as long as vert is on the ask which is a dilutor the sp will go down....my guess the share count will be up by the end of the week

vert on the ask is not a good thing...they are typically a dilutor...will have to wait and see what transpires this week

why would a non profitable company give away money.....i undestrand its a devasting event....but this is not in the best interest of shareholders...ur going to end up diluting more stock

no one cares that da lied about the financials? In last conf call didnt he say that december alone was close to 50,000 in sales. Now sales are less than 50,000 total for the quarter. only 10,000 more than previous quarter not even close to the percentages he claimed in prs. This is illegal.

short term this stock isnt going any where....there is nothing signifacnt enough in penny land to make this shoot up from what was said on the conf call last night....im not sAying long term there is potential if they get profitable but with only a few more websites as growth theres no way the sp could move up to justify any thing over a million market cap to me......im guessing the company made roughly 150 thousand last year

two great posts in a row. the only thing keeping this stock down are th hicups and dilution...and guess what all those hicups cost us....us the shareholders not danny money. danny can just go issue more shares....then he calls us names beacuse were frustated....thats whats dissapoing....on a side note ir hasnt answered the phone thentire week or returned any of my messages

actually i do call ir about once every other week...they lied to me in early march they told me no more dilution at least until summer....also told me the company is doing great..to me if ur doing great u dont need to raise this kind of money...im not a sheep...im a smart investor who wants to know where dilutive money is going. if i see 3 new stores open i would be happy if the money is for celebs..unhappy just wants some truth for once...until then this company will trade where it is..which is a valuation it deserves
