I thought Cameron Cox said that John Verghese was no longer in charge at Infrax and it was defunct. Now we have a SEC filed form that says he is involved:
John Verghese
Principle Executive Officer
I'm confused, who is running the show at Infrax? And why have they not released a statement about (their no longer relationship with) Itron?
has signed an exclusive MVA (Master Vendor Agreement) with Tinkerer's Obsession Labs (TOL) to be an exclusive provider of containerized grow systems (grow.droid II) for TOL in the following jurisdictions: Alaska, Continental United States and First Nations in Canada.
Who is "Tinkerer's Obsession Labs (TOL)" and how are they integral in getting grow.droid II into Alaska, Continental United States and First Nations in Canada?
And still no word from Hemptech or FWDG regarding a "dividend" from the "spin off"?
Is this the "exciting" news?
HempTech has signed an exclusive agreement with FutureLand Corp (OTC PINK: FUTL) to obtain financing and consultation support for the life of the MVA agreement to better service the agreement with TOL. HempTech will compensate FutureLand through revenue sharing on the project.

We will be filing our amended 10K next week or so to become fully compliant with OTC and SEC. We will also be announcing some great news for our loyal shareholder as well.
Pins and needles. Is that to say there is only one loyal shareholder? I'm not surprised. Great news for their "loyal shareholder"... he must be so excited!

Oh yeah, almost forgot about Urvape... what ever happened to: "Get ready for our whole new SafeVapeTMproduct line debut !!!!"

“This venture had been in the works for some time prior to my taking over as CEO, but it was the first thing that I needed to complete once I got here. I am very excited to be working with Ebbu and look forward to a bright future together”, commented CEO of URVape, Dan Montgomery.
URVape, Inc., under Mr. Montgomery’s direction, is developing a new standard of vaping that will be used in conjunction with this vendor agreement and others going forward.

BTW, did you know that Dan Montgomery is no longer CEO of URVAPE? Neither did I.. there was no 8K or PR to announce his departure.

Actually, we weren't aware that the time frames would be so ridiculous when we put out the press release

That's all we try to do! Im only posting off what they have PR'd or filed in the past...and that usually leads to more questions than answers!

not really...
Surfkast has a point. The only Colorado Flower company that any of us can find, is well, this Colorado Flower Company:
http://www.coloradoflowercompany.com/
Aside from that, CFC exists only on paper within your sec filings and PR's and was created one month before the announcement of the lease agreement.
So thats one down... what about Colorado Flower Company? And if they are gone too, will they try and get more contracts? Can they even build on this land as they stated? and by the way, What is the current revenue stream for FUTL? So many questions...
Oh you hear, huh? Please share your source
FutureLand Properties, LLC, our first subsidiary, currently has two signed leases for our land in Colorado. One lease is with the Colorado Flower Company, LTD and the other is with GPS, La Vita, Inc. Both leases are for five years, plus renewals. The projected revenues are very nearly jaw-dropping.

It's been almost a year since we've had any updates on the lessees of the Futureland Property, can you please give us an update on this and the issues with the property itself..water, structures, permits, etc. TIA
