Once again Sym PR's a charitable event, but still hasn't PR'd anything about the recent change in documentation.
Same sh*t different day and everyone gets exited when $1500 is invested? wow!
I thought the rules were you can't attack users and have to keep the conversation about the company.
Evrm produced something? Where?
Yeah it would. Like in an actual formal PR not some facebook update. Give me a break!
I guess it's not as important as a non-profit charity event.
Wait it "was taken out of context"? Come on man.
These were the CEO's words and I understand it's perceived value, but when your company isn't even worth 1% of that amount that is a serious problem.
Not even remotely close.
Then we have the apologists that say that Sym overspoke and learned his lesson. Well who in their right mind would want a CEO when he can't even come close to what he says?
He hasn't even come close to the 3 cents he mentioned in one of the conference calls he removed because "the right people were able to listen".
Here is a post back in 2009 when all the pump started.

I think there are multiple "Niphix Investments" so could be incorrect
First page google search:
Niphix Investments, Inc. (CRD #39378, Peoria, Illinois) and Nimish Gandhi (CRD #2666422, Registered Principal, Peoria, Illinois) submitted a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent in which they were censured and fined $15,000, jointly and severally. Without admitting or denying the findings, the firm and Gandhi consented to the described sanctions and to the entry of findings that the firm, acting through Gandhi, did not have a written training plan to provide for a continuing and current education program for the firm’s registered persons, and failed to hold annual compliance meetings. The findings stated that the firm, acting through Gandhi, failed to maintain records and documents relating to the NASD Breakpoint Assessment, the Mutual Fund Self-Assessment and the NASD Breakpoint Online Survey. (NASD Case #E8A2005014702)
forget that. I will take the 3 cents our CEO said we should be valued at based on "current revenues and contracts".
Yeah ok Sym. Go bake me some cookies.
Yeah what's up with the audit? It's always "mostly done" or "significantly completed".
Hopefully they can update us with another PR concerning charity non-profit work too!
Unreal in this forum.
And you know what I wouldn't be so negative if I didn't lose my @ss on this company because they underperformed and severely overstated (some may call blantantly lie) and have done nothing.
I understand it's everyones own choice. It's also everyones right to free speech. I refuse to sugar coat a company that appears to be a shell of all talk.
When our great CEO states a value for a company that is not even in the same stratosphere and even states that shareholder value should be at 3 cents based on current contracts and revenue there should be more in here pissed. Oh that was in a conference call he wanted removed from the website "because all the appropriate people who know know"
I didnt even buy into all the crazy talk. Our current value is 100 times lower then the leader of the company said "based on current contracts on revenue" I call BS.
I never asked you to be.
Don't reference me in your posts then.
As long as you follow the line of thought you are smart.
It's so bad sometimes no wonder people question the agendas of some in here.
Common Response.
User questions the operations of the company and the apologists react by stating negative things about their believes versus poking holes in the company.
Late June I was told there were 1300 certified investors.
Can someone explain this:
(vi) Total number of beneficial shareholders; and 1566
(vii) Total number of shareholders of record. 271
What is a "beneficial shareholder"?
Still no PR about the move. Sad. Just sad.
Hey I bet that charity is due for one.
We have seen this before.
They are so far behind the curve they are hoping to catch the crumbs left behind.
http://www.neurotechnology.com/
In 2009 VeriEye SDK was recognized by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) as one of the most reliably accurate iris recognition algorithms among those tested. The VeriEye engine is also included in the MegaMatcher SDK.
Wait I thought nobody else had EVRM's technology!!
I-hub is the only thing keeping this stock alive because it's the only place it is even being talked about.
Yahoo still has the CFO being Bruce Schoengood. That can't be too good for business.
I give credit where credit is due.
Their site does look much better, but still has some things to work out (newsletter, media section). Overall it's good to see more information out there.
I like how those on here find it easy to call us out. Well as NB said I would be elated to be proven otherwise.
You choose half-full. I choose half-empty.
I am a realist and don't fall so hard for words, tweets and FB updates as many here.
Now someone please tell me why there is not an official PR for all of this? I hope it's because they want one massive one and not because of cost.
Doesn't look good to pr a charity event, but not this information.
Time will tell
It is a great concept sure.
Can it sell?
Has anyone done any research on the type of network they are touting to see if it is in place today by others? I haven't had the time yet.
I am not 100% sure on what the differentiation is other then the malware part.
Honest question
What was that parallax part Sym was talking about? I don't see what he is referring to. The site has new information and better explains what they are going for, but I am not seeing what is so special about the new amazing parallax design that he raved about.
Yeah. It is a smart thing to do to hope to capture short term and long term clients and focus on the credit card industry.
I personally would love to see if a proof of concept was performed or if they have more information about it in action.
Anyone else notice the shift in emphasis to fingerprint scanning versus iris scanning?
Well at least the site has new information. It's all good stuff on paper. Can they put it into action? Have they performed any pilots of it? A proof of concept?
These are my next questions.
I will say thankfully they added more light to the site and made it look a little more business professional.
It is much better then any past website. If they are willing to invest $10,000 then maybe there is possibly more.
I haven't looked yet. Do they show any real products in action?
So is it a exciting so amazing and something that you have never seen before? The term used was parallax I think.
Website doesn't work in IE8.
When I invested I thought it was up and up.
I am not "investing" anymore in this company. They continue to over promise and under deliver.
I am waiting for the pump to actually work enough to where I can get out.
This is the same company that relies on shareholders to tell them it's time to renew their license. This is the same company that hasn't produced anything that is actually concrete. This is the same company that continues to miss timelines and are always 90% done, but just not enough with several things....
So outside of this little EVRM world there clearly isn't any effort to market awareness. Google finance doesn't carry them and Yahoo is dated. They still have this listed:
Mr. Bruce Schoengood ,
Chairman, Pres and Chief Financial Officer
Isn't this the guy that everyone said was responsible for SEVM?
right. all crooks, but it's better to just ignore right?
What results?
Paperwork results or T.O. results?
I am just pointing out that this does happen and it is done even with our up and up veterans. So many just refuse to even acknowledge to investigate it.
EVRM has also mentioned in prior statements it has agreements with multi-national corporations.
EVRM / STS also still hasn't registered with the federal goverment website. Wouldn't that be a great move about now with all the other "transparency" going on?
FOR ALL THE BASHERS OF ME, LFP and NOBULL...
When we mention that EVRM could be getting money for lending their status and not actually doing any work this is not just some made up blabber....It actually happens...
"Some of the companies were just dummy operations, which subcontracted all the work to other companies, sometimes multinational corporations. Other times, the majority owner was not a disabled veteran, the disabled veteran was in no way involved in the business, or in one case, the alleged disabled veteran owner lived in another city.
When firms are found ineligible, however, agencies are not required to terminate contracts, and those guilty companies are not barred from securing further government money. One firm won a contract to repair the trailers of Hurricane Katrina victims in 2006. Although it later turned out that the owner was not a disabled veteran, the firm nevertheless received $7.5 million from government coffers, and faced no consequences."
Well last week on facebook they said the website is "essentially done and will be done by end of the week". These guys consistently put a timeframe out and then go past it.
Now all this hard work why didn't they put an official PR out?
Wow this stock is going places.
I had to actually check to make sure the market was open. On top of all this incredible information we have 0 trades all day.
We have a winner here alright!
And look at the flood gates open!!
For such monumental news I would think that would be a no-brainer. I guess the Hawaii "convention" got a little too pricey.
Well NB Pr's are so expensive. Have to be what a couple hundred?
Right. Surely they would PR something that is this HUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGEEE!!!!
Hey where is Mr. Pizza?
I am happy the audit is "substantially" done and the website is "essentially" done.
Is it ever finally done?
oh and that audit is "substantially complete". Not 100% complete but substantially.
So on facebook they said website would be done by the end of the week.
