Like the Level II $2.00 offer for 500 shares from AUTO.
Haven't seen that kind of enthusiasm for quite some time.
853M shares = $4,350,300 valuation, do I need to say anything else?
Inside/Outside.
I think these mean:
Inside transactions are transactions that are happening inside Scottrade (i.e. intra-company)
Outside transactions are transactions that are trading to other
firms/market makers.
Kind of makes sense with the buying freeze.
$234,191 dollar volume today...
I use www.thinkorswim.com (TD Ameritrade bought them). But you can still trade SDVI.
The software is the best I've ever seen, especially for option trading (of course no options for SDVI yet).
They are a little more expensive, but they have an iPhone app that allows trades and real-time lookups too.
Best part is L2 is free with the account.
Wow, now they've boxed it at .0061 bid .0062 ask.
They are really holding this thing back.
Short Squeeze for sure. MM's panic when it takes
off like this. The spread is huge and a sure sign
they are trying to force a panic.
All IMO of course.
Level 2 $29.99 a month from iHub. Definitely worth the cost
should be 5,150,000 :)
Nice, dfw. Thanks for the .0044
I've seen traders put up messages before, usually
more FU's then good things.
Some even put in phone #'s. Amazing what you can do
That was approx. $28.00 to do that.
21.63 stock + $7.50 execution cost?
LOL, should have read his messages first.
.0042 hit with 5150 shares. You think that was DFW5150 sending a message?
Looks to be a short squeeze in my opinion, albeit a very slow one, but nevertheless still a short squeeze.
It maybe hard to buy shares as it looks as though the MM's short are trying to cover and not having much luck.
I predict .0037 for the close. LOL
They had to drag their feet. They are severely short SDVI, IMO.
MTV Exposure, sort of, maybe?
http://wfpf.com/
They have a banner there and the WFPF (World Freerunning and Parkour Federation) will be featured on MTV tonight.
You are amazing....
I must say that whatever technical analysis you have is very good with this stock.
IMO,
Because Scottrade is short shares, a victim of another
broker not delivering shares. "Failed to Deliver" shares.
If they shut down the sell side of things, they would continue to be short and if the company did something (like a dividend or the price shoots up too far), they lose even more money.
Scottrade did indicate that it was a DTCC problem, so it makes sense.
They didn't shut it down because the company has issues.
From the dendreon story in chapter 15 which is all about naked shorting. http://www.deepcapture.com/michael-milken-60000-deaths-and-the-story-of-dendreon-chapter-15-of-15/
"so too can we understand why the financial criminals have learned to focus on small, early-stage public companies"
IMO, it's simple really....
Naked short selling. 260 million shares traded in 7 days in August.
Every time news comes out they can sell you phantom shares.
Here is a good article that shows a similar companies "Nake Short selling" and probably what is happening to SDVI.
It's about Dendreon, but the similarities about manipulation are amazing.
http://www.deepcapture.com/michael-milken-60000-deaths-and-the-story-of-dendreon/
Worse move is the 75 second drop of almost 60% for them
The only way to combat this is with a buy back and lot's of good news and retail buying.
Or more shorting.
August 6th-August 14th
259,182,565 shares traded in 7 trading days.
Would love to get "Failure to deliver" from August 3rd-August 11th.
Strong bet there is a huge failure to deliver.
It definitely is 3 days.
http://sec.gov/investor/pubs/tplus3.htm
Yes Sorry, the 60-70 million days were in August. Don't have the failures to deliver for that month yet. My research was for April here:
From http://failurestodeliver.com/datadump.aspx
Here is the failures for April that are significant:
20090401 82668Y106 SDVI 12873740 SIGNATURE DEVICES, INC 1
20090402 82668Y106 SDVI 14888740 SIGNATURE DEVICES, INC 1
From http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=sdvi#getCharts
And 3 Days before (allowing 3 day clearing)
Friday, Mar 27, 2009 0.002 0.0023 0.002 0.0021 19,029,790
Thursday, Mar 26, 2009 0.003 0.003 0.0022 0.0022 13,047,044
Sort of paints a Naked shorting picture in April doesn't it? Can't wait for the data from August.
I think it is "Out of Sequence" trades.
The condition column indicates trades that do not coincide with current trading activity and the condition type is shown to explain why. For example, an “out of sequence” trade may come in that indicates a price higher or lower than the stock is actually trading at. Because this trade is “out of sequence,” the point at which this trade was actually placed is unknown so it is removed from charted data, but will still appear in the Time & Sales window and be flagged as “out of sequence."
Never seen them before on this stock. Could be an attempt at a shakeout by showing low trades. MM trick perhaps? Desperation on a massive short? Maybe I'm just a conspiracy nut?
I'm not an expert, but I think it is 3 days for common folk.
For MM, they can do all sorts of tricks to cover. Borrow from other MM's. Pitch it back and forth between accounts, etc.
Yes, it's supposed to be illegal, but I'm sure they do it anyway.
Someone recently posted links to a "Failure to deliver" website. It was very interesting, that back in April, on the 40-70 million share days, there were a ton of "Failure to Delivers"
See this article about link between this and Naked shorting:
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601109&sid=aB1jlqmFOTCA
The SEC is trying to solve it but is a weak attempt IMHO.
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124871727822084391.html
The newest evidence that it was going on was the Scottrade restrictions, as they indicated it was because the DTC (Depository Trust Company) wasn't delivering shares. (Speculating) The DTC probably put a chill on the stock, because one of their market makers couldn't deliver (probably Knight)
For how bad this can hurt companies:
http://www.overstock.com/naked-short-selling.html
One of my favorite articles, which would be nice if it does work out:
http://finance.yahoo.com/banking-budgeting/article/106872/Short-Sellers-Squeezed-All-Around;_ylt=AlUCoNZ8F17w1KWHdl9699u7YWsA?sec=topStories&pos=9&asset=TBD&ccode=TBD
IMHO, short covering from the failure to delivers to Scottrade.
Only a hypothesis....
Maybe short covering? Any other opinions?
Seems very odd. Never seen anything like that before.
Anything significant happen 3 days ago (that would make a short cover?)
Just dumbfounded right now.
Wow. 2 days and around 27 million shares in April.
20090401 82668Y106 SDVI 12873740 SIGNATURE DEVICES, INC 1
20090402 82668Y106 SDVI 14888740 SIGNATURE DEVICES, INC 1
This is a great idea. In fact it would cause them great
pain if they are truly short.
I've seen it in the past. You can always take out your stock in certificate form or transfer to another broker works too.
They cannot deny you from getting a certificate for your stock, as far as I am aware.
Interesting how either the market makers are trying to shake out shares, but making a $1.00 (1,000 shares) followed by a 110,000 share trade for $110.00 trade at .001 or someone is trying to pick up shares at .001.
My guess is that the market maker is trying to fill Scottrades buys that they did a few days ago at .0012 and trying to get shares at .001 to clear the transactions.
Any other opinions?
IMO, This coupled with Scottrade but/sell holds is that NITE oversold the shares and can't cover to Scottrade.
A friend called Scottrade and indicated the holds were because the stock had been oversold.
I can only hope this is truly the case and a short squeeze is coming.
It looks like you were wrong about the T-Trades, seems that there were none on Friday.
Prior Quarter is 138,060.36.
That's look good to me too.
6 Buy orders at 30k with 1 sell order at 5k. Why isn't
this moving up?
Over 5,000 stores in the US.
Because people are saying their "official copy" hasn't arrived yet. The same people complaining about crashes. Easy to figure out.
