Tiffer fully expects E-Mail Frequencys pursuit of 20 million embedded phr's in employees benefit packages to become a reality and of course revenues pretty much nullify any concerns about further dilution and this company will do very well. Thats my prognosis and I am sticking to my forecast of 1-2 dollars on stated years...whatever revenue comes from other sources will just be icing on the cake..January 2014 will be the end of Dave Loftus prediction for that 20 million signups for recurring revenue to happen...JMO...Tiffer

I think it is absolutely mind blowing to think that a patent lawyer firm, which is working on a continguency, may well be working at this very minute putting all their ducks in a row pursuant to announcing a multi-million dollar lawsuit(s) against one or several of the large companys out there that have infringed on MMRF's patents. I may need to raise my prediction of 1 dollar in 2013 and 2 dollars during 2014 if that happens. JMO...Tif

What I can tell you is that MMR filed a Patent Infringement Lawsuit against Walgreens today and that has kept me very busy.
In case you are interested, the patent infringement case was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California and is case number CV 13-00631. The complaint will be available on the court’s website http://www.pacer.gov/ tomorrow, January 30, 2013. As detailed in the complaint, MMR alleges that Walgreens infringes on MMR’s personal health records patent, specifically US Patent No. 8,301,466. In its complaint, MMR seeks damages as well as a permanent injunction.

I disagree with your opinion because of these 5 contracts that Bob Lorsch/management team and vendors have put together....(1) Marketing plan with E-Mail Frequency to sell the PHR and MMR-PRO thru other outlets which will embed the PHR into employees benefit packages worldwide which provoked Dave Loftus, with signed contracts with other vendors who specialize in benefit packages worldwide, to make the statement of 20 million embedded PHR's within 18 months from June, 2012 to end of which is January 2014 which of course means recurring revenues ....(2) 1175 MMR-PRO units, including PHR availability with future recurring PHR subscriptions given to VISI with EXCLUSIVE worldwide distribution to all dentist offices. These units are currently being installed now and in the future. ....(3) Negotiations currently going on with the race track industry which would mean a PHR for race horses starting in Calif. and hopefully worldwide. ....(4) Unis-Tonghe/MMRF 30 year venture is finally going to pay off with the chinese version of MMRF's chinese patent PHR which is currently being installed in Henan province which the chinese gov. gave license to Unis/MMRF and that province contains over 100 million folks. 1/15 of Chinas Pop. and more contracts surly forthcoming! ....(5) Patent value will be determined by those who accept/ refuse the olive branch of a negotiated agreement for usage of MMRF's patents and/or lawsuits will result which lawyers being paid on a contingency basis will not attempt unless they see a "slam dunk"....So you see a company using their AS (authorized shares) for the purpose of paying bills and making the insiders very rich who own 27% of the common stock which will of course make us investors a lot of money as revenues pour in during this year and next then the PPS will surly follow...Patience my friend..Patience...JMO...Tiffer

Where is your basis for seemingly unlimited shares come from? If you read the past financials you might see that MMRF was very stingy with selling ANY shares for a pittance! The few million out there will be running out very soon as you well know if you have read the past financials. While you are reading them look at the RHL group stepping in with another 3 million dollar credit line which nullified any outside source of moneys....JMO...Tiffer
Your statement of unlimited shares holds no water as you well know. Those millions of shares you talk about are true and well on their way to vanishing due to the volume that OLYM has already sold. The remaining shares are finite and will shortly be gone as you well know...As for what is going on currently on the burn rate and where the money is coming from then I will take Dave Loftus and his statement to me that in the near interim that He will put money out of his own pocket for more MMRF common stock and of course he will hold with firm hands until the stock gets into the dollars....JMO...Tiffer
They do not have an unlimited amount of shares to sell as MMRF has been very stingy with the Authorized Shares and as you well know the RHL group which pulls money directly out of Bob Lorsch's pocket has been the major contributor on the companys "burn rate". Has anybody noticed the statement that Bob Lorsch made about Unis-Tonghue has started to incorporate the chinese version of MMRF's PHR into Henan province? With over 100 million people and the chinese mandate of 3 persons making up a family then we can reasonably figure that approx. 33 million chinese citizens will have a chinese version of MMRF's PHR. The Politiburo has decreed that ALL of chinas over one and one half billion people will have a PHR and Unis-Tonghue/MMRF has been awarded the Henan province for electronic medical records. Larry Elison of Oracle has his companys hardware being incorporated into the HUGH medical complexes that have been built and recently completed in Henan Province. Henan province was chosen to be the first of many provinces for this ongoing program of electronic records due to the fact that this particular province is beseiged with many rampant diseases and the citizens of Henan province have had demonstrations in the streets demanding access to their medical records in the past years. Bob Lorsch has said in the past that it would take years to realize profits from China and it has started and will be reflected in future financials. Many more provinces in the future will be awarded to companys and my money is on Unis-Tonghue, with its 10's of thousands of employees, which will certaintly be awarded more contracts (provinces) in the future. 100 million of approx. 1,500,000,000 is certainly a good start for Chinas electronic medical system...This Chinese joint venture is just one of many lucrative affiliations that Bob Lorsch has ongoing for MMRF's future revenue stream and those with patience will be rewarded for their patience and faith in this company...JMO..Tiffer

You posted that same question months ago and here is the same answer I responded with; Mr. Loftus decided to not give any forthcoming announcements because why give competition a heads up on where MMRF's products are being introduced. If you carefully read EMF's announcement you would realize that revenues will be forthcoming during 2013 not now or in the past as you think should have happened. You really should call Mr. Loftus and then you would get concise answers from the man who is putting all the deals together...I did, and am happy with his answers, especially on future revenues..JMO...Tiffer

Getting a vendor like E-Mail Frequency selling MMRF products with a marketing agreement signed by Bob Lorsch is what I call a lucrative contract! Also if you have been keeping up with recent news then you would know that licensing for MMRF patents has occurred and the aforementioned will be reflected in coming financial reports...Actually many things going on so I really look forward to the future and not the past as that is pretty dismal. The CEO of E-Mail Frequency told me that there are going to be some very happy campers the summer of 2013 and that indicates to me that the 2nd quarter financial report will give credence to his statement. His income and MMRF's is RECURRING revenue and as the multitude of companys worldwide pay there bills (30, 60, 90 day time frames) and get set up with the phr addition in there employees benefit packages then MMRF will finally see daylght, especially since MMRF gets the higher percentage (money wise) of the phr package because of the value of MMRF's patents pertaining to such..MMRF's patented PHR definately has value or why else would these 2 private companys run with it?...Tif
On the biotech side, MMR received two additional patents for our anti-CD20 antibodies and B-Cell vaccine in Mexico. We also received a patent in Mexico for our Personal Health Record health IT service offerings. You think end of year report and you may be right for that time period for chaff. I think the true indicators will be the 1st and 2nd quarter reports of 2013 which will reflect the revenue from E-Mail Frequency on the embedded phr in benefit packages. The last 3 months of 2012 were the sign up period for many companys worldwide as indicated by Dave Loftus and the two very important privately held companys that are signed up with E-Mail Frequency. Those CEO's, as far as I can see on the internet are Billionaires and I truly believe Dave Loftus and his statement last June of 20 million employees having an embedded PHR in their benefit packages within 18 months due to very lucrative contracts...So I will see what happens and hope they are spot on!..JMO..Tif
