Me too, I don't expect much price appreciation until some news or event surfaces. I am holding until then. Thanks for your DD.
Recent events indicate kmag will trade normally again.
JR has millions of reasons to see kmag trading higher. He won't walk away because some enforcement arm slapped him with a 10 day suspension. kmag will come back with a vengeance.
The price was too low to sell then IMO, depends on your time frame.
Revenue increases this big will overcome any market
Reid - Kmag will be trading on a higher board soon.
SEC has shot theirs, ball is in kmags court.
Companies increasing revenue at this pace deserve a huge multiple.
Kmag increasing revenue Q over Q. CEO has the inside track. It is only a matter of time.
Nobody is happy to be in the GM. JR took his exploration phase mining co. public, I am sure he will bring revenue producing kmag to a good place soon. What form that takes is anybody's guess right now.
One thing is obvious going back to de-registering kmag in 2008. JR can produce when he is ready. Revenues separate kmag from the rest of the stinky pinkies. Kmag will be listed when JR is ready. How he does it is another question.
kmag revenues are what separates them from the crowd.
Kmag paid for Trio to purchase allied, 250k came from somewhere.
this is an all new company.
Allied technologies have multiple revenue streams
Allied technologies on the QB
JR let kmag go dormant to shake out third-party pumper, a little birdie says a no-action letter for kmag will happen in the first half of the year.
Long term shareholders will be rewarded...
Way to take a stand Johnny, strong work
Emge was cleared, SEC mistake, they threw the baby out with the bath-water, regulatory over-reach.
Taz, you figured it out, Merry Christmas to you
Wrong answer, check the facts and try again
EmGE, was suspended wrongly, got a no-action letter, made it back to the pinks, so what is your point?
Another playing the overwhelming odds IMO, will work in the long run. However, ignoring the exception may present a sizable lost opportunity. I would never recommend buying a GM stock, but the ones that hold shares are in a unique situation.
I think one should go naturally, over time. Prolonging the inevitable will produce a drastic change that might shock.
Yes, something fishy here, no doubt. I am looking for audited financials personally.
I have emailed JR in the past, I choose to wait for a proper PR on the subject. This is not a matter for personal email IMO. All share-holders need proper updates on this subject. As we have been warned over and over and over, this will take some time.
Nobody knows the exact nature of the SEC's interest at this point. JR has experience with them, and enough money to hire the right people. I find the third-party pumper fact particularly interesting. Pure speculation right now, but it answers a lot of questions.
EMGE survived suspension and returned from the GM as well. Business was not successful after being the victim of a third-party pump and dumper. Hmmm.....
It was an analogy, Janice
My point is, enforcement agencies use the available tools to encourage certain behavior, as well as attempting to protect share-holders. Because the financials are not audited, the SEC may want to make kmag justify certain claims to protect the share-holders, follow? Just a possibility, and kmag had a big turn-around in the last year.
If you make 350k one year and 15mil the next the irs may make request an audit.
Suspension is a tool that the SEC can and does utilize.
Nobody knows the nature of the SEC's interest in kmag. So it could be a wrist slap for not having audited financials and claiming huge revenue increases in PR's.
22 is a 15 with new skin IMO
stl loud and proud, I have been in this stock since April, wild ride
Please spare us the "great profits" Not enough shares traded for that to occur on a serious basis, Let's look for the future prospects for this stock on this board, the relevant, on topic stuff
I have communicated with JR in the past, my impression is different than yours, from what I have read. I have held many shares with the impression that this stock will arise from the ashes and against the odds. No proof to offer, however, the stance the last Q took is compelling.
I expect two years audited financials have to be submitted for SEC and Finra to move forward in the uplist process. I am not sure where kmag is at in the process.
