MR3 Systems Files a Response to SEC Comments Regarding Its 10-SB Registration Statement


SAN FRANCISCO, Aug 19, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- MR3 Systems, Inc., (NQB:MRMR)
today announced that it has filed a detailed response to comments from the
Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with its Form 10-SB
registration statement previously filed with the SEC. The Company filed its
10-SB registration statement pursuant to its bid to become a fully reporting
company to the SEC and in keeping with the eligibility requirements of the OTC
Bulletin Board and other national exchanges. Concurrent with this filing, the
Company has also filed its Form-10-KSB for the period ended December 31, 2002.
The response to comments and the 10-KSB were filed in accordance with the SEC's
EDGAR system and may be viewed on the SEC website at http://www.sec.gov.

"We believe that we have appropriately responded to the various questions and
request for clarifications requested by the SEC upon their review of our
original registration statement," stated Bradley Rotter, President and COO of
MR3. "We anticipate that these detailed responses and our submission of the
10-KSB document will begin the process of satisfying the requirements of the SEC
and making us current with our reporting obligations," he added. "We expect
further discussion with the SEC staff and intend to actively pursue this matter
until all questions and comments are answered to their satisfaction.
