Good evening board
Hello....Ive been heavily involved with Behl doing solid DD.
Im long and strong here with ENTK as well. Bought several Million shares of INCL before the reverse split and ticker change have not sold a share. Waiting patiently.
This stock is the most absurd moving security I own. Are the MMs just selling to one another LOL....Must be cause none of us are selling.
Great work Jufel. I saw your recent conservative share price of $ 3.50
Group if the Green industry starts to really take off we could see the P/E multiples follow. Jufel uses a 15x PE multiple but if things really start to heat up as a whole we could easily go 25x-40x. With that said using Jufels past estimate we could have potential spikes of $ 5.50 -- $ 9.50 pps
I am very excited about Behl. They could really ignite a mass investment into the Green industry and Entk/Behl are right in the middle.
Thanks for everyone's solid DD.
Sincerely Behl Gates
It's coming----It's coming
The great Algae Blizzard of 2010
It does not matter Gator
You got to look what we have in the PIPELINE my friend.
We are in Preseason and the critics have us ranked # 1 in the polls.
Therefore, you buy and hold because the cash is going to flow like 50 million gallons of algae circulating through miles of Behl PBR's
BG Brian Goodall BG Behl Gates
I have a great feeling about our new CEO. It must be fate !! LOL
It's all in the name
Ray, Steve, Big you fellas on board today
You too Rafa and others I forgot to mention
Congrats to a great week longs. If you have been in this stock for over 6 months you especially deserve this week.
Alot of time invested in Behl calling Dennis, attending Shareholder meeting conference calls.
Honest hard work will eventually pay off. It has not been easy but we have overcome and now thousands more investors are beginning to see what we already know
We just joined the big leagues
This penny crap will be history. Algae is the next big thing
It's not what u know it's who you know
Goodall, Armstrong-----They can bring in heavy investment
20 million is CHUMP CHANGE to these guys.
Goodall could finance 10 Million
Believe me. Goodall could self finance this company if he wants. They could utilize a Corporate Bond type security.
For example:
Goodall lends Behl $ 10,000,000.00 @ 5 % interest on a 5 year loan. Goodall grows the company to $ 50,000,000 plus in revenues over next 3 years and is repaid accordingly.
I spoke to Dennis Fisher on 3/15 2010 Part IV (Last One)
This is my final post about the 27 minute conversation that I was priveleged to have with Dennis on 3/15. I am in AWE at the recent announcements of the talent that has joined Behl this week. Again, I do not see many One on One conversations with Dennis moving forward. Behl's progress is moving at light speed now and he will be right in the middle of this juggernaught steering it to profitable commercialization.
The million dollar question is "Why would these people come to Behl" That was my ultimate question that I wanted answered and Dennis convinced me why.
4 Substantiated reasons why (Some are factual)
1.) It is a fact algae can be used for fuel but the only way to mass sell it is to make it for less than crude oil and Behl has a great chance of getting there. Dennis told me the Behl Patented 7 layer domestically produced PBR tubing is 17 cents a linear foot (hands down the least expensive in the world) It can be assembled in multiple climates with the least amount of labor in the shortest cycle time. 7 MILES of this tubing will be heading to RWE in South Carolina for the JV to produce Omega 3. This answer came from Dennis.
2.) Behl has patented 180 degree turns that connect the tubing and release oxygen keeping the algae growth consistently uniform throughout the process. These turns are the most effective and lowest cost on the market and are patented as well. Add in the sensors from World Class Company Siemens and you have strains of algae produced in a close loop system that NO OPEN POND system could ever duplicate. These sensors are like electronic Total Quality Management. They will keep all ingredients in check. Also from Dennis
3.) Behl has the precisely formulated strains of algae to produce the "IN DEMAND" product by numerous customers. There are many, many applications for Behl's algae strains and we now have some of the most educated individuals who understand algae working at the Santa Ana HQ. Dennis spoke of Omega 3's, Fuel for various motor powered devices: Cars, Trucks, Airplane, Anti-Oxidants PSYCOCYAN (I cant spell it but it has thousands more concentration of Anti-Oxidants compared to BLUE BERRY"S which currently has more than anything else on the market. Dennis told me the new CEO would bring the knowledge on how to best produce various strains. Also from Dennis
4.) Therefore, the reason why all the talent has joined Behl is because the largest expense in producing algae for commercialization is Material and Labor. The patented Behl PBR's will allow Behl to assemble miles of PBR's with minimal labor in order to MASS PRODUCE laser precision strains of algae formulated "in house" that can be sold at significant profit levels. From Dennis
Conclusion is this: Many companies can produce algae that can be used for fuel, nutrients etc. etc. etc. However, Behl is only one in a handful of hundreds that can provide documentation showing that their system can manufacture, extract and sell the end product at a price that competes accross all industries in which they will market.
BG
That's right Steve--- Behl just took 3 steps forward
All the analyzing and scrutinizing of PR's being missed and promises being broken and stock fluctuations in the wrong direction are quickly becoming more and more irrelevant.
Behl has a world wide demanded product and they now have a world class workforce and the intrinsic value of this company just increased 10 fold with the added experience and intelligence factor that were just brought on board.
We are assembling a team equivalent to Orville and Wilbur Wright.
Dennis Fisher part III
I know one thing. I have followed Fishers trail for almost a year now and NO ONE can dispute his work ethic. This guy is driven.
Secondly, I would argue that this is the NUMBER ONE pink stock on the market. When you look at the experience and connections of the people involved it utterly amazes me. PhD's, Bio, Chemical, Mechanical, Financial, they cover every element needed to commercialize algae.
He may have missed some PR dates and got a little to excited about some projects that fell through. HOWEVER, he has side stepped the land mines and continued moving forward.
In my opinion. Each month Fisher brings more value to the company. The stock price just needs to reflect that. It will soon
BG
I spoke to Dennis ----- Part 2
Again, I am almost shocked that I got a call from him. I think within a year they will have an inhouse Investor Relations specialist. To get one on one time with Fisher will soon diminish.
-I have a close friend who designs ethanol plants. That is where Fish got the idea to take the run-off and grow algae. This is how it all got started. Fisher came up with the concept and then realized he needed a strong support system to get this thing full throttle.
-He said the new CEO will lead the team towards fuel like no other in the world. Now that I see who the CEO is I believe it. That is when I knew the CEO was not T. BOONE PICKENS. Pickens wants wind.
-Everything is ready to go----Siemens, tubing, algae strains, turns, algae extractors. Santa Ana will be up and running 1st and foremost. Then South Carolina
-Dennis ironically mentioned BILL GATES---Start in a garage but needed a support system to make the dream a reality. Fisher got to a point where he knew he was out of his league and that is why we have the present executive structure.
-Monique and Dennis are in this for a good while. They are not going to bail anytime soon because according to both of them the potential is exponential.
-They are working 10-12 hour days and more. Weekends and into the late night
I would guess the RWE PBR will be complete by the end of APRIL--first week of MAY. That is my guess
I have alot more but have to re-visit my notes and thoughts.
I feel GREAT about this team
I spoke with Dennis last night part I
I am really appreciative that he took the time to call me back at home. He was in a meeting----The operator took my name and 1 hour later Fish was on the other end.
-Video will be released soon showing the construction of the Santa Ana PBR. The RWE JV will commence in about 2 weeks because they ordered SEVEN MILES of PBR tubing and first wanted to test it before they ship all SEVEN MILES. Once again 7 miles domestically produced. All the turns are in the U.S. from China
-All the key employees of Behl live near headquarters now and all pistons are firing at maximum output as a team
-Roughly 15 employess and growing
-The Santa Ana PBR and the RWE PBR will produce the same strain of algae -- Omega 3. Dennis said the Omega 3 industry was 7 Billion in 2007 and will soon reach 8 Billion. The demand for Omega 3's currently outpace the supply. Dennis said this is where they can make the most money in the shortest time frame. He also said this strain of algae is the most disgusting looking stuff. Looks like a big BROWN TURD---LOL.
-I asked him about Dennis Shen's departure. No comment but he emphasized that every thing Shen did is more than covered by this current group. There is no shortfalls whatsoever as far as Shen being gone.
-I asked Fish how strong their relationship with RWE was. "WE TALK EVERY SINGLE DAY NOW" Fisher told me that whenever their are issues on the east coast regarding Bio Fuels/ Algae etc. That Rick Armstrong and Tim of RWE are always called upon. These 2 have been in the middle of multi-billion dollar deals for years and know almost everything about this industry along with MAJOR MAJOR connections.
-RWE brings 2nd to none engineering.
-I asked what role Siemens had in the PBR. At all times the algae must be monitored. Siemens controls will provide feedback and calibration for EIGHT key elements: I dont remember them all because I was trying to write down as fast as possible. Oxygen levels, CO2 levels, temperature, flow rates etc. etc. The Siemen sensors will provide for exact algae growth results that no other competitor even has attempted !!!
-Domini and her lab team will master the desired algae strains at Santa Ana to be grown for end product. Then they will be introduced into the close loop PBR's for precise development. Laser Precision strains. NO ONE....NO ONE can duplicate what BEHL is about to do !!
-Dennis said this company and their product offerings is the greatest business venture in his LIFE !!

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) -- Connecticut is considering legislation to erase a portion of college debt for students who work in green technology and other industries.
The state wants to boost its work force in high-growth green technology, life sciences and health information technology.
Under the proposal, it would forgive as much as $2,500 of education loans annually for up to four years, or 5 percent of loans, whichever is less.
Students would have to earn a bachelor's or associate's degree and work in Connecticut in those industries for at least two years.
States have forgiven loans in areas such as medicine, but Connecticut's proposal could break new ground in green technology. One problem: Officials must define exactly what green jobs are.

Are you guys seriously buying and selling down here ?
Kind of like a revolving door.
Behl: Why You Should Be Convinced
I feel Behl has finally covered all critical bases in order to commercialize algae. 2010 is when this ship sets sail.
1.) The algae strains will soon be developed and perfected in house by Domini and her supporting cast. This is top priority before we can mass produce.
2.) Next step is to build the most efficient close loop PBR's which, in my opinion is Dennis Fisher's expertise and niche. (Patented tubing and turns 2 to 3 years in the making)
3.) Next we utilize RWE's engineering expertise to properly size the pump system along with SIEMEN's world class devices to control the algae strains and maintain PERFECT tolerance levels.
4.) Algae strains are introduced to water, sunlight and CO2, then poured into various size PBR's which will be pumped and monitored continuously. Then we add in the LIPID TRIGGER to maximize oil output and finally the desired product is extracted and sold at highly competitive and profitable rates.
WHAT ARE THE KEY ROLES
Dennis Fisher will partner with other companies, vendors and suppliers to fill in the gaps in order to continuously upgrade the success of the system.
Monique Barry will communicate, market and penetrate the bio industry in which our PBR's and Algae products are demanded. She will oversee most marketing plans such as: Internet, flyers, webpage design, trade-show displays and possibly hats and shirts with the Behl logo. She will also seek out future talent to enable Behl to execute their business plan. She will be the link between all departments: The offsite builders, Algae lab, colleges, contractors, Dennis and the CEO in order to make sure everyone is on the same page to meet deadlines and contractual obligations.
The new CEO will host shareholder meetings, conference calls, conduct radio and web interviews. He will also help secure financing and oversee Press Releases. He will be instrumental in building shareholder wealth by utilizing different forms of investment in capital and research. The CEO will also be the link to get Behl noticed on an international scale in order to attract more investors.
No...I wish I had 5 Million to loan.
Wishful thinking on the consulting issue as well.
Behl Gates -- Outside consultant
We are on our way !!!
I have never ever seen a penny stock with this much promise. The developmental process of this company is as impressive as any Fortune 500 company.
Behl obviously does not have recognized revenues at this time but the framework being assembled CANNOT be disputed.
1.) Global interest and investment on algae research and uses
2.) Conclusion of Santa Ana relocation
3.) RWE/BEHL JV
4.) College alliances
5.) Monique Berry/ Domini Maddox involvement
6.) Behl shareholder meeting revelations
7.) NAA disclosures
8.) Frequency of Behl appearing in national publications and marketing literature
9.) Product offerings---PBR's, Wall Stations, etc.
10.) $6 - 12 billion industry potential for OMEGA-3 consumption
11.) Possibility of profitable developments of Algae Oil versus fossile fuels
12.) New CEO leadership
13.) Financial transparency to fully reporting company with BIG BOARD listing or future acquisition target
14.) 150 acre project, Texas project, RWE (South Carolina PBR project) Santa Ana PBR project, Death Valley, Canadian possibilities
and other International interest.
15.) Exponential increase in the number of Behl shareholders
16.) The word is spreading
BG IMO still Long and Strong
Who is Sarapoulous ?
Ive been shoveling snow for 2 days and missed some info. Can someone update me on Sarapoulous
I spoke to Dale B I/R
6 seperate times. I never told him my name, I just started asking questions.
He was very polite and answered his cell phone at the oddest times, once in the summer at a pool with his kids, another time at a wrestling match where he was coaching. I felt he did the best he could to field all phones calls.
The last time I spoke to him was when Behl was spiraling downhill losing 20% a day and we finally leveled out around 2 cents for a while.
Dale said he still had all TEN MILLION shares and had not sold a single one.
BG
Hello Big
How is the turnout......Can you give an estimate on the attendance numbers.
BG
One Last Request
If anyone could post any Pics from the Shareholder meeting and the NAA meeting that would be greatly appreciated
Good night all
Good Post R2G2
All we need is ONE....Just ONE highly efficient, precisely callobrated 3rd generation PBR. RWE will be instrumental in getting us there.
Welcome to Vegas BigBake
Big your the eyes and ears for the gang buddy !!! You have great investment wisdom and trust from the board.
I will be happy with your overall gut feel. If you come out of that meeting feeling like we are the next Intel or Microsoft then light the fuse cause this rocket is on the launch pad LOL.
Seriously, we really appreciate your attendance at the meeting. You may be able to do some detective work and find out if there is Big Money looking at us.
Thanks again
I had 4 personal e-mails w/Monique
She told me that the amount of interest and phone calls that they had received at the new Santa Ana site would absolutely astound anyone.
She also told me that the entire Behl team had been working around the clock in some fashion or another. 10 - 11 pm during week and midnight or later on Saturdays. She also said that in all her worldly business experiences that the opportunities presented to Behl are like no other.
She believes the potential is as the old saying goes "The sky is the limit !!"
She said Behl makes the equipment that will grow the highly demanded products and the demand for the products produced by Behl's PBR's are of limitless demand right now.
I think this is a possibility in the next 3 years
I really studied RWE and what they have to offer. Do you realize that they claim they have the technology to use algae to power electrical plants.
I think BEHL/RWE with Siemens and a Lipid Trigger specialist could mass produce algae oil that would compete head on with fossile fuels aka ARAB OIL.
The U.S. once and for all could be 50 - 75 % self sufficient with the use of algae oil and this group we are invested in just may be the answer.
Omega-3 is obviously the low lying fruit but from a National Security standpoint -- Oil would put the nail in the coffin
Has any long timers spoken or e-mailed
Dennis or Monique in recent days ?
What if we find this out :
1.) Date for fulfillment/completion of 6 million dollar order
2.) 150 acre venture is sold out
3.) RWE/BEHL merger back in talks
4.) Behl is being approached by a commercial airliner to possibly supply jet fuel using their PBR technology
I would take any one of the four
Looks like us loyal and heavy weight longs
Are hanging tough. Good luck to all. I wonder if Shamwow is around these days ?
Good to see you Raymond
and Greasy and Gang.
I hope Big Bake keeps us updated on shareholder's meeting
Should have some good information to share.
Looking good !!!
Magnegas is VERY impressive. 25 year experienced Harvard PhD.
Talk about credentials
LOL cookboy--Man I'm pumped about Behl
I think we turned some huge corners this past month. I believe most of the corners are heading to RWE.
I just got this great feeling that we are on the brink of explosion as far as business opportunity
That sounds like fun doesnt it. A convoy of all of us Behlievers truckin all those supplies east. That would be a once in a life time adventure
I had my iTunes playing in the background and Jerry Reids East Bound and Down came on.
Go Behl
East Bound and Down Load it up and Truck It !!
Behl's gonna do what they say can't be done. We got a long way to go and a short time to get there.
We're east bound just watch Bio-----Centric run !!

We got to dodge em !! We got to duck em !! we got to keep that ALGAE truckin !! We're east bound just watch our PPS run !!
Boys we need to hire Burt Reynolds to truck them turns back east to get that 5 acre PBR up and running at RWE !!
Let's all meet in Cali form a 400 vehicle convoy loaded with Behl PBR parts and head to South Carolina and build the biggest PBR farm in the world !!
Bandit I'm gonna BBQ your ass !!
Snowman out !!
Monique sent me an e-mail
on a Saturday evening two weeks ago. She said they were burning the midnight oil working non-stop.
They are definately putting in 110 % getting things up and running.
This is WHY HB never came about
I got a hold of a guy named DAN in the Huntington Beach Economic Planning Dept along with another person who assisted with permits. The following issues were also thrown at Dennis to contend with once he got the go ahead to build at HB
5 issues........I BACK SL62
1.) $ 50,000 surcharge fee whatever that meant
2.) Permits must be received from Environment Inland Reserve EIR
3.) Further permission from the Coastal Commission
4.) More permits would be needed from Planning Commission
5.) Then City Counsel would have final say on surcharge fee
FISHER WALKED AWAY---TOO MUCH MONEY AND TOO MUCH RED TAPE FACT !!
FISHER NEEDED QUICKER TIMELINE TO GET HEADQUARTERS UP AND RUNNING AT LOWEST REASONABLE LEASE.
When you are as close to the Ocean as the HB site there are alot more bureaucratic entities to deal with in addition to the city itself. There are state and federal guidelines that must be met.
You can reread my posts from December 8th 2009. There are FOUR posts in a row that start with the phrase NEWS REPORT. I reported in detail the whole HB situation and how it went down.
YOUR WRONG GUMMY !!
I spoke to the contractor who was on site at HB with the architectural drawings in hand back in October of 2009.
I have talked to this guy 6 times and his brother who is friends with YURY. I tried to get as much information as possible.
He told me that Dennis Fisher, an HB city representative and himself (the guy who was presenting the drawings at the HB site) said that Behl had the go ahead to move forward.
This showed me that Dennis had 100 % intent on moving to HB. The architect on the HB drawings even went as far as to identify EVERY SINGLE TREE on that site by size and type. I went back and looked at the drawings. All of this was done to satisfy HB city council.
This is it board !! BigBake1 thanks for staying focused
Does anyone see how close we are to full blown commercialization. This article clearly states how simple it is to extract the oil from the algae. It is the mass production part that is the challenge.
Not for long with Behl's PBR's. Just think if we can crank out more production than anyone on earth at the South Carolina site.
I think Behl/RWE are on the brink of proving to the world that we can mass product algae quicker than anyone. It is coming
E-mail from Behl Corporate:
I just received this e-mail concerning the shareholders meeting. BigBake I hope your still going to the meeting to give us up to date news. GO BEHL !!

Overcoming Obstacles "Goodwork Gummy"
First of all, Gummy's DD is good to know. Once again we have another dedicated shareholder digging up crucial information. Where this leads us is yet to be determined.
Secondly, It is another opportunity for Fisher to show how creative he can be to move forward on Behl's game plan.
Fisher has side stepped many obstacles to get the business this far.
-Death Valley PBR challenge with the surface temp reaching 140 degree plus and Behl re-engineered PBR to work in high temp areas
-San Juan Cap issue where the owner foreclosed then Behl made a bid to buy property but became too expensive
-Move to Huntington Beach along with site plans and quick action to gain permits for construction. Fisher switched gears once again because too much red tape at HB.
-Here we are totally moved in at Santa Ana, however, Dennis Shen has left to preside over KEPI
-Fisher promotes Monique Berry and plan resumes.
-RWE merge does not go through yet ever since BEHL/RWE have further strengthened relations and formed a JV along with the use of Siemens Technology
-2nd and 3rd generation PBR parts are finally at Santa Ana
-Fisher hires a highly respected algae chemist Dominic to oversee the precision of algae growth and concentration levels.
-BEHL/RWE have PBR construction plans in South Carolina
-BEHL/ENTK PBR's are still going forward
-Santa Ana may have cited BEHL for code violations but let's see if Fisher can once again overcome and succeed
I guess in my opinion this proves that Fisher must really have some solid opportunities in place because who in their right mind at his age would put up with all this crap and set backs if there were not a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
