Why? Just go buy a lottery ticket for $1. You will have much better odds.
28000 and we sit here. How pathetic is this? We’re down to a sleep app. ISO gone, ivt gone, Ford tv gone, ice tech gone.
Dread, newspeed, alllnumbers, torvecian, Dino, knotbad, our money, all gone .
I find it amazing that someone who posted imo, venomous posts about the Gleasman’s would leave because of all the negativity. After 20 years of zero growth how anyone could be positive is beyond me. Since I’ve been a shareholder the price has been over $8 and now down to $.10. Someone please enlighten me, what am I missing?
Take the money you invested and factor in the return of the S&P 500. You will want to be sick.
They are going to sell the only remaining mechanical product, the pump. It will sell imo. DK has stated the proceeds are going to be used to fund the CURA. That leaves $0 for the commons unless the Cura is a home run. Based on past history we all know how that is going to go. The painful ride is just getting longer......
Yet he won't put a nickle more in this dog.....tells you something. It's all over but the funeral. Win some lose some right D?
The probably is they have told us every product was great. Yet they’ve never sold one.
Doesn’t paint a very good picture of management IMO........
IMO he has no qualifications to be COB. 20 years of failure and he’s still there? That could be the biggest joke of all.
100,000 shares. A fool and his money........TFF
Better question would be what qualifies him to be on the board?
The Gleasman family is out. The automotive products have failed to be marketed. The pump will be used to fund an unproven sleep app? Who could have dreamed this up 15 years ago?
I would assume that Dino would be one of the ecstatic people. Things are great right?
I averaged down at $.19. It’s worked out well for me.....
Who do you have to blame for that? And yes it ...,
Oakie1, has the SEC gotten back to you about your report? I hope you included Donnelly’s ‘testimony”.
Why would you think that? Didn’t happen during the Parker quiet period. The market believes nothing from this company. It’s been nothing but testimony like Donnelley’s for 20 years. The Gleasman’s are now gone as are the ice tech, iso, ivt, Ford TV.............DARPA, seal lab, go-kart, Playboy/Nissan racing team and watch. Feel free to fill in the blanks.
I think DK’s track record at Torvec speaks for its self. It’s truly been amazing to see “world changing” technologies fail one after another. So many believers trusted what they were told. Great learning experience for many.....
We still don’t know if they solved the “nap” issue do we?
You are probably right, however looks like there is some overlap.
Read the golf magazine article about Whoop. They already are providing the sleep. All the tour players are using it.
Whoop 3.0. Looks like we got beat to the punch.....again
I don't think that DK lied about anything. However, I was always surprised that there was no lawsuit in the JG era.
Never seen someone struggle so hard to come with something positive. I would assume we will venture into a new quiet period soon. I would love to hear Torvecians thoughts but it looks like he may have thrown in the towel.
Sammy,
After 20 years I think it is fair that the common shareholders should expect a return on their investment. Selling the pump and investing the cash in another unproven technology is not going to do that. At least in the near term. You shouldn’t have to post “IMO” every time you post one. If someone doesn’t have the comprehension to understand that, too bad. Put your big boy pants on and except the fact you invested in to date, a loser. How do you think the Gleasman’s feel? They spent the last 25 years trying to make the company a success.
I would interpret it as desperation. The proceeds for the sale of the pump per DK are going to pay off existing debt and the rest will be used to fund the Cura. Common shareholders are getting nothing for the pump. Nothing, nada. Even TG won’t put more money in.
Torvecian, thoughts please......
Whats not being touched on is the revelation that you can’t license a pump. How do you get this far along and not know this? The sale will pay off the debt and fund the Cura. A new technology. All we need is Bill Murray and Andie McDowell. Glad we brought in DK to pick the low hanging fruit.
The long and winding road continues. I’m going to Margaritaville and put this poor investment in my rear view mirror. Thank god my loss is minimal.
David Carlyle (sp) was right. I just wish Jim had gotten to the confessional.
Dino, the board is know yours to dominate.
Could be worse, you could have invested a million like other people.
He doesn’t want anyone to attend. Why else would he put out that CEO message. He has no business running this company IMO. Media blitz and the product has been back in redevelopment? COO who testifies about hundreds of thousands of users by year end and the product wasn’t even ready.
They make Jim look like a marketing genius. It’s disgusting. I would anticipate more board resignations.
They are still working on bugs but we were supposed to have 200,000 users? How is that possible?
The sale of the pump will fund the Cura? Shocking, The commons will get nothing from the sale?
If you don't see where this is going I feel sorry for you......Cura is the only product left. No wonder Keith retired. Nothing left for him to work on.
Life is good, in case you can't tell I'm LMAO. "Breathe in, Breathe out, move on"
I predict this will be the last annual meeting since private companies don't require one. My opinion of course. Heading south to drop limes in my landshark see ya.
How many employees do they even have?
Are there 10 users? Donnelly should be fired for making that statement if something doesn’t happen in the next two and a half months. It was just stupid if not incompetent. Now he’s COO. Do we have any operations to be Chief of?
Wonder what his resignation letter says?
“However one chooses to view David Carlisles resignation, he certainly was correct that the Torvec glass at the time was not only half empty, it was bone dry. The 16 cents per share and the 10 years that have passed bears that out.
My favorite quote from his resignation:
"We almost made it to the confessional"
Dino “
I agree Sammy.............
“88 followers on this CRGS message board mostly dominated by 1 poster. “ More false information but what’s new.
3300 shares traded and someone wonders why we don’t sell. Thanks Okie. Don’t know what we would do without this valuable information.
The only way the common shareholders get any money is if the stock price goes up. Do you expect a common dividend with a huge deficit? Any cash goes to pay loans, accrued preferred dividends or pay creditors. I believe we still owe $1.5 million for the watch’s we wrote off. Sale of the pump is not going to generate a continual revenue stream. When was the last time you heard a word about the Cura?
Why would anyone believe a desperate man?
BTW, I did sell shares after the pump talks failed.
Trying to reason with hurricane season.
DK could have given the company $100,000 in exchange for common stock. That cash goes into the company checking account. He made a conscious decision to loan the company the money instead of taking additional equity. That’s a Fact. Wonder why? I’m guessing the sale of the pump will cover the loans and not much else. This is not DK’ s first rodeo.
Anyone know if any Gleasman’s are still on the payroll? They chased a dream. They had passion. They gave it there all. No shame in that.
When you buy common stock from the company the cash goes DIRECTLY to the company. Please stop posting FALSE and MISLEADING information. He doesn't need to loan the company the cash........
No volume in two days. Why don't we sell?
DK needs to take a lesson from JG's play book. You're supposed to hype BEFORE the meeting.
I know one shareholder who is starting to realize that he's been fooled again.
If the people just on this board all put their shares up for sale the price would go to zero. Notice the volume today? I actually did sell some shares when the pump failed to sell. At this point we are talking about pennies. It two weeks we'll hear what DK has to say.
It's going to be a relief when this goes under. It's time for the Commons to be put out of their misery. They have suffered long enough.
If he had any faith IMO he would be buying common stock. IMO he knows it’s soon to be worthless. Maybe the truth will all come out in Oakies report.
