Tig, it seems that those not happy with Imaging3 at this point are those who bought in high and held on are not happy (including myself) or those who just don't like Dean Janes for whatever reason or have some kind of chip on their shoulders.
I have more hope now that I heard from those at the open house. This will pan out and the SP will explode. For me, it just seems like a matter of time.
How many times do we have to say this. Dean is not a great CEO or buisness man. He is a scientist with an idea that panned out. He has a working deevice that can do near real time 3D imaging. Just ask everyone who went to the open house.
So, who cares about his personal life, not me and not Tig + many more. If he can get his team of consultants to help him get the DViS through the FDA and make his investors rich in the process, I would party with him.
Wrong, the FDA does not say the DViS does not work. The submission was incorrect and incomplete. Now that the consultants are on board, the submission will be complete and accurate. There is only one possible outcome and that is FDA approval. The device does work. everyone who has seen it say so. Some of those who have not seen it do not believe.
At, what proof do you have that the demonstration video was pre recorded? I bet you everyone in attendance would disagree. tel him guys.....
EJB, thanks for the detailed honest analysis of the OH. Your account of the DViS along with many others painds a great picture of the validity of the technology. Its exciting to know that the demo finally came to many eyes that were able to tell of their experience rather than just a few that signed NDAs.
Your account of the speed and clarity of 2D and 3D images is comforting for those who have been holding on and waiting to hear first hand accounts of the device.
I wish I was at the OH and there are others that should have been there as well. So far, everyone that went to the OH has reported a good demo and positive results. So maybe Dean took one for the team. I figure he owes us that much.
Long and strong!
I see the "modest jump" (+30% SP) and tripple+ volume as a good sign. The fact that the OH is not known by many investors and the word may take a while to spread is good. How much publicity did the open house get and how many investors outside the chat forums know about this?
Today's price increase will attract the eyes of more investors and they can decide for themselves if they can trust the word of 70 people who attended and saw success of the DViS or the word of a few who are still doubtful and don't belive those who were there. The fact that nobody who attended is doubtful of the technology tells me this is the real deal!
I predict Matig will have the correct price.
Insiders?? This was an open house. All you had to do was reserve your spot and you could have gone. Thats hardly what I call a demo to insiders. The FDA only reports on what is sent to them and that is where the failure was. Dean and Co sent insufficient or incorrect informaiton to the FDA. Now that Dean has many consultants guiding him in the right direction, he has a good chance at getting approval. The device works as advertised. Ask anyone that was there. So far, nobody that saw the demo at the open house disagrees with that.
Phil, I'll see you in the winner's circle then. The DVis now has been proven to work as advertised and the only thing in Dean's way is the FDA. Dean will be popping the cork (we all know he's good at that LOL). The party will be in Burbank.
Woo Hoo!
Additional funding is on the way. This will keep Imaging3 viable until the FDA submission. IMO that will be the last chance though. Hope Dean and all his consultants have their stuff together enough for FDA approval.
Unless you were at the open house you can not call it a scam. If you have the chance to see it in person and talk to Dean, please do. Then tell me if you still think this is a scam. I think you will be amazed at what the DViS can do!
Owl, It seems those who were there to see the DViS are now true believers. Some were before, but everyone who went to Dean's open house is a believer now.
A stock at $0.08 with a proven product?? Nowhere but up now that a lerger audience has seen the proven product live and in person working as advertised. The buy is on Monday morning!
Double dip not on the way.....investors coming back into stocks and taking cash off the sidelines.
Major resistance can be broken if there is a breakthrough or new information made available. In this case, the open house and live demo could be the tipping pinnt to break the resistance.
EJB, that bet will not be taken because we all know the SP for IMGG WILL go up on Monday. The winning bet now is to buy and wait.
I'll take that bet. Dean will not go to jail before the DViS is approved. He may not be a good business man or the proper CEO, but he has a working device and will be vindicated soon.
SirBigWill, You will find that facts and opinions about Dean and Imaging3 are intermixed by people here without saying which they are. You have to know how interpret which posts are facts and what may be opinions that could be incorrect.
"Nobody is buying"?? Incorrect. I will buy and many others including madtig will. Madtig has proven his ability to make good bets and read prople and the product is now proven.
My prediciton is IMGG will have huge volume Monday. A buying day for sure!
Sano, I read in an earlier post that a radiologist was on site with one of the investors and that it checked out. So that is not an issue now. WE have confirmation that it has been witnessed by a radiologist.
Thats right, imgg is on sale big time. Its like getting a new ferrari for ten grand! I just wish I could get more. I'm all in.
Long and stronger!
None of the eye witnesses are saying there is a problem with dvis which makes me believe it's working as advertised. what proof can those who don't believe it works can they show us. it's just a matter of time before the approval is given by the fda.
longer and stronger until the final gong!
Go deano!
mugs, What facts do you have proving the fda will "never" approve the dvis? I still haven't seen facts to back your posts. Since we have witnesses now that can attest to the live 3d functionality of the dvis I dont believe your theories.
8 pennies is the bottom. Now the sky's the limit!
Go IMGG!
I agree. deep discounts for IMGG while other stocks have yet to hit bottom.
Long and strong.... well you know the rest LOL.
The SEC will not halt this stock and Dean Janes will not go to the pokey. Where did that information come from? I haven't seen any legitimate articles or links. Can anyone show me?
Hey Dean, If you read this, the Open House better be good. It doesn't seem you have a lot of fans.
Cp, I saw an enhanced image of the DViS and right below Fisher Price is a label saying Made in China
XC - you mean it will be going up soon enough. I cant wait to hear from those that attended.
Phil, you are right, even if Dean shows the DViS working as advertised, there will be those that will say it was rigged or fake. We shall see!
Long and strong to the final gong is the victory song!
Just FYI...... no one sells stock using a market order unless they don't care what they sell it for!!!! LOL !!!!
Tomorrow Dean will show the DViS in all its glory to a live audience of believers and a tough crowd of non believers. Place your bets now. Buy if you think its for real. If you have shares and don't believe in it, sell now to someone who wants it. Hubris may be interested in some more
The game is still on. The problem is nobody is selling. Just ask Hubris.
Try a market price order. Someone must be selling. According to post http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=66298838
The latest pump of I3 stock will be dumped today.
I haven't seen any dumping yet, have you?
Not a selloff and SP is up a hair, less than average trading volume today. Still not seeing the selloff. Am I missing something here?
I understand that the initial image takes a little time (perhaps 30 seconds). Then the changes are created in near real time. So the 30 seconds would be the initial creation of the image. Somebody help me with the technical details on this.
If by selling you mean 80,000 shares....... The trading is in the normal range for IMGG. We wouldn't want to make people feel like there is panic by posting that people are selling would we?
Lets see, 80,000 shares * $0.08 = $6400 (ballpark). Hardly a big sell off and the SP is up. Please explain what you mean. I don't understand why you are referring to this as a sell off.
I thought the relationship with MWE was no longer confidential since it has been terminated. That matter is back on the table for the meeting. Ask away.
Vino, I'm coming up with 46K (11,500 x 4). I only see the 11,500 price here: http://www.moneytv.net/moneytvbrochure4.htm Where did you see a higher price (up to 17,250)?
Maybe the person who sold did not get the memo from Dean saying not to sell. LOL
Perhpas its because they said in the next 12 months. If it does not happen by March, 2012, please let us know.
People will be loading up with IMGG shares before the meeting on the 19th. Watch out for flash buying.
