I agree that there is still a fighters chance here. We were on our way there for a while when we hit .084. They added to the ground in 2011 with the B&B claims and took the time to get current with all the financials. They may have one more shot at this but it's going to take an amazing ride to make it happen.

up 60% on 2,000 shares traded......wooohooo. Is there any life around here?

We need another "on the scene" reporter to stop by the site to see if there is any action. Wish I had the time, always wanted to see the site in person.

I had a weird feeling that a surprise PR could come out today too...and that is based on nothing but a hunch. Hopefully something positive is going on there at the site.

I pressed TD for additional info today and got this response about divvy shares..." We cannot account for the actions of other firms however, most firms will credit their client's accounts in anticipation of receiving distributions whereas, we will wait until we receive the distribution";

So I ask this to the naysayers and the long and hopefuls alike,…….. why does a sub penny stock who just threw out what was seen as horrible news from a disappointing quarter, firing of sub-par workers, in need of funding, with production currently shut down, and oh by the way a possible reverse spit on the horizon, still have this following and still is trading at even these levels?? I have other dead in the water pennies and the message boards are silent and there is no activity. What makes this special? Is it because there IS something special going on here….or is it as PT Barnum would say “a Sucker born every minute”. I’m interested…..

Agree. 2013 is important. I am encouraged that they haven't tried to run and hide. Mitch has been very responsive even to my emails. I believe they r gonna do their best to fix this thing. I'm riding it out too.

still a "chill" under TD acct.

I emailed Mitch about the "chill" and he was very quick and professional in returning my email, as he normally has been. He responded by saying that they are aware of he "chill" and are dealing with the DTC on the matter and hope to know more soon. He said the chill is in regards to new certificate deposits and also that TD shouldn't be stopping me from trading the stock.

As for the question of why the "DTC Chill" has not been lifted here: Based on the industry wide DTC "Chill" restriction that prohibits a clearing firms', specifically TD Ameritrade's, ability to settle trades and prevents book entry deliveries. If we are unable to settle our clients' trades the liability of the trade becomes TD Ameritrade's. Other companies may still be trading the security and taking that risk. However, TD Ameritrade has made a business decision to allow closing transactions only at this time because of the risk of not being able to settle the trade."
