There were three notice dates for all Etrade customers. Please ead below and in case you missed it, MS acquired ET 3 years ago. I received my notice on March 10th, 2023. All of my net assets...1,371,005.30 as of today were already transferred well back. Never even noticed. FYI, no GNCP in my portfolio.
This is not going to impact you, dead junk one IOTA!

Zack, those two trades are not opening trades. I am what one might consider an appropriate investor for such a risky security and it won't allow me to place an opening trade. Those two are closing trades yielding a whole $27 bucks for 30milly shares.

You are ill-informed. This crap has never been listed. Read on...
Involuntary delisting
A company may be involuntarily delisted from a stock exchange if it fails to meet the exchange's listing requirements. These requirements typically include:
A minimum number of shareholders.
A minimum market capitalization.
A minimum trading volume.
Compliance with all applicable securities laws and regulations.
If a company is involuntarily delisted, its stock will no longer be listed on the exchange and will only be able to trade over-the-counter (OTC). OTC trading is less regulated than exchange-listed trading, and it can be more difficult to find buyers and sellers for OTC stocks.
OTCBB and Pink Sheets
The OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) and the Pink Sheets are two of the largest OTC trading platforms. Stocks that trade on these platforms are considered to be "delisted" because they are not listed on a major stock exchange.
The OTCBB is a regulated trading platform, while the Pink Sheets is an unregulated trading platform. Stocks that trade on the OTCBB are subject to certain disclosure requirements, while stocks that trade on the Pink Sheets are not subject to any disclosure requirements.
The Expert Market is the dustbin of worthlessness where double-secret delisted companies rot into a pool of putrified scum.
Rick...Are you ready for some sizzle? One word! Alpacas! Get everyone you know into this emerging market opportunity. Stat!
Sort of a guru in this arena. Made my first million on just two of theses amazing animals.
Here's my pitch:
Are you looking for a unique and profitable investment opportunity? Look no further than alpacas!
Alpacas are cute and friendly animals that are not only great for petting and taking pictures with, but also for generating income. These animals produce luxurious fiber that is highly sought after in the fashion industry, and the demand for alpaca products is only growing.
Investing in alpacas can be a smart financial move. These animals are relatively low-maintenance and can provide a steady source of income through their fiber, breeding, and selling their offspring. Additionally, alpacas have a long lifespan, with some living up to 20 years, meaning your investment can continue to pay off for years to come.
But that's not all - alpacas also have a low impact on the environment compared to other livestock, making them a sustainable choice for those interested in eco-friendly investments.
So why not consider investing in these adorable and profitable animals? With the right care and management, your investment in alpacas can bring both financial and personal rewards for years to come.
You're welcome!
Please watch this movie. This will disabuse you of any notion that the SEC is there to hold your hand.
Zac. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. And here's the reason why he ran out of lies.
Fool me thrice, well, you have clearly found the right bunch of people to fool.
Let that sink in.
Rick, unlike most of the rubes on this board that take you seriously, I know better. That said, I enjoy your work and your ability to live rent-free inside the head of my favorite resident incessant curmudgeon, zacatackmack!
Take care and keep up the good work. I too look forward to the rollout of the new business plan introducing amazingly incredible stupendous super terrific products and services that will change the lives of the faithful in a way the world has never seen before.
For those of you still hanging on to hope, as misplaced as that hope is, this is for you. Please make sure you sign up today for updates.

Zac, you know what's sad? You and a lot of others were not astute enough to notice when all the DD stickies provided by TFF quietly disappeared. I noticed it but decided that it is not my job to spoon-feed the pumpers and believers tradeable information. That was a huge tell that virtually no one picked up on. It happened right around the time that they issued a press release that mentioned a codicil in the agreement that had never been disclosed before whereby the deal was abandoned due to the no-bid condition of the stock. It was at that point they realized they crossed a dangerous legal line and from that point forward went silent and stopped filing anything.
Please refer to this link below that shows the old DD link by TheFuture at the top of the old GNCC investor hub page, sticky #163725. That sticky longer appears on this active board likely removed by TFF aka Ron.
https://web.archive.org/web/20200926032610/https://investorshub.advfn.com/GNCC-Capital-Inc-GNCP-3731/
As I write this post it just occurred to me that it would not have mattered anyway. You guys would have come up with some alternate narrative that explained away the significance of the disappearing DD sticky and probably would have put me on ignore.
Ah yes...Phase six of the uncleared margin rules. or the (UMR) is a regulatory requirement established by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) and the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) that affects the exchange of initial and variation margin for non-centrally cleared derivatives. It has less than nothing to do with an Expert Market turd that couldn't keep a set of books to account for its complete lack of anything even remotely resembling an entity engaged in the pursuit of a trade or business. Phase 6 has pretty much been completed which applies to all non-centrally cleared derivatives, including interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, foreign exchange forwards, and options, among others. The requirements apply to all counterparties, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and insurance companies, not the inactive turd that is stinking up the performance of many a hopeful dreamers' portfolio.
.
Nah, nothing short of someone coming in and wiping away their history of feckless maundering and never missing an opportunity to miss an opportunity will bring in a buyer. And even at that bit of fantastical thinking, only a hand full.
"Wherever you go, you are obliged to bring your character with you" is a quote by the French writer and philosopher Jean-Baptiste Alphonse Karr. The quote emphasizes the importance of personal accountability and integrity, as one's character is an essential part of who they are and should not be left behind or compromised in different situations.
How many worthless untradable tickers have they left in their wake? I lost count.
Zorch aint lying. I can't trade that crap even out of my Interactive brokerage account which was set up in Hong Kong. Not that I would even want to. This company is a warmed-over scam and nothing else. Has been for 14 years.
To destroy GNCP and counter their efforts to rip off more shareholders. Rest assured they will probably come back with another vehicle to sucker in more newbies that don't know about their history. Sort of like you. You came here thinking you found a diamond when I and other long-time posters warned you long ago that this would be your fate. We were right! So the group of scammers is waiting for this board to die so that can start another pump with yet another Lumb scam with the same or similar players. I mean it has only happened 10 or so times before going all the way to ST James Capital, Great West Gold, FFGO, Harasu, ASPA Gold, Hunt Gold, NMGL, GNCP. All are now revoked, delisted, and defunct. I probably even missed a few of their scams but this list is sufficient to give you an idea of what their MO is.
Your, money, not mine...

Most inarticulate supposed "Financial Expert " interview I have ever had the sad misfortune to have to listen through. On the other hand, are we here yet or at all..? Doubtful.
Please listen to this rant which when I saw this live some 15 years ago, I got on the phone with everyone I knew who had money in the markets.
https://www.businessinsider.com/jim-cramer-cnbc-meltdown-rant-fed-no-idea-2017-8
This time around the Fed will heed the advice of Jim Cramer some 15 years ago. Let's just say the Fed does not want a redo of 2007/2008.
"Cut the rate". Already hearing rumbles that there may be a pause next week if not a quarter to half a point pullback.
OH GOOD LORD. Bye!
By my presence I have inadvertently provided you dead enders with a glimmer of hope. Still not sure how that works but I am done.
I will check back in three weeks when all this SVB flap has died down and you will still be stuck in Expert Market hell.
ASSETS? Show me? Never had any and now by the looks of their death on the Expert market and the old CE to go along, never will.
My be nice to own a stock that only has one exit and that is to sell.
Wow!
100%

Please detail how you think this will help GNCP??
I'll wait.
Some are. And guess what? HAS NOTHING TO DO NOR WILL IT AFFECT GNCP.
Please follow the facts and don't get pulled into some dumb ass rabbit hole about naked shorting.

Here is a good basket of good resources about the weird shit Justme is alluding to. I defy you to find a tie-in with a dark defunct expert market dead shell that never even had a freakin bank account. So in short...what does it have to do with GNCP???? Not a damn thing!

Nor Etrade or Interactive brokers. I have trading accounts for both and got this message from etrade. Not even a whale like me.

This is totally for you and others that just can't seem to "let go".
Holding onto a bad stock investment can cause significant psychological distress and pose several risks, including:
Stress and Anxiety: The uncertainty and fear associated with a bad investment can lead to chronic stress and anxiety. This can manifest in physical symptoms such as headaches, muscle tension, and fatigue.
Loss Aversion: People tend to feel the pain of losses more than the pleasure of gains, a phenomenon known as loss aversion. This can lead to a reluctance to sell a losing investment, even when it is clear that doing so would be in their best interest.
Regret: People may experience feelings of regret or self-blame for having made a bad investment decision. This can lead to a negative self-image and a lack of confidence in one's ability to make sound financial decisions in the future.
Opportunity Cost: Holding onto a bad investment may prevent an individual from taking advantage of other investment opportunities that could potentially yield better returns.
Sunk Cost Fallacy: The tendency to continue investing in a losing investment due to the belief that one has already invested too much time, effort, or money into it. This can lead to further losses and missed opportunities for better investments.
In summary, not "letting go" of a bad stock investment can lead to psychological distress, loss aversion, regret, missed opportunities, and the sunk cost fallacy. It is important to recognize when an investment is no longer performing and make a decision to cut losses and move on to better opportunities.
I'll take crack cocaine for 500.00 Bob. eom
You say that like you have a choice. LOL@U
LOL, Beat me to it. The whales look like pin cushions right about now.EOM
I used to do tax work for a bunch of CMKX shareholders who lost their asses in that stock. They swore up and down that they would recover their losses and discouraged my from taking the loss from their taxes. I did a little checking into the stock on what was once the place to be "Raging Bull" and found that some of my clients had stumbled into yet another stock blunder like CMKX with GWGO which then became FFGO and so on and so on.
That's about the long and short of it. Does that meet with your approval?
Gotta go. Only 3 post a day.
Only broker-dealers and professionals or sophisticated investors. I consider myself a sophisticated investor but apparently that has nothing to do with how big your account balance is which for me is poking over 1.2 mill.
See my post on stock twits. I tried a test trade but got the messages in red. BTW I don't trade OTC of any sort. Just stock, futures and option in big companies.
Google Expert Market. So much info and pretty much all bad fo retail holding shares in Expert/CE stocks like GNCP>
The rules are that you can only close your existing position but not open or buy more stock. I have a fairly large account and even whales like me cannot but EXpert/CE stock. Not that I would ever want to.
See my post on stock twits where I took a screenshot of my attempt to open a position. Even with over a mill, no way Jose.
https://stocktwits.com/symbol/GNCP
Let's just call it schadenfreude for all those pumpers who tried to run us so-called bashers off. I saw this coming since last Feb when seventeneleven cryptically posted that the "Expert Market will be a wild ride", or words to that effect.
Anyway, signing out. You will never leave the "Expert Market". Call it a lesson in how to self-revoke without lifting a finger.
Yeah sure, curve ball. Same as the website.LOL

"This security has entered a 15 calendar-day Grace Period before it is downgraded to the Expert Market because OTC Markets Group is unable to confirm that the issuer’s disclosure is
current and publicly available under Rule 15c2-11."
This occurred on Jan 31, 2023.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GNCP/overview Read the pop-up description under :Grace Period" 15 calendar days mean Feb 15.
A post mortem on a "company" that hasn't fogged a mirror all year long is hardly a cause celeb.
NO one now in this junk gets out with a substantial loss.
Book it.
