More great PR! Company posting profits! No volume :( I just don't get it. this is a great company and it just needs some good PR to get it rolling.

Let's put it this way. It will stop everyone saying "USACig is making the money on the sales of the e-cig and hop-on gets nothing but maybe a few cents." Now hop-on gets the entire stream of profits even it it is 10 cents.

My point is this. if you only lost a small amount then why are you on this personal attack of PM. I could care less about his personal life. All I care about is the stock price. Just deduct the loss from your taxes and stop the personal attacks.

Not True! Stock can get delisted for multiple scams (unlikely). It could also go through a reverse split and then drop like a rock again. (Likely)

I don't believe it is #1. I believe all the sellers are bag holders from the last scam and are dumping to get back what they can then head for greener pastures. The buyers are people hearing the explosive stock BS and saying “Heck it is at .0001 and it can’t go any lower so I will roll the dice.”

Wow another killer start to the day. Guess this is going to wither away until we see some pr with meat on it and then it may run. There are tons of them with an avg. pps of .001 that have been watching this bounce from .0004 to .0007 then back down again.

Mine is the same way. 1st thought was my account got jacked and all my stocks were transferred out. Then I found them all in there on another screen so I figured it was a technical issue.

That was my exact thought. They did a stock split so they would have shares available to buy other companies and that time is now. I am guessing that the restricted shares are now being sent into the market to fund the acquisition.

yes we are and we dropped after the last financials were posted because the pumpers all posted about the profit PIHN was going to post and guess what. No profit and it dropped. They increased sales and closed the gap on posting a profit which was great but it did not meet the hype pre release.

I am not a flipper. I have bought this as a long term play. I am simply pointing out that you need to look at the whole picture. If they buy this company there will be costs and those costs will have an impact to the net earnings from the acquired company. It will expand the business in the US which is huge and will help them to grow which is also huge.

The over pumping is hurting us as it is setting expectations higher then the company can reach.

I agree on this one. Good business plan to expand the US operations.

Where did you post that they have to pay for that revenue and they are paying a lot more then the $12M they are getting and they also added the expenses the company they are looking to buy has?

I did not say it was not good. I simply stated the rest of the picture to balance the board out. The pumpers were all pumping like this costs nothing and we will start getting $3.6M added to Net Profit. It is good that the company is expanding but everyone needs to remember expansion costs money and they have to get it from somewhere.

No I am not kidding. It is an office complex for IT related businesses. Plain and simple. It is not a customer, partner or revenue stream. It is an expense.

Guess that PR today is not looking so rosy after all is it. So are they going to increase the authorized shares and dilute this even more? Is it a private investor and what will they have to pay them for the cash? I can see why we did not increase in price by much today.

Ok so let’s look at this. If we assume the purchase price is 2x's the current sales (VERY VERY Conservative) it will take them 6.67 years to recover their investment so there will be no lift to bottom line due to offsetting income with cost to acquire. Basically it boils down to paying $24M to get $3.6M a year in future income. It is a good deal but not an immediate profit to the company.

Don't get too excited about Cyberport. It is an office complex only. They rent out office space.

The cost of the acquisition may erase any hope of a profit this year.

If we get empty news with little details then we hit .0004 in a few hours. The news has been pumped so hard the reaction to poor or empty news will be a crush.

I am stunned by the lack of volume today. I figured the volume ramp had started and we would see increases daily until 2Q results are posted. Oh well. Hold and cross our fingers is all we can do now.

I agree 100%. The problem here is a few folks are already pumping the financials implying profits and we all know what happened the last time they did that. Boom the bottom fell out and we hit .0004 in a flash.

People are trying so hard to pump this they are over pumping and pop it blows up in a bad way.

PR today oh wait tomorrow oh wait next week..... There were 3 folks that posted about pulling orders because of this crap. Now everyone just wait and post "WHEN" the pr comes out.

My guess on today. Start at .0006 with a few buys at the bell. drop to .0005 and hang there for most of the day. Gets a paint job at .0006 before the bell.

I would love to see .0007's get on deck but I think that will have to wait until next week.

?? Does it say PROFIT? No it says revenue. A 500K revenue does no good when the expenses are 600k. That is called a loss.

The information you posted is wrong. This company has never posted a profit and 1Q 2010 was still losing money. Are there a lot of things going on that "MAY Change This?" yes however telling people they are profitable this year is a lie.

Pumping this stock with lies is one of the reasons we are down in the .000x land right now. Pumps of profits and huge deals in the works does no good when they are proven wrong.

I called the transfer agent and was given Peter's personal cell number and was told to ask him. I talked with him and he stated he would have Jay call me back with the A/S and O/S. Guess what! No call back yet and that was over a week ago.

I agree with you 100%. If PIHN pulls off an acquisition then it will fly. That is why I own it. Yes every sub-penny on my list is getting creamed also and for that fact I stand on my comment this one will drop down more.

Do you really think his, or anyone elses, posts on this board control the stock price? Come on. I see value in his posts because they balance all the pumpers on here. Plain and simple.

I don't back him all the time. I think he is a little too far on some of his comments but on the flipside the pumpers go a little to far on some of their comments.

Do I think there is good potential here? Yes I do. Do I think the stock will drop some more? Yes I do. Do I think this is a great long term by? Yes I do.

There are too many open items still on this company and 7B outstanding does not help much. A reverse split at these levels would kill this thing so we are stuck here for awhile.
