And your personally attacks on me do nothing.
I am "lamb leading" NO ONE. I have not said buy nor sell, I have spent literally DAYS researching this company. I put everything out on this table let the investors make their own decisions. I did something that wasnt being done. I was finding out about the REAL company THRR, not the one that has been beaten to death in the penny world.
nope, money not gone till you SELL. Your account balance will show a lower amount if the pps of THRR goes down, but as you know the pps on any stock fluctuates everyday and we watch it go up and we watch it go down. It is when you SELL that you take the lose and if a day or two after you sell, the price goes up, someone else makes what should have been your profit.
Yep and there you have it. The pr that you posted CLEARLY states COULD BE AS SOON AS...... never did they say closing date of April 10.....however they did put out a pr that said CLOSING DATE APRIL 30, so again thank you for posting it and bringing clarity to the fact that April 30 is the only date that they set for a closing.
NO one playing 11.6 bill. o/s. 6 billion of those put in to play in last 4 month and you say no one is playing??? ummmm no....someone playing very big my friend.
i keep it very simple little rickie. When you tell people that if the deal doesnt go thu, they lose all their money, well, that isnt true and when you say that money goes right to THRR, that also isnt true.
actually down 1 tick on very low volume. And yes I think its safe to say that all of us that are holding it are getting very excited. I know i just can hardly wait for friday.
not subject to the same sec rules. As you will clearly notice, THRR has NO sec filings, so even when new major shareholders come on board (5 new ones at the end of 09) there was not one sec filing.
and misleading again. They have set one closing date and that is April 30, 2010. They did say that they had hoped to close by April 10, but never ever did they say it would.
nope i think this was very real thought out and I think there is little to no chance that it will fall thru. jmo
actually the price was lower a couple weeks ago. I think down to .0013 sooooo no worried.
they did disclose.... several times. NO where does it say that the buyers name must be disclosed. THRR made it very clear .01 for all outstanding and issued shares, 100% of the company, Closing date set for April 30.
Theres your disclosure and they were very clear.
no...low volume means everyone is holding them and holding them tightly they are.
if you click on my name you can go back and read what my opinion is and WHY it is my opinion. I have posted it many times.
none of us will know the terms until both partys sign on the dotted line. We will have to wait this one out.
low volume is good sign to me.....means everyone is holding onto their shares....like about 11.4billion of them that didnt trade today.
just an opinion and posted that several times before as to what my opinion is
I get the impression that this is a cash deal which to me means that there would be a cash settlement within 3 days. jmo
on another low volume day.
2 mil, 3 mil and 9 mil trades just went thru seconds apart.
Your talking lose and I am talking profits so we are not on the same page. It is your opinion that THRR will plummet. It is my opinion that it will not. In a few days we will all know and it is safe to say that their will be very happy and very sad people. I am choosing to be one of the happy ones. jmo
ahhh well you see thats just the thing. We have been given no indication at all, that this deal isnt going to close on Friday. And their are some that got in at much above .0015 as you mentioned. They are probably still holding or have averaged down. If they were to sell right now, they would crystallize any lose they have and that money would be gone forever. As it stands, and as far as all can tell, the deal is still scheduled to close on April 30. So it is understandable to me as to why we all are holding.
really??? I have been playing pennys for 2 1/2 years now and NEVER had one halted on me. I guess I must pick the good ones. The ones that are real comp. like THRR
well thats just your opinion. I buy and hold penny stocks all the time THRR is one of them. I have no problem with it and absolutely no reason why it cant be done.
No not a novice and not an amature. I do this everyday. I see the share counts on many stocks...everyday. And this one is very different my friend. You say 10% in a week, but you and I know many many many of those stocks are just the same ones....i know this because I occassionaly flip a stock too. So when I flip in the same day, and someone else buys from me and flips too, what we have is the same set of shares over and over. And MM's also move them left hand to right and those ones dont even change owner. but again what hasnt happened in anysort of sell off and each day 98% are held.
well see thats just the thing. We, none of us, know exactly what is going on with that 1-2% of shares that trade. My opinion is that some move from left hand to right hand, some are the flippers, some are the ones that got scared. But you are making it about the 1-2% that trade. What I like, in fact I love it, is that 98% of shares are not moving they are being held very very tightly. And there is a big reason for that my friend....a very big reason. If this was a p and d........then they forgot to tell everyone about the d. 11.4 billion being held. who do you hink owns all those shares??
nope not nervous at all.
you consider 1% of the outstanding and owned shares a high volume day???? No my friend this is low volume and actually only about 1/3 of the normal average daily volume.
ahhh indeed it could. THRR has not let us down. I love this company and I think most of the shareholders love them too.
MM's are very capable of controlling when the volume is low. Alittle harder when the volume is higher. Watch, when this starts to go up...it will be completely out of control. And looking at the asks on the L2 that might be sooner then later
Asks 3 x .0016
2 x .0022
2 x .0023
3 x .0025
2 x .0026
and 5 more above that. Nothing between .0016 and .0022 and that is the first time I have seen that on this one.
ahhh tommy...i think you have it very right. Very different indeed. And no pr is adding to the excitement for me. Someone, on this board, predicted awhile back that they didnt think THRR would put out a pr until April 30. They thought the pr might read something like this.
The deal is done, those of you holding THRR will get your .01 per share......and those of you who shorted....you owe us a pile of cash.
I am starting the think that he predicted it right. What do you think?
I agree. MM's are out to line there pockets and those of their rich clients imo. It wasnt originally meant to be that way. It was meant to keeps the market running smoothly. Unfortunately it has now turned into more of a game of manipulation. THRR does not benefit from this. We are now seeing what a truer picture of MM's on the news everyday. ie Goldman Sachs.
cant be supported by fact??? I guess then that the share count that is posted each day on all stock is incorrect?? No my friend I have it right 98% of ALL the issue and outstanding shares, are being held.
and if there was huge doubt as some say....we would see a selloff...but nope...most (about 99% so far today) still holding
no... they are not clearly lying. They are clear and concise and have not waivered.
what do you mean the public doesnt believe? Are you referring to the 98% of the shares that the believing public hold onto every day??
nothing absurd about it. Most generally in tender offers/LOI, etc, the companys do up a NDA. It protects both of them. I would be willing to bet that they have one.
heres another definition of a Market Maker.
A broker-dealer firm that accepts the risk of holding a certain number of shares of a particular security in order to facilitate trading in that security. Each market maker competes for customer order flow by displaying buy and sell quotations for a guaranteed number of shares. Once an order is received, the market maker immediately sells from its own inventory or seeks an offsetting order. This process takes place in mere seconds.
.01 per share for ALL issued and outstanding shares, 100% of the company, closing date set for April 30, 2010.
How much more clear and concise do they need to be?? I think they made it very clear.
