The news which states shares will be retired in an effort of uplisting directly points to there being no reverse split. Why go through the effort of retiring shares and lowering SS and then R/S. Some of the stuff said on this board is just laughable to me

SCM great to have you here man. I just wanted to get your thoughts on a possible name change. I don't get why the hell they are still operating as minerco resources if they are strictly in beverage industry. Change it to Minerco beverages or something, idc. Also many investors here do not realize that MINE owns 70.3 percent of level 5 which receives 51 % rev interest in Vfizz. People here think every bottle sold is a dollar in revenue for MINE when in reality it's more like 20 cents. I did a revenue estimate a while back, seems no one caught it still.

Once again, MINE does not come anywhere near receiving 1$ per bottle. Many investors don't understand that.

Listen to me. Although investors thought news was coming this week, Veve did not say there would be news this week. What he did say is he would push both parties to get it done this week. That clearly didn't happen, and clearly what did happen was all investors saw was the phrase "this week" and didn't read the whole PR. It's usually good to actually read the entire release, LOLZZZ
