I think saying the stores would be tere by the end of the first quarter was a pr blunder considering that the pr came out at the end of the 1st quarter. Perhaps they meant by the end of the second quarter.

I feel the so called new lack of confidence towards IPWG is the north end of the hedge fund betting group turning toward the south end of the card table while one or two from the south end head to the North. I see the structure of this plan and how it's been worked. The money can and will come through any day now. Everything else is finished and ready. I also feel we have more than one financial branch offering and that the finance of IPWG is being negotiated between these companies(countries). Different finance companies will get to build different plants in different countries with IPWG using their technologies. Globally. However ,if that is the case ,I guarantee you Italy funds the ones with/in Poland with the rights to and adjoined with Greece ,Israel and France in each of their respective countries. This will lead to simple synergy between international communities and strengthen ties between nations and connections. A complete model can be based off of the aforementioned regional model. Of course ,this is all offered in my very humble but effective opinion and certainly looks to put smiles on some generous and friendly faces while hoping to see their glasses lifted into the air. I am confident that the right choice to benefit all of IPWG's investors and constituents will be made and no one truly invested in the company will feel left out. Salute! :)
