I suspect you might be right Killer Whale.
Yes MJplay, Ray Blanco is well connected. So if Merck already has a division called MilliporeSigma that has a "blank" patch, then let's think about what might be needed to make this a cannabis transdermal patch --- some kind of cannabis medication would be my guess, and one developed by Univec and AGRiMED seems a pretty good guess.
Killer Whale, could this be the deal that everyone is waiting for? If nothing else, it does confirm Merck's interest in the cannabis industry, and they do already have cannabis patents. Can you think of any other division that might be spun off? And, spun off for the purpose of entering the cannabis industry. Ray Blanco is a pretty well known and well connected investment advisor who travels the world meeting with and talking to business executives.
Yes Killer Whale, that is correct, and if you remember I have talked about this particular division before. In fact, MilliporeSigma produces a transdermal patch "blank" that is already approved for medical trials. So this is a big deal that confirms many of the rumors.
I just received this write-up from a newsletter put out by Ray Blanco. Interesting.
This Biotech Is Hot
Last week I was traveling outside the U.S. evaluating potential medical cannabis opportunities abroad. From what I am seeing, massive new opportunities are about to break through in not just the U.S. and Canada, but also new regions as the world warms up to the medicinal potential of the cannabis plant.
Finding wins in the broader market is getting more difficult. A broad selloff like what we saw over the past week or so took every sector with it.
But I like biotech’s chance to bounce back a lot more than other sectors right now.
In May I suggested my followers consider a move on Merck (NYSE: MRK). At the time I was tracking developments of one of its cancer drugs, Keytruda.
Initial clinical trials were promising and Merck was vying for an FDA priority review consideration, which they received earlier in September.
Additionally, Merck may be entertaining a spinoff that would give it a prominent foothold in the cannabis processing market.
Your editor Sean McCloskey divulged this info to me, after sitting down to lunch with the Segment Marketing Manager of MillaporeSigma (a division of Merck), at of all places, a marijuana investors conference in Toronto this past August.
Whether we see a pot spinoff from Merck one day is anyone’s guess, but based on the dots we can connect, there’s a betting man’s chance we do.
Since we first suggested Merck in May shares are up over 18%. This even after the market’s broad selloff the past two weeks. Clearly there are strong tailwinds at work.
If their drug Keytruda successfully navigates the final stages of the FDA gauntlet, the gains from this revenue stream should help boost shares.
And if my suspicions are correct that a Merck is planning a cannabis spinoff venture, their shares could really run higher.

UNVC investors, here is something to think about.
We’re less than a month away from Election Day, and this year, it could mean big things for the legal pot market.
As of this writing, four states are slated to bring some kind of pot legalization vote to the ballot: North Dakota and Michigan will vote on allowing recreational use while Utah and Missouri will vote on making medical cannabis legal.
What’s really notable about these four states is that they were all red states in the 2016 election, and now we’re seeing voters squash the notion that cannabis legalization doesn’t jive with conservative values.
In short, we’re witnessing a substantive shift --- a sea change --- in U.S. marijuana policy.
At this moment in time, most Republicans and Democrats are both in favor of some form of marijuana legalization. Thus, however you slice it, the opportunity remains immense for pot investors.
We’re still very much in the early innings of this trend, and come Nov. 7, a new wave of riches will be had by those who get in early.
Yes, pot stocks are correcting a bit right now, and the most recent 30-day chart does look ugly for most pot stocks (not UNVC), but you know what they say about dips --- BUY THEM! For UNVC, the chart does not look nearly so bad. In fact, UNVC hit new highs just this week.
Another thing to think about is that The North American Marijuana Index has only gone up. Look at the past three years of performance for the North American index, and one can clearly see how dips resolve themselves --- They have always surged and set brand new highs.
So whenever you see a slide in prices, buy UNVC with all the gusto you can muster. Chances are, you will be rewarded, and sooner rather than latter. Just my humble opinion, but the charts do speak for themselves.
Yes Wrenchman, I do.
So we all know UNVC/AGRiMED/SATIVEO/HCI are all involved in cannabis and particularly hemp, but did you know:
Cannabis Seeds & Your Bones
Okay, so you can make a potent oil out of cannabis seed (often referred to as “hemp seeds” because they contain no THC) and if you haven’t added these beauties to your diet yet you’re really missing out. You can chomp down on the raw/toasted seeds or purchase them in the form of hemp seed milk, flour, butter, bread, in trail mixes, etc. in more and more supermarkets, both local and corporate.
They’re arguably the king of seed-food (for humans as well as animals), taste is creamier/nuttier than flax, and have an astounding nutritional profile so there’s no question that a diet rich in hemp seed benefits bone health.
Disclaimer: if you get them from a reliable and certified source, cannabis seeds are thoroughly washed and oftentimes sterilized leaving no phytocannabinoids AT ALL in them so they can be legally imported/sold in the US. Therefore, you don’t need to worry about failing a UI or getting in trouble for eating them (unless expressly forbidden, like for example if you’re currently serving in the military which still holds to nonsense propaganda in my opinion). Could microscopic and completely legal amounts of THC show up in your system from hemp seeds? Technically yes, at about the same odds as winning the lotto if you eat some insane amount of them. No different than needing to smoke about a whole acre of hemp plants to fail a UA.
Here’s some basics about the seeds:
o Over half of the weight of hemp seeds is their oil content, which itself is about 75% pure essential fatty acids in three-to-one ratios including 20% omega-3, or alpha-linoleic, 3% gamma-linoleic, and 1% stearidonic acid, etc.
o This fatty acid content dramatically improves absorption rates of its nutritional content, for example calcium and vitamins D and E.
o They aren’t nuts they’re seeds, cause no known allergies, non-gluten, non-lactose, etc.
o Without the added fiber/minerals in the hulls, the other 25% of seeds is extremely high-quality/highly-digestible plant protein which is where seed-based protein powders (increasingly common alternative to animal-based options) come from.
So, when you use any product that’s derived from the cannabis seeds, you’re giving your bones a boost.

This sounds like another supplement that could be sold in pharmacies through Doctor Dalton's Health Resources Services. I know I would buy the product.

Good job Almost A Myth, good job. This is one thing everyone can do to generate awareness of UNVC and companies. Well done.
I agree with you Almost A Myth. This kind of confirmation should bring investors to UNVC. However, I will say that our due diligence confirmed this development a long time ago. So buckle up. I know you have been here a while, and I know you have had your doubts, but this is the real deal. I wish you the very best because you have carried the torch longer than just about anyone, and I have always enjoyed reading your research and your postings. I recommend everyone read the intro page, and Almost A Myth deserves most of the credit for that intro.
Almost A Myth, this is interesting, and it might mean something important. That is why I posted the link. If nothing else, this might continue our march higher. Personally, this does confirm what some of us have been hearing for some time from people who should know.
Mikeyt, this is the rumor on speculatingstocks.com

FSU1UF2, your memory of those days is similar to mine. This stock, UNVC is at the forefront of just that type of industry, only much bigger. Should all the companies involved in this group pull together as one, my God what a climb this will be. Hold on, do not waver, and just let the money come.
Wrenchman, I am old enough to remember the dot.com days, and I can tell you this is even bigger. In those days, people made so much money they didn't know how to spend it. What will this brand new industry bring? It is anyone's guess, but it will be big. I have a basic understanding of the size and reach of this emerging industry, and can tell you it will reach and touch every single one of our lives. I suspect we all know about the medical implications (we may not believe how big this is, but at least we know about it). However, when one thinks about plastics replacing everything currently made from petrochemicals and synthetic fuels and car bodies and rugs and vitamins and beauty aids and so very much more. In the case of plastics, anything made with hemp will be biodegradable and safe for the environment. Did I tell you that hemp plants actually absorb hydrocarbons that cause greenhouse gases?
I could go on and on, but you get the idea.
Excellent find Wrenchman. So much is happening in this industry right now with mergers and JVs and partnerships and buyouts and all this is happening every day. It just keeps on getting bigger.
Killer Whale, I agree.
Mikeyt, if everything happens as it appears it will, you will be well rewarded. A once in a lifetime opportunity does sound about right, or perhaps one in a million. Whichever phrase suits best. Depending on the amount of shares one owns.
Thank you Killer Whale. This just keeps on getting bigger. For those who do not know, UNVC is partnered with AGRiMED to develop a cannabis transdermal patch, and Doctor Dalton (CEO of UNVC) is also working with Merck on this same product. Doctor Dalton owns another company called Health Resources Incorporated out of Pennsylvania that distributes pharmacy products to over 70,000 pharmacies nationwide. Merck, on the other hand has a worldwide distribution network. The UNVC cannabis transdermal patch can be used to treat some of the biggest health issues the world has ever known (cancer, arthritis, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Chron's disease, sports injuries including brain trauma, the list just goes on and on). I suspect we will see dozens of patches geared toward specific medical problems.
Is that all? If this is not big enough, think about all the other products that this group of companies are working on. The companies working together are UNVC, AGRiMED, SATIVEO, HCI, and possibly CBRC. AGRiMED is set up as a biopharmaceutical company that produces the highest quality medical grade cannabis suitable for medical research --- does this sound like Tilray? With the backing of Merck, will AGRiMED be the first American company to get FDA approval and be allowed to produce medical grade cannabis suitable for medical research? It sure does look that way.
Doctor Eric I. Mitchell just sent me this article to post on all boards. For those who do not know, Doctor Mitchell is the Medical Director of AGRiMED and the CEO of Hemp Commodity Industries.
Vitamins CBD
Vitamins are substances that you need in order to remain healthy, which are found in food or can be eaten in the form of pills. Above is one definition of vitamins. The skin of our body makes another vitamin, which results when the natural sunlight hits our skin. Because of the importance of this vitamin and the clothes that we wear, fortified Vitamin D has been infused into milk and other foods to make sure that the body gets enough Vitamin D to make and maintain proper calcium levels for normal bone health.
Over the last 50 years, vitamin D has owned all the discussion around bone health and calcium balance. Well, well, recent medical studies in 2018 are finding this not to be true with the large meta-analytic studies on vitamin D, calcium and bone fractures. So what’s up!
Another bodily system was discovered back in 1992 called the Endocannabioid System, discovered by Dr R. M. , but still today it is not being taught in medical schools to our doctors. There has been much written about this regulatory system around the world while medical schools in America have been in lockdown with threat of incarceration if you study this system without permission from the Drug Enforcement Administration. It has taken a retro engineering approach of the components of the Cannabis sativa L plant that has taught us that this bodily system is real and works to do what vitamins do—maintain and sustain our health.
I have a dog in this fight! As an orthopaedic surgeon and medical researcher times 40 plus years, I was taught one thing back in medical school and now many of the medical conclusions taught then are not true today. This is due to the art and science of medicine and the half-life of knowledge of orthopaedics or any other medical science. Our ABC’s have not changed, but in orthopaedics, the half-life of this scientific knowledge is five years. So, if I do the math, if I have not kept current with current medical studies and research, only 16% of my orthopaedic knowledge would be current and relevant.
Now, stop research on any given medical subject and that time decay will stop the discovery of new pathways to and for new treatments, medicines and possible cures. This governmental lockdown for Cannabis sativa L started back in the 1930s with the 1937 Marijuana Tax Act. This tax act was not really about the psychogenic elements of this plant species but more about the impact that Marijuana’s sister, of the same species, Hemp, would have on the agricultural and paper industries. Then, this same species Cannabis sativa L got caught in the “War on Drugs” and this botanical species was further demonized and classified into a Schedule 1 controlled substance under the Controlled Substance Act of 1970. The Controlled Substance Act (CSA) (1970) replaced all previous federal laws concerned with "dangerous drugs”. Comprehensive categorization of all psychoactive drugs was deemed to have abuse potentials. Hemp, the sister of marijuana, has been guilty in the name of Cannabis sativa L as a species of a botanical plant which has many advantages as a vitamin with recent global research.
Again, vitamins are substances that our bodies need to develop and function normally. They include vitamins A, C, D, E, and K, choline, and the B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folate/folic acid).
Vitamin CBD has been at work in our biological make-up without a true appreciation until recent research done outside the United Sates of America has forced a new look at an old friend. The science is complex and not the purpose of this article. The Farm Bill of 2018 which is predicted to be passed by Congress in December 2018 will open the floodgates to a new awareness for this biological system and Vitamin CBD which will be unchained for research and education about all the medical properties found in Cannabis sativa L.

That is true Sooth Sayer, and there just isn't any other company like it. I think we can say others will likely follow, but being the first mover is typically best, and it certainly will not be easy nor will it be cheap.
I posted this over the weekend, but for those who did not read it.
For the new and old UNVC investors, we must keep in mind where this may be going. The entire country of Canada has about 300 dispensaries, and yet some of the companies up there have market caps in the BILLIONS. Univec on the other hand, through Dalton's RSI company has 70,000 plus pharmacies that very likely will all be selling our products. While RSI will not be folded into Univec at this time, the fact remains that these pharmacies are the equivalent of our dispensaries. Now just imagine that number, and let it sink in for a minute. What would be the perceived value of such a company? Do you think others might be interested?
Now, think about the number of products we are likely to have. We already know about the patch, and I suspect we will have a dozen or so versions of the cannabis patch alone. But think about all the other products we are likely to be selling, and all the PRs that will likely precede each and every one of those products. Have you thought about partnerships and joint ventures? Has anyone considered what companies might wish to do business with Univec? Hint, more then you think.
When I walk into a pharmacy I take a deep breath and I see health supplements, cosmetics, candy (think Hersey Chocolate for example), creams, lotions, and medicines for any number of ailments. The list just goes on and on. Yet, once again, we are only talking about one company that is part of a group of companies (AGRiMED,SATIVEO,HCI, and maybe even CBRC), and someday soon cannabis might be legal nationwide. What will such a company be worth should it decide to merge? Dare we even think about a buyout should such a merger occur? What value would investors place on such a company with so very many assets? I am not saying Crockett would even entertain a buyout, and he certainly may not, but it is something to consider. In my opinion, the perceived value of these individual companies will already blow most people’s minds completely away. Has anyone even considered that AGRiMED first partnered with Univec to jointly develop the cannabis transdermal patch? AGRiMED is also pursuing research and branding the highest grade and quality medical cannabis --- does this sound a lot like Tilray?
Something to think about while you enjoy the week ahead.

Just checking in on PWCRF after a friend told me about this company. Looks interesting, and they appear to have assets that could be realized into revenue very soon. Where to you guy feel this is going?
Hello All. I just got back home and I am still catching up on emails and reading the boards. Keep in mind, Univec is going to be big because of their patch and their relationship with Merck --- dare I say huge. There are so many ailments that can be treated with this patch that if nothing more is developed Univec could earn revenues in the tens of millions. However, Univec is only one company in a group of companies, and each of these companies will likely be just as successful --- perhaps more so. So for the prudent investor who sees the future, think about what this company may be worth when Congress legalizes cannabis. At that point, I see a major coming together of these companies, and the size and scope will truly amaze nearly everyone. AGRiMED itself is setting itself up to be another Tilray, only AGRiMED is right here in the U.S. of A. So think perhaps even bigger. Indications are SATIVEO is bigger than we currently know, and may already be growing in multiple states. Then there is HCI (Hemp Commodity Industries). We have heard little about HCI, but my research indicates much more is coming. Good time ahead my friends, Good times indeed.
Excellent post Mikeyt. Your post is succinct, well stated and point on. Univec will succeed, and I am certain about that. While we do not know the convoluted path Univec and these associated companies may follow, we can say their presence in this embryonic industry will be made known in short order. I have been assured the financials will be out soon, and by that I mean days and certainly not months or years. After that my mind spins with all the possibilities. Sativeo will likely supply Univec with cannabis oil, and we will learn they are bigger then the single grow facility in the state of South Carolina (that facility is 100,000 square feet for those who don't know). This grouping of companies is big --- bigger then we know, and the many facets of their businesses will seem like the web of a spider or the fingers of the hand. It may take time to tell the whole story, but their reach and impact will effect many of our lives.
Again Wrenchman, you are wise and I could not agree with you more. I do think your .05 cent valuation is low, but it is certainly realistic, and based on current circumstances --- keep in mind, most people do not know what some have learned is happening behind the scenes. Once PRs are released, the circumstances will change immediately, and valuations will change accordingly.
SlimPickun, next week is fine by me. I know many people think everything in the market should defy physics and suddenly move at light speed, but business must comply with regulations and business interests that do not operate on normal or commonly understood time. I have no reason to believe Univec will not be successful. However, the exact sequence of events and what final entity will remain at the end is still murky --- at least to me. The timing is soon. In my opinion, investors who have not jumped in do not have much time remaining. Perhaps a day or perhaps a week, but the time to jump in is short and getting shorter every single day.
Excellent points Wrenchman, and I agree with your reasoning. I am only saying that for the skeptics out there, the thought of a sub-penny stock running to $5.00 immediately might seem a little scary. Believe it or not, some people are actually fearful of that type of thing. UNVC could easily run to .50 in short order IMO. However, I personally still like the continuous release of news every week or even twice a week for weeks on end --- beginning with the financials which I believe we will see right away.
Well Mikeyt, I think that settles that debate. Also, just to clear up another misconception. While I do not think the share price will shoot immediately to $5.00 per shares, I must admit nearly anything is possible depending on the type of news. In my opinion, the news will be released in stages or layers, and I suspect the entire group of companies will not come together all at once (one never knows though). I actually like the idea of a slow release of information building to something really big. Perhaps a news release every week or so for months on end. Such a release of news allows those who want to get in, an opportunity to do so, and for those who view Univec with distain to sell and move on. Just my opinion though.
During my interview with Doctor Eric I. Mitchell (Medical Director of AGRiMED and CEO of HCI), I ask why big pharma would be so interested in this cannabis industry when for years they fought so hard against it. Doctor Mitchell responded: Well, one reason is that we have identified some 85 different molecules in Cannabis Sativa L. (up to this point) that all appear to demonstrate some kind of medical merit. Some of these molecules may only appear in very minute amounts. What we seem to be finding is that these molecules do some things on their own, and some things even better when combined with others. So if one considers the commutations and permutations that are all possible, and then further considers that varying the amount of each substance in any particular combination for a medication, then we see scores of patents and perhaps hundreds of possible medications. So why wouldn’t a large pharmaceutical company want to get involved?
Furthermore, research has only just started after years when research was not allowed or not even possible.
Once again I agree Mikeyt, and I hope to be counting those blessing some time soon.
Thank you Killer Whale, and you know there is so much more we have found, and that means so much more that we can say.
The growth of UNVC/AGRiMED/SATIVEO/HCI will likely be huge. As a matter of fact, the growth of the marijuana industry could be larger and faster than the dot-com era (for those too young to remember, that was an insane time to be in the market). Sales are currently projected to top 20.2 billion by 2021. What is remarkable is that the industry is still in its infancy and has a forecast with numbers this large is what is truly staggering. Thus, the cannabis industry appears set to blow the dot.com era away. Millionaires were minting at an unbelievable rate back then, and this era (the cannabis era) seems likely to blow right past it. Actually, more money will likely be made at the individual level with the cannabis industry then with any other, because so many opportunities right now are at the ground level. Not that the big dogs won’t be in the fight. The big boys most certainly will. However, their moves ranging from buy-outs, to mergers, to joint ventures, and all will likely just add fuel to the fire.
Add in marketing. It appears right now that the Univec cannabis transdermal patch will be sold and marketed by big pharma --- so just think about that opportunity. More people will be able to use and try this product in more places all over the world than at any time before. What I see is that UNVC/AGRiMED/SATIVEO/HCI in whatever form they take is likely only just getting started. Doctor Eric I. Mitchell said they intend to have a world-wide impact. I suspect we are already seeing that they truly are.
You are welcome Mikeyt. And, another to quickly follow.
$UNVC is about to launch into uncharted territory. Can you even imagine a tiny non-reporting company trading at just .0029 per share is about to take the entire world by storm? Sound too good to possibly be true? Well, just wait and see. This tiny little gem is about to reveal a cannabis transdermal patch that will be used to treat ailments such as opioid addiction, Parkinson disease, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, and even cancer. If you think such a remarkable product is just not possible, then perhaps you just might believe it if you were told Merck and Pfizer would be selling their product for them. That is right, two of the largest big pharma companies in the entire world are pounding on $UNVC doors and are eager to sell their patch for them. Yet, that is not all. We just learned that insurance will cover this patch and that it will be offered free to opioid addicts --- can you say government contracts? Who else could offer the product for free to the addicted? This is a low float gem. The CEO said he owns around 200 million of the only 1.2 billion authorized and he said he has not sold a single share. Not only that, but the CEO (Doctor David Dalton) partnered with a company called AGRiMED to develop this patch, and it is likely the founders and managers of that company were given hundreds of millions of shares as well. This means the float is locked or darn close to it. Check it out folks. A life changer and record breaker is coming to life right before our very eyes. Millionaires may very well be minted, and some of them you may already know. It would truly be a shame to see some left behind and regretting their decisions for ever more.
Kgem
Mikeyt, you missed one small point. Doctor Dalton and Doctor Mitchell are both big time into tele-health and video-health. So corner pot shops may not even be utilized. Selling on line is more profitable and reaches a greater audience. I agree with all your other points, and suspect the patch will be sold and distributed by big pharma. Could other products yet to be announced be sold by big pharma too? We shall certainly see.
Good point Killer Whale, and Dalton did say we would be getting the financial soon.
Ever hear of HEMP water? Hemp’s version of Vitamin Water is packed with vitamins B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C and Omega 3. It contains all of the essential amino-acids which help support muscle growth and is low in saturated fats. Using only organic ingredients, Hemp water has antioxidant properties, fatty acids, and is completely gluten-free!
HCI and SATIVEO have HEMP, and HCI starting harvesting on Thursday of last week.
Hemp has so many uses. Ever hear of Hemp Coffee? Hemp coffee beans are made from ground coffee beans + lightly roasted hemp seeds. The blend of toasted hemp seeds with roasted coffee beans offers a nutty tasting coffee with a little something extra not found in any other coffees the world over --- considerably less caffeine and countless vitamins and minerals. Also, the resulting blend calms one’s nerves and brightens one’s day. Great Combo.
HCI and SATIVEO have HEMP and HCI started harvesting on Thursday of last week.
UNVC/AGRiMED/SATIVEO/HCI and so much more are all about to shock us all, and you can bank on that. IMO of course.
