved this company forward so I will hold my shares instead
Know what? Why Isradipine is 7 days late? or why the FDA hasnt gotten back to Elite yet? This is pretty funny really. If I had multiple masters degrees and so much experience in Pharma I would know that what you are suggesting is kind of ridiculous and no legitimate company would behave this way....
I can see the PR..."We are letting shareholders know there is nothing to report right now"
or
"Isradpine will still be launching"
or
"Nasrat took a trip to meet potential partner today and then took his wife out to dinner"
or
"Doug Plasche had to leave early to attend parent teacher conference at his kids school but please understand he will be back tomorrow"
Yeah ELTP, who would freak out over a generic being seven days late right? Or the FDA not getting a full response to Elite in 30-45 days....such a short period of time...
Here is the real question. You noted it could take 5 years and we should be patient and let Nasrat do his job....I know it won't be that long but why worry about fluctuating PPS right now then? lol
Why? We already know the results will be positive...or do you mean more false information will be presented...And we also have a good idea about the timeline regardless which would not change....DD has told us that.
So what if the FDA hasn't gotten back yet or there are ongoing discussions? Hasn't bee that long...a month or so? lol
So much ado about the FDA not getting back to them...Maybe get mad at the FDA instead of accusing Elite of something of which we have no basis in fact or knowledge...
Yes I demand to know why a generic drug is 7 days late launching....because I have so much pharma experience.
Both are acceptable to the FDA but yes Elite would be ART and tries to distinguish themselves that way and rightfully so
I think ART is ADT but ADT may not be ART is one way to look at it. It is the different approaches. Looking at Purdue and physical barrier type drugs, they generally fall under deterrence because they can be defeated.
ART is resistance to abuse because it is a pharmacological approach. Embeda uses the same. It is chemistry. The naltexone counteracts the opioid. Works every time and can't be defeated. The receptors in the brain get filled by the naltrexone so no euphoria as the user tries to does dump the drug breaking the time release.
I don't remember if it is officially classified though.
I agree with this ELTP - Let the man do his job...lol
LOL sure...so why the hand wringing over a few days late on a generic drug? Or waiting on response from FDA? Has Pfizer told anyone why they haven't launched Embeda after it has been approved so long ago? Again, folks that understand the pharma industry know this has been pretty much SOP all along.
Yeah....we all know that is not true in the slightest
Elite's leadership has been remarkable. OTC investor understanding of how pharma works.....not so remarkable
Again most of what you posted is false or conflating PPS with company success. Saying no one ever died from snorting Oxycontin is beyond a bizarre claim. People OD on pills all day every day...crushed or otherwise. There is a mountain of desire from all levels of government looking for abuse resistant forms of opioids.
And none of what you posted has anything to do with whether or not Elite will be successful. Even if your bizarre assumption that abuse deterrence isn't needed which is ridiculous on its face, then all Elite will accomplish is have a full line of abuse deterrent opioid generics that doctors can prescribe as equivalent to the non abuse deterrent varieties.
And again, the only real delay is a few business days on generic drug Isradipine. Elite has moved at a ridiculous pace. There sure is manipulation though.
There most certainly are potential partners and interest. But we all know that. Maybe a partner is putting out false information at every turn in places like Hotstocked and other outlets prior to M&A? hmmmmmm....wouldnt be surprising LOL LOL
On what Isradipine? The companies value overall has little to do with Isradipine which is one of about 30 something approved drugs. I am looking forward to it because it will generate more revenue for more trials for more ART products. It is a red herring argument
Isradipine will generate a few million a year. ART will generate hundreds of millions a year. Fussing over a few business days late on Isradpine is the truest example of "a mountain out of a mole hill"
Companies execution has been off the charts good...they are a few business days late on shopping Isradipine...that's it
Lol...sure...
So answer the question.

Want to know something also funny...just the generic drugs will support the current market cap in two years by themselves at the same low PE
Buy shares...don't buy shares...I am not trying to say to do anything but I am explaining why I own shares...company is ridiculously undervalued. I know the stock is being heavily manipulated because it is ridiculously undervalued and no one has given the slightest reason to not expect to make a fortune on the stock. As I ma proving the returns here will be explosive again. We all know that.
50% margin is a pretty standard number...would you like to say it is only 25% worst case scenario for margin and only 5% of only one drug so
50/50 odds at a 5 times return in the absolute worst case scenario on one drug...lol? Still waiting on your answer as to why 50% chance of succeeding has any basis anyway.
The funny part is I am at 25% margin on a ridiculous only 5% market share on only one drug at a low PE
Why? Lol
Be the first to explain why the drugs won't Continue to pass trials and won't be approved...proven it beyond a 50% doubt level.
And please provide a technical basis behind the manufacturing and the science. What information do you have that the team of experts at Camargo and Elite do not have?
No it has been obviously true...Many continue to note it on a continuous basis.
Are you ready for this...
Again, nothing has been presented to indicate any reason to doubt. Trials are all positive and will continue to do so...
But here is the kicker...Lets say we believe much of the misinformation which has been presented although much is not factual and much has not been relevant...but lets say there is some doubt
Lets say the most negative person believes the odds are 50% that Elite will be successful. Now we all know that is not true but worst case scenario
50/50 right
Now if Elite is successful they will have a line of ART Opioids in an 8 billion dollar market maybe much larger...But lets just take Oxycontin at ~$3B
Elite gets a paltry 5% of the market,,,again worst case scenario
That is $150m dollars
Which at a 50% margin, you have a company making earnings of $75m million dollars. Avg to low P/E of 15 makes ~1B market cap.
In other words, only one drug, only 5% of it, low P/E and the company value would be ~10x what it is today.
Now would you take a 50/50 bet where the payout was 10 times your money at worst case scenerios and potentially many multiples of 10?
True except for the ones identified multiple times.
The funniest part of all of this is that as the price has been walked down there hasn't been one piece of credible information presented to back up the view that Elite will not be successful. I learned long ago that conflating price with success is a fools errand on OTC in the short term......
The company has accomplished more in the past year then in the past 10 years...The trials are all positive and will continue to be the same....The current market cap will be supported by just the generic drugs....which makes this a ridiculously good investment.
Anyone who has watched level 2 has been seeing for two months. Read through the posts here. Been noted almost daily. Company incredibly undervalued here....And still no one giving any reason why this company will not get approval after approval for every ADT product they submit...We all know it and we are all betting on it....MMs are counting on naivete of OTC investors.
Questioning what exactly? The only thing that hasn't happened as expected is Isradipine hasn't launched...It is 6 days late...Conflating PPS with value and the incredible progress this company has made has allowed me to greatly increase my holdings for which I am thankful.
The stock has been manipulated down to scare out investors and the naive that tend to invest in OTC. Then add in those with limited pharma understanding and you have a ripe target to manipulate a stock on low volume....Just need to scare up some shares and non retail market makers have been hard at work as noted and described.
Of course there will be expedited review. All of these important drugs will get them because of societal need. Nasrat reiterated what the FDA said to him but it was not a surprise to me.
As far as level 2....non retail has been manipulating the price down for a couple months...Are they short covering or accumulating now? You decide...MMs are known for using all resources available to create a misinformation campaign. Articles in hotstocked and other avenues for distributing false information....
Really? Everything I stated was accurate and easily documented. Efficacy for a generic drug? Why doesn't the FDA require one for all generics then? Epic already had a generic Oxycontin approved....LOL LOL...Now add the Naltrexone beads which won't leak...also proven in trial. Just science
The issue is the other drugs introduced truly different formulations and had stability issues and introduced new elements so efficacy was a real concern.
But really answer the following...Why don't generic drugs require efficacy trials? How is this any different then generic drug making? You actually helped to prove it isn't and the extreme likelihood of success. It is why non retail MMs have been manipulating the stock all day every day for months.
Like I said before, the FDA may require one but CAMARGO is running the trials here....so trying to say Naz is at fault here is funny...Camargo is the undeniable expert and has Elite moving at break neck pace....and we all know it.
exactly...100% the truth
Yeah that's not true really either. These are opioids. They relieve pain and have done so for as long as man has been on earth. Elite's CTO has already gotten an approval for Oxycontin generic via BE studies before so there is little to doubt here. Nothing actually.
Blood plasma levels are shown now in three drugs to be the same. Thus the same amount of the opioid is released into the blood. Again this is just a generic drug really. Elite has three down and 4 more in development. More then anyone.
The difference in formulation is the addition of the Naltrexone beads which also proven do not leak as seen in blood plasma. Simple really. And stability has been noted over and over as being solid for months on end. Pretty much has been covered on every CC since the first trials. And no surprise because it is not really a new formulation as I describe. In fact there is nothing really dynamically different except for the concept. Formulation is pretty standard stuff.
Ironically it was your claim about Elite using off the shelf polymers that also proves this point. Like I said before, we all know this is going to get approved.
and...?
