Only one problem with that Q those are lists of gov projects. They are a private company and have more work than just gov work.
Keep focusing on the pin though good job.
Lol Qyou really don't get it.
He will not need his va license anyway since eedg is not va company
They will use thire access to other agencies
Remember eedg is the dog in the hunt.
Oh this picture is bigger than you imagine. Good to see you responding.
Even if not you think that structure is not good? Interesting
The merger is big and the connections the merger brings is bigger. It's not about one person it's about the coop.
Revs most likely are higher in 2012 than 2011 especially since they started hiring back. You haven't shown anything that indicates otherwise. Heck them now participating with eedg bring even more revs.
You're also not understanding the VA status.
That is just another means to gov work of which has had massive cut backs but starting to come back.
Not having that status does not make them lose the benefits and abilities to participate in bid jobs.
You are entitled to your opinion but you haven't provided evidence to show that it is a neg merger.
The only thing that happened was a downturn in economy that they and many others are now recovering from. Don't dilute real impacts to abilities. Most big powerful companies had to do layoffs and big layoffs. Not many had their top give and lose to keep their employees and jobs to make it through.
You're not understanding the situation Q.
Just to clarify though what that article said.
They laid off 25 people and management essentially went to 0 salary to keep it running. He Sold his car and couldn't afford the home.
He couldn't pay for them because he went to 0 salary so that they didn't have to lay off additional employees and then have them lose their homes. He needed to keep getting work that required money. Money that came from what would have been his salary.
Tough times. For most. I know big companies that went from 300+ employees to 100 or less and only now are starting to grow back.
They survived and survived with projects. Their growing again and still made 13mil last year.
So I certainly do not take that as negative.
The article also states they have been hiring back and can triple in size. That I believe because they already grew 7000% prior.
Campanaro is also the founder of vet power .org
This organization has done much! They have given much. So I am not worried about whether they are vet certified or not because he is one of the most influential persons for veterans in the country. The certification status is a paperwork item related to ownership etc. I am sure if you ask the question on Tuesday they will answer you openly and honestly.
But the topic really is
what is EEDG then how does trillacorp benefit them.

Headquartered in New Jersey, Energy Edge Technologies Corporation offers turnkey services anywhere in the world.

Second how
-------
We do things with an exacting standard. Energy Edge Technologies specializes exclusively in energy cost reduction. With our guaranteed energy savings projects, our attention is 100% focused on saving you money, increasing your profit margins and reducing your organization’s carbon footprint.
Dropping your facility’s monthly energy costs begins with a no obligation, free energy audit. You’ll receive a thorough analysis of your current operation along with an outline of what we can promise in terms of options, guaranteed energy savings, project costs, payback, return on investment, financing options, rebates, tax incentives and more. We’ll provide everything you need to make the right decision for your company or organization.
Following the free energy audit, we’ll conduct an in-depth engineering study of your entire facility and customize a turnkey project—one designed to reduce your cost per unit of energy and lessen the amount of energy needed to adequately power your building. This detailed “whole facility” blueprint will include a guaranteed energy savings promise backed by a surety bond and underwritten by an A+ rated international insurance company, so there’s zero financial risk to investing in a project.
Implementing your customized energy conservation project is a seamless process. We’ll work within your existing facility and operation with a non-invasive approach to improve the efficiency of your current equipment and processes…so there’s no need to change your facility or alter operations at all.
Once the project is completed, we’ll monitor your cost savings for the life of the contract using the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol approved by the U.S. Department of Energy. And because there’s no red tape at Energy Edge Technologies, you’ll have direct access to our CEO and other key contacts at all times. No exceptions.

This is where you need to understand that EEDG is the dog in the hunt.
They are the ones with the vision and the need and that vision is being expanded by the folks it's bringing in. Like Chavis.
Trillacorp is a good company. Call some of their clients and ask. Eedg is bringing them in and taking advantage of their expertise, their connections, and because of some similar goals and approach to business. Everything from veterans status to government projects and more.
EEDG is essentially putting together a coop of successful and qualified groups.
The merger gives them expertise and reach.
In your DD make sure to outline the positive too unless your goal is simply the opposite.
And with this share structure dollar is easy especially with a tight structure and moving into a NonDilutive merger and working with many other big ventures too. Enjoy the ride. It will have ups and downs but mostly and potentially explosively up.
Exactly.
Have a great weekend. I loved avengers.
Tough questions are good. You should ask them we should. just pointing that in the construction industry projects run (on big projects) a year to two past the time of winning and or obtaining said project. Not like residential an gov project with paperwork take longer.
Projects in 2010 are initiated in 2007-2008 Typ. We had a recession and it will impact 2010-2011 or even 2012 but reality is it won't stay that way if they are respectable and good at what they do.
Do have the experience they have means they are.
I am asking the hard questions but also putting them with the overall picture.
Keep asking as it makes us all look.
Ok being thorough

You can go to the gov website and track all the projects. Also to be bonded in $150mil is a big deal. They're real.
Also depending on types of contracts revs can vary year to year and yes in the big construction world it can vary in the mils.

Trillacorpe Construction
Look at it this way. What has eedg made last year? We know this year will be substantially better than last on there current trajectory.
Now add the potential for the work being done with drinkable air. And understand that Chavis is directly leading eedg as the main distributor.
Now add the new clients we will hear about
Now add repeat clients because they have done good work. Could we hear about 3M or another pepperidge or bigger?
That's not with the merger.
Now add the merger... Let's say they make only 4 mil instead of the 13 mil
What our pps worth? 10-20 times where it currently is based on share structure. Even if share structure is increased for restricted.
Now I ask you this. What does this merger bring to eedg? Not counting money? Big connections, successful track record, access to government projects and the ability to participate in much more having the vet relationship etc.
That opens the skill set to a whole new range of possibilities for build options.
You sold didn't you? Not confrontational just interpreting.
Agree completely!
There is some very big stuff brewing here. Eedg is putting together an amazing group of successful business people and companies making successful headway in their fields.
Soon well be international in size. Soon
The dynamic duo! So successful and connected. Great post wowza
Great Close folks!
I can't stop reading this :"achieved sales of $13.6 million in 2011. Trillacorpe was ranked #23 in the 2011 Inc. Magazine's "Inc. 500 Annual Ranking of America's Fastest Growing Private Companies" and was ranked #3 in the Government Services Sector and #1 in the State of Michigan"
13.6$ mil in 2011. Imagine 2012.
They have a lot brewing and it's got a lot of legs left!
Hey good to see you medic. It's only starting!
"The Company has scheduled a 30min podcast for 9AM Tuesday, June 12th. Dr. Benjamin Chavis, Frank Campanaro and Robert Holdsworth will spend the half hour interacting with all interested parties. A "merger update" will be provided including details regarding the 100% non-dilutive structure of the deal.
"
EEDG with an instant $12mil+ rev stream. Add in what EEDG is going to produce and WOW
From the PR:"Robert Holdsworth, President of Energy Edge. "A merger between our two organizations represents an incredible opportunity for Energy Edge to exponentially expand to the lasting benefit of our shareholders and customers."
Exponential Growth!
Exactly. They have enough in their revenue stream to make it happen. The fact that such a company wants to merge with EEDG and EEDG the head is amazing and says so much for what is about to take place.
Let's break 06
They have had 7,700% growth rate over the last 3 years!
Hey! Good to see you and I holistically agree!
That's what we're talking about! This is going to make revs instantly maaaassssiveee
And those expenditures are out of Jeff's pockets and or project revs and not shareholders! Very big.
Good to see you Pimpin! Severely tight share structure on a revenue generating good company with some big names part of their client list and now their board list. Good stuff.
The key here outside of the company is its share structure. Small.
Folks know what a value this is. Great volume on the ask.
Very nice! I love how easy this stock moves.
Preopen buying happening.
We're good IMO. I like how EEDG is building it up and putting powerful qualified folks in each place as needed. And yes the chart looks very nice.
Good Morning KMAG! We'll get fins today I agree! Not worried about what time though. GLTA we all know they'll be better than Q4. If Q1 i feel is going to be a good percentage over Q4 then I can't wait now for Q2 because that is the one that is going to really show the massssssiveeeeee increases I believe.
It's only beginning.
