Ya, C'mon Spring !!! lol
$EPGL+
Stands for interplanetary. In MEMS world it means between atoms (like planets), ya know?
$EPGL
It's a place.
$EPGL
I think we are another order smaller than the mems sensors used in phones, etc today. That stuff won,t fit in a lense.
$epgl
Problem is, all the contact lens mfg's know is contact lense technology, which is completely unrelated to MEMS. That's why they've stalled and you hear nothing of their progress in regards to smart lense becoming a product. MEMS pioneers like Dr. Markus are few.
$EPGL
Read #0008 in the description.
Probably wouldn't be itemized if it's accounted for under the R&D budget.
IMO
$EPGL
Ya, maybe he should get a franchise or something. Maybe sell girl scout cookies, get some product out there.
Derp
Maybe we will have just 1 big T-trade trade after hours to account for the mm,s and their cronies hiding the action to screw us all.
$epgl
haha, he would be a Saint if left unprovoked like anyone else.
$EPGL
I was being sarcastic, but thanks for the sensible response.
W
So you are saying it's been 3-5 years already for the others and they haven't accomplished anything. Where's the product from them? Google scam, sensimed scam, triggerfish scam, cooper scam, epgl scam, all scam.
Derp
Are we sitting on that damn gap?
$EPGL
Should have said "10 years away." They are speaking of the same liquid lens material some place in Australia just had an article on. Gee, now UW- Madison invented an identical material? Grant money whores, like I said.
The Aussie article was posted here too. Look at the similarities.
$EPGL
UW-Madison is a whore for grant money. They've cut and pasted an article together to get attention, that's all.

" Mr. Hayes, along with Pricewaterhouse Coopers agreed to restructure
the Company together in May 2012. With the amicable cooperation of Company
management at the time, the parties executed a Definitive Restructuring Agreement and
plan in June 2012. This plan was presented to shareholders for a Special Meeting and
vote to approve a 10:1 reverse split so the Company could be successfully reorganized
into a medical device manufacturer, while hopefully providing a way for long-time
shareholders of both the Company and NIR to potentially benefit and recoup some or
more of their previous losses. Mr. Hayes agreed to contribute the assets of his
privately held medical device company and Pricewaterhouse Coopers agreed to
convert 100% of the Company's debt to NIR Funds, to equity in the newly restructured
company. "

All the shares were outstanding before the restructure, there was nothing to liquidate. PwC created the shares they control via the restructure. They should have thrown the whole file in the dumpster, but agreed to the restructure. They are just as involved as Hayes at this point, because they helped and agreed to create the shares.
$EPGL
Wouldn't PwC be party to fraud then? Why have you not reported them?
$EPGL
So, who's who here?
:)
I know where there's another big gap.
$EPGL
COO killin' it after hours.
$EPGL
Wowee!
better
$EPGL
Well, 6 out of hundreds...so much for business 101. Proves it's a waste.
$EPGL
Do tier 1 suppliers set up booths at auto shows to hawk their new technology? No, the auto makers do that.
Why? They don't sell to the public. The public does not understand MEMS, it would be a waste of $$$.
Pretty easy to see, imo.
$EPGL
Does not look very flexible, must've broken it, hasn't been seen since.
$EPGL
Boeing sold a lot of 787's when it was still on paper. Had to raise the capital to make it happen $50B+ US. 1st one didn't fly until 1 1/2 years after the deadline passed. Now it's a huge success.
$EPGL
Yes yes, very similar to Tesla's Tower! We will be beaming electricity from our eyes! hahahahahahaha!
$EPGL
Those aren't test probe pads! Those are mini fusion reactors, jeez!
$EPGL
Wrong again, they didn't buy anything, it's free. Smart move.
Mobirise v2.9 Mobirise
Look it up
Eyes be looking for Q2 fins.

I have searched and not found, or even anything similar to, the picture of the contact lens shown on the website. It does not appear to come from a generic pic. Therefor, it must have originated from the blackroom in back of the SSG module. That's "Super Secret Garage" for those in the know, ya know?
$EPGL
You'd best take EPGLMED as current, as stated. The other sites that list doctors are never kept up to date, as the profiles are originated by the website itself and not the person being listed. Do the other sites state anything to do with being current? Thought so.
$EPGL
I have not seen that picture of the contact lens before (not in Google images). Wondering if that's the one they prototyped with COO, as they say.

Definitely a new high in 3rd party verification.
$EPGL
Nice!
$EPGL
500k+ was previously bought at that price. Someone likes it!
Now go look at my face.
$EPGL
If you think it's MH buying shares, then you should be too.
DF
If you bothered to read, the article says the researchers deposited a conductive polymer on a contact lense and says it could lead to a circuit one day. oooooohh, I'll get exited when they can show a prototype with a circuit that works instead of a blob of shit that is conductive.
