Problem is Slyder charts not very reliable for sub-pennies and penny stocks. Crystal ball is just as reliable.
noquit, don't know. My thoughts are if he is now giving away the games for free guess actual sales not very good at all. Most people that get the games free, and word spreads, probably would not want to pay for the next game once the promotion is over.
Probably a good tax write-off for him.
I think I'd be more concerned with the company's finances at this point. In 2009 Troy cut his burn rate to $50,000 per month from $300,000. I would think that burn rate has risen considerably since 2009. We know he has $10M from recent funding activity. Sooo, I really would be interested to know the product sales so far this year and current operational expenses. He speaks of new platforms, will he have the finances to follow through with that endeavor after all is said and done. IMO that is where the focus should be to assist in determining the life span of the company. It's all about money and the availability of more money.
Nice post playfullyhappy. My question would be just how many of these DVD's are selling? Is the company selling enough to cover expenses and leaving the company with a profit? I don't believe anyone here knows the amount of DVD's that have been sold since 2011. We know they are in high profile stores, but are they selling enough disks to give a bottom line profit?
Right now we're sitting at 44x49. I believe the MM's will have to either raise the bid or lower the ask to get some trading activity going.
appears someone (individual) is selling at 0.0049. Can't believe the sells are investors flipping the stock.
"i mean...how bad is that...manipulating a stock based on CHRISTIANITY for MONEY). were all here to profit, but not at the expense of others".
That would be called greed if anyone would allow themselves to stoop that low. I just couldn't image it.
One thing to watch for, red flags. I've noticed on message boards that company supporters will only point out good points about the company. IMO it's just as important to note red flags, in other words, things that just do not look right. One or two flags are probably ok, but if red flags become abundant on a company it's best to take notice just as you would with good points. It's always good to remember not to wear blinders when investing. GLTA
wow, why is pps approaching 000's again?
Appears to me trading activity has been very controlled today.
I have my doubts that last buy run was individual investors.
that was a nice buy run.
Best of luck to you shab420. Difficult to say how this stock will unfold. I guess patience is the best virtue in this case.
Almost retired, it's perfectly normal for the increased negativity due to the stock's trading activity. You would see a big difference in sentiment if the stock's pps started to increase.
playfullyhappy, appreciate your concern. I cannot speak for the reasons that the ref posts were deleted. My comment to the poster to "go back and read" was because I though the post was a general statement, in other words, everything that was said could not be substantiated. Quite possibly he was only referring to the Modesa debate, but he didn't state that.
That's nice, now take a look at the pps.
New Yorker, that simply is not true. Go back and read.
Really don't need to read more, that one article I read yesterday was all I wanted, or needed, to know. Humor and pity all in one.
noquit, what I read yesterday not only tells the story but also paints a perfect picture of the individual which I'm sure remains today.
you do know that a search for LFBG on the Delaware Corporation will come up with 2 file numbers: 3699895 and 3562677. Those are dated 2002 and 2003. It's probably when they were there in the early 2000's.
Wasn't LBFG a private company before the shell company Bonanza Gold came into play?
noquit, this article will answer your question regarding your IPO question.
noquit, that was indeed interesting. Are we sure the elevator goes to the top floor in that building?
ummm, I wonder if all the lights are on?
No noquit, they moved to Nevada to that would allow them to buyback shares. Believe that's what was said.

noquit, my pappy has always told me "knowledge is power" if handled properly.
No I don't think you joking noquit.
yep, I agree, exciting times are ahead.
noquit, was LFBG ever a Delaware Company?
noquit, it's also tipical after a r/s from a financially strapped company for the pps to drop dramatically. You could also trace the SEC r/s filing from Feb 6, 2006 and work up from that date for further dilution also.
noquit, my guess would be a r/s.
noquit, believe a company filing for an IPO must meet certain financial and other types of requirements.
IPO? Didn't know pinks came out as IPO. Have never seen it.
yep, it sure is.
Is this a joke. April fools is over BTW.
well, he did ask our opinion.
I'm really not trying to convince anybody one way or the other.
It's not the structure of the QTCBB which is now quickly becoming only a memory. The MM's have modified the BB into a 3-tier system as it's cheaper for them to trade under the new system. The new system is QTCQX, QTCQB and QTC Pink. MCLN is QTCQB a full reporting company. There are many reasons why penny stocks fail to make it to the big boards. Financial reasons play a large part in business failure. Some are scams while others are legit. IMO a penny arcade stock should not be considered a longterm investment, the odds are to great the investor will end up losing most of their investment over the longterm.
