I just realized that the market is closed on Monday for MLK Jr. Day.
Just got back from 'Party Fair' with all of my celebration supplies. Hats, noisemakers, confetti, streamers, you name it. I'm ready. I even hired the local high school marching band to be on call for the celebration. Autographs, hand shakes and baby kisses after the parade!
Now that's funny. It just goes on to prove, people will fall for anything. Even pink sheet stocks and bug spray apps, HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
I'm with you on that gold. I've been scammed before and all of the usual faces of scam don't show up here to me. I will be very happy or I will learn a new scam tactic to beware of.
Having trouble buying with TDA.
I suspect that it 'may' happen but have no solid proof of that to be 'sure'. What knowledge do you have to make you so 'sure'? What convinces you that it is true? Please share the truth with us.
The market makers you see on Level 2 are simply buying and selling for the brokers that they represent. The brokers represent individual traders. The individual traders put in their buy & sell orders to the broker, the broker transmits that info to the market maker and the market maker completes the transaction. There's a lot of talk on message boards about market maker manipulation like it's some devious entity but they are just filling orders for the broker. I believe it's all electronic now so whether the market makers are buying and selling for themselves to manipulate for a profit, I'm really not sure if that happens or not.
The only stupid question is the question unasked. UBSS is the market maker UBS Securities. That's the symbol that they use on Level 2.

2 weeks = very happy.
What broker bottomfeeder?
I saw that. I thought I was hallucinating.
Trust your instincts...They are always correct.
Reminds me of Kuni...What a champ!!

At this point, that's all we can do karbo. If this delays for more than another few weeks, I'll be on the SEC bandwagon too. These pinks screw so many people out of their money, I can't believe they're still allowed to operate. Of course, we all are personally responsible for the risk. I think these DTCC issues as of late are the beginning of the end of the pink sheets or will eventually have more stringent requirements in the near future. GLT us.
What a bleeder. All pinks are the same obviously.
Morse code.
Only 3 more weeks to be "Very Happy."
12/21/2011 is the last time PIHN traded. There has been no trading volume since then. I think that's what you're seeing....Last Trade.
Wasn't Howard Taylor the previous I/R guy for ASFX?
I never said it was a pump. Far from that in fact. I just treat them all the same because of the common problems and circumstances that they all have whether it's debt, manipulation, R/S, etc., etc. Too many forces beyond any shareholder's control.
I've already been in for 2 years so whatever makes me a profit. In this economy, nothing is a long term play IMO, especially pink sheets. I view them as being all the same. Every one of them.
What would be the market value (PPS) be if all of this came to fruition? It's almost impossible to guess with all of the variables. Anyone have an opinion on that?
On top of that, afterwards, they will address the DTCC restrictions. Why can't that be implemented immediately?
My favorite part is the 'quantum leap for the company.'
Secret Asian Man
I was thinking the same thing. But, like someone mentioned, most of those updates have been copied and posted on this board. They can't erase that. Very peculiar.
I don't understand how that could happen. Are you saying all of the saved e mails are now blank sheets? Please explain.
I have to agree that contacting the SEC was not the right thing to do at this point. I believe most of us have been here about the same amount of time and each one is as frustrated as the next. For PIHN to be this close (supposedly) to closing a profitable acquisition, I would say the prudent thing to do would be to wait just a little bit longer before shooting the goose that may or may not, have the golden egg. It's like stealing home to possibly win the game, pennant, and series and stopping halfway, at the expense of the entire team, to say, "Oh it's useless. I'll never make it." I'm not happy about this SEC talk and action. Hopefully it will turn up in a positive light.
I suspect the SEC will take a quick look at it and proclaim that PIHN hasn't done anything illegal at this point.
Will someone please plug the hole in this ship.
"well before the end of the month." Let's have a lotto on when 'Secret Asian Man' decides to let us in on what's going on.
52 week low today.
Clay Trader Video Chart
How convenient.
Look what ASFX can do just by replacing the CEO with a real one.
Fire sale today.
Thanks buddy
When was your last contact with Maxwell popeye? TIA
I don't believe anything will happen this week. This is the weakest trading and PR week of the year.
