100% confident is a pretty bold statement. Everything points to NXHZ still in an upward trend, so even without news it should be fine. But it sure would be nice to get a quick boost.
When I emailed him, all he said was:
big plans . name and symbol change will be announced...
There's not much he can say without giving away insider info.
A couple buyers keep jockeying for position on the bid. They keep creaping up above each other. Eventually, they will have to hit .03. No one is selling.
You're not referring to shorting a stock are you? That's prob where you keep hearing "short" vs "long". There's really no reason to say "I'm holding this stock for X amount of time". Yes, people do hold on to a stock, knowing it might take a long time to develop, but that's not what makes them a long in my eyes.
To me, a long is bullish. They buy expecting the price to increase. A short is bearish. They short the stock, expecting the price to decrease. I don't think you need to have a length of time associated with it. You could short a stock over a long period of time.
That's my interpretation anyway. Google will prob give you a better definition of a long or a short.
Response from Jeff Krupka:
I'm the type of person that just wants to know. I had to at least try to confirm for myself that this Uranium play is still on the table. After all, it's been several months since this plan was announced. I emailed Jeff Krupka this morning and he responded. I feel more comfortable with my position now.

Jeff,
The NexHorizon PR on May 6th had a list of plans and goals for moving forward in the Uranium industry.
Without giving any insider information, can you acknowledge that there are still plans for NXHZ of some kind?
yeah, once I saw the bid support in the low 2's I knew it was going back up. Jumped on the ask. wiped out 140k
only half my buy went through. I'm still waiting for more at .0262 but they won't give them to me!
That's the plan! :)
Got back in. I couldn't resist. Doesn't seem to be going any lower
Glad I got out at .028. Any guess where it will level off? I'm thinking about getting back in.
.02 or .018 look like good entry points
One more article I found did offer a slightly positive outlook:
The article is from June 6th of this year.
http://www.watchnewspapers.com/view/full_story/22817605/article-Road-to-Reclamation-of-Uranium-Mines-Disputed
It sounds like the mines are being cleaned up, but not necessarily shut down permanently.
"Coram said Gold Eagle Mining has invested a good amount of money in the uranium mines, and emphasized his hope that they will be operational once again. Any notion that the mine operator has been in violation of regulations is unfounded, he said.
'Like I said, there have been no violations of any kind. Ever,” Coram said. “We have worked very closely with the DOE, and have worked on mining and cleanup projects throughout the region. We have been very good stewards of the land. We are not one of those evil companies that are out there. We are a local, small company trying to create some jobs, and that’s still our intent.'”
Also,
http://www.nexhorizoninfo.com/ says:
"NexHorizon subsidiary announced subsidiary in negotiations to acquire multiple mineral assets, including receivables, stock in Gold Eagle Mining, Inc., owner of Gold Eagle Mine, as well as over fifty individual mining claims in this energy rish area."
This website is aweful, and the wording of that sentence sucks, but is it saying that NXHZ is creating a new company, which will own all of Gold Eagle Mine? The article says Don Coram, the owner of Gold Eagle, is giving up on Uranium mining. Is NXHZ taking over where Don Coram left off?
http://www.nexhorizoninfo.com/ leads me to believe that NXHZ success hinges on Gold Eagle Mining.
I started doing some DD on Gold Eagle Mining and it led me to this:
http://durangoherald.com/article/20130610/NEWS01/130619940/
"State Rep. Don Coram is taking steps to clean up and shut down four uranium mines he owns, making him among the first uranium mine operators in Colorado to call it quits for now and restore the land to its pre-mined condition"
I've just started researching this, so if anyone can shed some light on this, I'd appreciate it.
Sorry guys, just sold my NXHZ. Made my 23%. I know there are some strong believers that it is going to take off, but I've been burned too many times waiting for lift off, only to lose my gains.
I'm taking the Newbie approach and cashing out over 20%. There has been very little volume over .03, so I sold at .0295 and .0273.
I'll be looking out for the next pick.
Good chance to get in for those that missed out yesterday. NXHZ.
What's with the 5k blocks? 16 of 18 transactions, all size of 5k.
Bid finally inched its way up to the ask. I got my shares. I'm ready to sit back and watch the action.
ok who jumped my bid? lol. I only had 2/3 of my bid filled. Still waiting for the rest at .021
NXHZ Up 44% and nearing the 52 week high.
Think there will be a dip to get in? or is news pushing this higher?

This is where BBV reached out to Walgreens
Walgreens currently does carry some Vodka. Smirnoff, Svedka, Ketal One are all on the website.

No joke. It's for sale on their website already. $19.95

Thanks. I'm definately a newbie. After learning on my own on and off again over the past couple years, I'm scaling it back a bit and trying to trade smarter. I think I'll learn a thing or two from this board.
I've been seeing alot of fuss over BRND, so I jumped in at .0175. We'll see what happens.
BRND up 14%. Good call. Moving very easily. Just needs a little more volume.
BAYP was one that had all these same things... revenue, no debt, low OS. Then, shares flooded the market and it dropped to .0002.
What is different here? Why can we trust that the company will not dilute from here?
Makes me feel much better about selling at 70. Guess I was lucky I didn't have funds available to get back in. It's dropping hard, but I gotta think APS will bring it back up. It just might take awhile. They made some pretty bold gaurantee's.
anyone have L2? Whats it look like on the Ask side?
yeah. I can buy, but wouldn't be able to sell for 3 days. That's a pretty risky move with this stock.
really pissed at myself for selling at 70. Shouldn't be upset about +100%, but it still hurts. Stupid 3 day rule for funds to clear.... I want back in.
Doesn't too much of a gap cause a large pull back to fill in the gap? Or, think it will just fly?
Same activity as yesterday. Pre market activity below the previous close, then it steadily increased up until the open.
Good plan. I should follow that lead. I only have 4k shares, so I want to keep as many in play as possible. Although, locking in profits lets me play with more funds on my text trade.
The pullbacks are like letting off the gas when going downhill. You don't want to get a speeding ticket, but you're not going to hit the brakes. Plus, the momentum makes the next hill easier to climb.
APS gauranteed a dollar, but was promoting $3-5. So, what's the plan? exit near $1? or ride it out into multiple dollars? I'm torn. I keep trying to plan my exit, but it just keeps going. In since .40
Why is 48 resistance? It's already over the 52 week high, so what's holding it back?
How does there continue to be hits at the bid, but the bid size remains at only a few hundred shares? It's been going on all day.
A lot of that was from the old man, especially the seafood. Once Jim, and especially Clay, took over they have been much more realistic. They have also acted like a legit business. All the info they have released checks out. They seem to be creating a legit company with revenues, which is why it was so tough for me to sell. I'm still watching, waiting for something to pull me back in. I really do expect this to take off someday, and I hope to be in before it does.
Maybe I'll sit on the bid awhile and see what happens.
That was my 4.35 million. I've been waiting on this stock over a year. I really expected it to take off, but I'm sick of waiting. With my luck it will blow up today, but I just don't care anymore. I'm cutting my losses and moving on. Good luck to those of you willing to ride it out.
No it's not. I already contacted Downhole Energy and confirmed their affiliation with Bayport. They told me Downhole owns the property and will be drilling the wells. Bayport is basically an investor, and in return gets 3.75% of the revenue as pure profit.
Bayport is a real company, doing real business, making real money.
Where is your 3rd party source, proving the lies?
I contact Downhole Energy, which was referred to in one of the PR's. Downhole confirmed that they own the property and will be drilling the well. Bayport is "part of Downhole's investment group". That's all I got out of him. This might be one of the private investors that was referred to in much earlier PR's.
