SHE LOOKS LIKE SHE CAN TOUCH .50-.60 IMO
NOT IF THEY ARE PARTNERED
Looking for the bottom
I'm noting sarcasm on your part
Have you heard of notate it and check later and see what happens? There's more than the option of move on and forget it
Have you heard of notate it and check later and see what happens?
Mojo you do realize that many investors follow the edgar public system right? Giving a heads up on new and upcoming companies and tech
You do realize all the money Kim has to pay right? And then he'll just abandone it just like that? And as much needed as money is right now? stupid
Howdy Gimmme.. yes it is passed to the SEC the way it is. If you go to sec.gov and put in the code S-1 it will show you also S-1A meaning the S-1 was amended. Through this process they continue to amend or add content until hopefully approved as a finished product
Darryl..it's not by accident that the S-1 was done 6/2. That's 7 weeks b4 July 23rd. Why? Avg time for possible approval from SEC is 4-6 weeks. This could all take place about mid July.
Who remembers? First approved Vietnam investment level was $1million. The next? Was it $50million?
GT..totally agree with your statement very well said..below.
but I would welcome the security it gives this company to execute it's business plan. We will now get to see how this company is run when it's fully funded.
If this was any other OTC company I'd say usually not good. But this isn't just any other company... it's KBL
No questions now Patrik... we've been clearly updated with this S-1 just put out yesterday my friend...great news
It’s also important to check for amendments throughout the process, as a company will provide new disclosures, updates to financials, and ultimately the pricing of the shares being offered to the public.
Remember people.
Well that stands to reason..
The Box
Companies include a summary at the beginning of each S-1 that provides the key highlights of the entire document. We like to call this “The Box,” as it has a border around this section’s content. The Box will typically include information about the company, the company’s industry, competitive strengths, business strategies, risk factors, summary financial data and a summary of the securities to be sold in the IPO. The company provides this up-front overview to establish a company narrative and value proposition in an easy-to-read format, forgoing legalese and other jargon that may put off investors.
The point doesn't just remain with the word dilution people. It's the PR's of great uses of finally millions being attained. And Kim will astutely uses those monies to give more than good reason for dilution. Millions$$.. dilution..reverse split..uplist..partnerships revealed..clients licensed..$$$$$$$$$$
I was thinking similarly about a PR soon as well
We are actively pursuing relationships within target end markets to secure product collaborations with key market channel leaders. Due
to the unique nature of our product, we received numerous unsolicited requests from leading businesses across a range of attractive end
markets requesting materials for applications development. This substantial demand for spider silk materials across the broad spectrum
of applications for high performance fibers and textiles, combined with the limited initial production capacity, has provided the
opportunity to be selective in choosing market channel partners best able to quickly bring our product to market at scale. We are
working under non-disclosure agreements to secure these collaborative development agreements and to establish limited channel
exclusivity for firms we believe mirror our culture of innovation. With recent advancements in our manufacturing capacity, we expect
to generate revenues from these relationships in 2020.
Additionally, we are currently focused on the expansion of our production facilities in Vietnam. We are currently utilizing a mix of
direct staffing and contract labor to support its in-house production. We are exploring a production expansion model utilizing contract
production consistent with the distributed model used for mundane silk production. We will also consider technology licensing models
with companies, regions, or countries where its silkworms could be produced under exclusive license.
Our technology is a direct drop-in replacement for traditional silk manufacturing,
allowing any silk operation employing our silkworm technology to immediately be converted without any additional need for capital
investment. We are currently securing global patent protection for our technologies in silk producing and silk consuming countries.
I see licensing coming!!
We are continuing to develop new recombinant silks and other protein-based fibers and materials using our genetic engineering
capabilities. We recently unveiled our first knock in knock out spider silk material using our silkworm based production platform.
These new spider silk fibers offer increased silk purity. Due to the biocompatible and biodegradable properties of silk, we expect that
the new materials developed using this higher purity process will create opportunities for products in the medical industry, including
sutures, grafts, and implants
Monster Silk® was the first recombinant spider silk fiber product we developed. Monster Silk incorporates the natural elasticity of
spider silk to make a silk fiber which is more flexible that conventional silk fibers and textiles. We have produced sample products
using Monster Silk® including knit fabrics, gloves, and shirts in collaboration with textile mills. We expect that Monster Silk® will
have market applications across the traditional textile markets where its increased flexibility will provide increased durability and
comfort.
Our management believes that access to financing has been the biggest hurdle to the Company’s ability to expand and create products
for commercialization. Due to our limited financing opportunities, we were unable to perform our operations in a manner that we
believe would have led to expedited growth and opportunities for our products. Although we have made progress in the
commercialization of our spider silk technology, it has not been at the rate it could have been with more financing. Management
believes that the proceeds from this offering will address our financing issues and pave the way for expedited growth.
Good thing I've only got 3 ;)
Those crickets will bark like thunder with the coming months
Maybe it was just the garage, so the arsonists left, and so Kim protected the rest of his house. End of the day, we are rolling, alive, and ready to make thunder.
That is very short sighted to say 1.00 to only .75. What about the months after that .75 with no meat PR. .75 would by far not been the end of it.We would continue down, down, down. How far? It's all speculation but is it possible with no real pr's and covid-19 we could find ourself right here anyway at .15? YEA
Any lower and I'll have both hands out again buds
Market taking the news well.
