Huntington Beach was zoning issues, and instead of letting that problem fester they moved on to the new and current site. What the heck were they supposed to do? Fight with HB until the zoning requirements could have been met many, many months down the road? I think it was a much smarter idea to say the hell with HB and move on.
No it would not be their (the banks, or target from your example) fault for wanting more money for whatever product, but it sure as hell is not failure if someone walks away from a deal because they feel they would have to overpay for it.
In my opinion I think it would be more of a failure to overpay for land especially in a crappy real estate market when the buyer should have the upper-hand.
"North Palm Springs - 98 acres surrounding a natural gas supplemental energy compound (that turns on when the
windmills are not creating sufficient energy) which will be subdivided into 10 acre increments for our select clients to
produce high value nutraceutical products - full site assessment and the start of engineering are presently underway -
market - identified, contracted, and awaiting fulfillment"
Is it possible that the select clients and market are the one identified, contracted, and awaiting fulfillment?
That sentence of contracted may not be referring to the land.
San Jaun Capistrona = Office space, test PBR, and lab (which according to you doesn't count as a success because anyone can do it) Anyway, that fell through on the banks end of things. They wanted too much money for the property. That is far from a failure.
Las Vegas is still not dead and that was a failure on ENTK part in getting funding if i am not mistaken.
Hemet? well you got me there. I cannot recall anything off the top of my head about that deal. Please help me remember?
Can you list all these 'unsuccessful' land negotiations?
Unsuccessful in al land negotiations?
Uhhh, then what the hell would the building and lab they have now be filed under? Is that 'unsuccessful' too?
I will be looking forward to that conference call.
New Press Release 4pm Friday Apr. 30th
DELAND, FL--(Marketwire - 04/30/10) - Turbine Truck Engines, Inc. ("TTE") (OTC.BB:TTEG - News) -- Following a year of evaluating TTE's patented Detonation Cycle Gas Turbine (DCGT) engine, Aerospace Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Company Co., Ltd. (AMEC), a strategic ally of TTE, reached the conclusion that they believe the DCGT to be a viable solution to the economic and emissions problems facing the global trucking industry. At their recommendation and request, Turbine Truck Engines and Beijing Royal Aerospace Facilities Co., Ltd. (ROYAL) signed a Cooperative Agreement on April 27, 2010 in which ROYAL will coordinate further funding, design, testing, technical evaluation, and other matters regarding building engineered prototype units of the DCGT for the heavy duty trucking industry in China.
ROYAL will be the exclusive partner for this application in China and will apply for government funding through an Energy Saving and Lower Emission Project Grant awarded to innovative green technology companies throughout China. With these resources, AMEC and ROYAL would then work jointly to develop 300 to 600 horsepower versions of the DCGT to be used in heavy-duty trucks.
Mr. Sunny Qian, President of ROYAL, observed, "We all know that heavy-duty trucks are one of the major sources of carbon emissions and air pollution, and currently there are very few solutions out there. China has made promises to the world to be one of the leaders in lowering these carbon emissions. This technology is what the trucking industry needs to make a major stride in our contribution to combat energy shortages and greenhouse effects on our planet. We are happy and proud to be a partner with TTE in this project, and we are very optimistic that we can obtain Chinese government funding to develop the DCGT engine in China."
TTE's President and CEO, Michael Rouse, commented, "This is a historic event for our company. From the start, we believed that the DCGT was a technology that had the potential to significantly alter the heavy duty trucking industry. ROYAL's business scope includes assisting foreign companies in doing business in China, and our partnership with ROYAL will enable them to apply for funding from the Chinese government for this project. We are pleased to have a partner as capable as ROYAL to work with us. This agreement is the culmination of eighteen months of work, but it is just the beginning of what we believe will be the sequence of events that will impact the transportation and power generation sectors around the world."

NOt me, I have a small order in at the bid. I placed it at 10:30 or so and it has yet to fill.
I think that is an issue with your internet connection.
Wine show video.
I'm not to sure if you were trying to answer my question, or may have misunderstood it. Almost everyday on the L2 NITE will be listed with 1 for the share amount, while the others always tend to be at 100. I know how all that works. What I was asking is why would NITE be up there with a ZERO in the shares for sale or to buy at whatever price. The price is really not relevant for the question.
Why is NITE on the L2 listed with a ZERO for orders on both the bid (.oo9) and ask (.oo95)?
"if that is the case, they would want us to see clients in there to solidify her comments"
Except if those clients are trying to look at it confidentially which is one of the reasons they state why the camera may go down.
It shouldn't. There is a disclaimer on the launch page that states reasons it will be down.

"The Beijing 2010 Wine show was very successful for CFSC. Frank spent all three days Friday through Sunday meeting, greeting, serving and having very productive discussions with prospective clients. You will see some of his interactions in the video we will be posting later today. It was a very grueling three days but worth every minute of it. In the coming days we will post more factual details about the show"
It just started working for me again.
I would think with Zecco down that takes a good chunk of those who like the pinks away from the market for now. Should see lower than normal volume until it gets fixed.
Does anyone else use Zecco and are they having website issues today?
I'm on hold waiting to talk to them to see what is up and if it is me or them.
Yep, 5000 barrels a day.
There are also 2 miners who are now stuck in a Kentucky coal mine as of last night too. Add that to the West Virginia mining accident just a few weeks ago.
Now more than ever is the time to push for alternative sources of energy. Algae could be one of the solutions.
NITE is on the L2 not listed with 1 sell order like usual, but zero.
DOMS had his ask at .0096 this morning, but with RWE news he has now bumped his ask to .001 (NITE and ETMM also there at .01, HDSN at .0107.
The news is coming hot and heavy on all fronts since BEHL got its new CEO.
I think we have a system that is going to be quiet profitable while growing the nutracueticals , omega-3 and all that crap. The question is can this system become an algae farm large enough and fast for biodiesel production from to be a true commercially viable alternative to oil.
I am betting Dr. Brian Goodall thinks so. Remember this was the man who put big a$$ jets in the air on biofuel. He left Sapphire for this. You do not leave Sapphire and become CEO of a company that is just some damn subpenny/penny pink sheet stock unless you are damn sure you can take this ship somewhere.
Wow, i got off my point. While Dr. Goodall and team work there magic towards the big prize we will have bucks pouring in from the little prizes to spur on development.
It is a great situation.
Since I am rambling. I will also say now, more than ever there is going to be a push to safe energy alternatives. Just this month we lost miners in a coal accident and we lost oil rig workers out in the Gulf of Mexico. These jobs that rip our environment to shreds and be replaced with safe clean alternatives.
Right now in Florida we have the drilling argument going on. I can tell you that in the past few days quiet a few of the "Drill baby drill" people are not so stoked about the idea of drilling now. Right now we have 42,000 gallons a day of oil pouring into the gulf (1000 barrels). You can actually smell it on the beaches 100's of miles away. I live south of Tampa, and my brother went surfing today and said he could smell the oil.
None of this has to happen. The public is going to really start to make a stink I think after these past accidents and put more pressure on our so called "representatives" for alternative energy. That could very well lead to more money being thrown into the algae field.
BEHL will have several small farms across the area as working advertisements for this money while making money.
BEHL and its shareholders are sitting in a situation with TONS of potential. I know the share price sucks for some of us shareholders right now, but when you step back and look at the big picture everyone who bought BEHL and for whatever level they paid for it will have gotten it for dirt cheap in the long run.
I am not so sure it is all just a short position. I think it has more to do with all the bid sitting we have going on.
I would not know. I do know that it is java and not javascript. They may sound similar, but they are two differnt monsters. There may be some onel else on this board with a computer background that can help you.
I did have a problem once with the java on this site and I actually found the customer service from IHUB pretty reasonable, both on the phone and on a message board for such problems.
Adobe sucks... Go with Foxit. It is free, faster, and will crash your browser a lot less often.

iv. any expected significant changes in the number of employees.
Yes – projections dictate a 65% increase in employees
Even if they can only develop half the acreage for PBR use at 200k an acre it still looks like BEHL has invented a machine that prints money.
Also in that report when comparing their PBR to other companies PBR they mentioned that the BEHL cost is 200k per acre, and the competitions is 600k.
So 200k X Palm Springs Acreage = MONEY.
Press release 4pm Friday
Here is the PR:
DELAND, FL--(Marketwire - 04/23/10) - Turbine Truck Engines, Inc. ("TTE") (OTC.BB:TTEG - News) -- KPMG International Cooperative (KPMG) recently released its report, "KPMG's Global Auto Executive Survey 2010: Industry Concerns and Expectations to 2014." In the Executive Summary, the report said, "Companies... cite exactly the same three vehicle types (of automobiles) as top market share gainers (hybrids, other alternative-fuel vehicles and low cost introductory cars)." In this environment, TTE's highly innovative and potentially industry-altering Detonation Cycle Gas Turbine (DCGT) engine may enjoy a significant competitive advantage over traditional engine types. The DCGT is a true flex-fuel engine, capable of running on any fuel that can be gasified. As demand grows for alternative fuel vehicles, the DCGT can migrate from one fuel to another seamlessly, dramatically reducing the cost of ownership for individuals, corporations, and government entities.
TTE has recently signed a Letter of Intent to purchase GuangDong Kingtec Electrical Co., Ltd. (Kingtec), a Chinese corporation which is a leader in the engineering, production, and sales of heavy-duty starter motors and alternators for passenger vehicles as well as trucks, construction, military, and marine transportation devices. The company enjoys a sterling reputation in China, and it will give TTE engineering expertise, manufacturing facilities, and established channels of distribution which will dramatically reduce the DCGT's time-to-market in China, which is expected to be the fastest growing automotive and trucking market in the world for the next 20 years.
Michael Rouse, TTE's Founder and CEO, commented, "Few things are as important as being in the right place at the right time with the right product, and we believe that is exactly the position we are in. China is an exploding market for automobiles, and we believe the DCGT will give the Chinese the value they are demanding in engines."

I like what they are doing with Facebook.
I just want a Ford F-250.
Everyone seems to be worried about Shen's shares, but i have to ask the question "Who really knows if Shen would just dump them when he legally can anyway?"
He might also want to ride it long for a bigger payday.
My guess is that it may be hard to find the links to other pages on the website. The pictures up top do not say 'click me' or draw attention to those being drop down menus at all.
