NNVC discussions could take place there. How about we meet over at the House of Brews on N. Dale Mabry! We could compare notes on the latest nanoviricide efficacy results. Results tath are beyond amazing. The closer you look at the results, the more impressive they look!
Great INSIDER buying also - NNVC President buys more shares once again. Historically that has been a great sign!
NanoViricides Reports Excellent Safety Profile of Its Broad-Spectrum anti-Influenza Drug Candidate
This is fantastic!
And the company president just bought more shares again...great insider buying indications.....
NanoViricides's DengueCide Received Orphan Drug Designation From the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
This compliments the orphan designation receieved from the United States FDA! Oh, and now on the list for a possible the Priority Review Voucher!
These are both something scam fake science companies get all the time ---- NOT!
NNVC’s Norwalk Viricide to help save restaurateurs!

NNVC RISES to Triple Star Overall Ranking !
The latest has NNVC rising with increased institutional interest and occulated savings. Edean has 5star ranking for potential to overtake all previous highs with wide margin. Morgan showing huge interest leading to new options for leveling of non-adverse leveraging.
All others indicating compelling levels of forward positive price action curve slope. Previous negative headwinds now turning positive as fallacies in actions of diminutive sellers become apparent . The result is a more than perceptible increase in shareholder value.
All good news for NNVC. NNVC essentially on track for original 2015 critical dates. As a result, smart money is starting to flow in support. Support levels building and expanding as a result. Level headed investors will not be misdirected on this one.
From the desk of HS, wishing all the best of good buys!
NNVC has many virtues
Nanomedicine in general is the future of many therapies.
From the development of the nanomaterials themselves to the molecular level the biological and medical research communities are rapidly expanding their properties for many therapeutic applications.
NNVC is working only only one small aspect. While similar but not quite the same as a drug delivery vehicles they have established a working protocol to have a programmable method of targeting and destroying nearly any type of virus.
NNVC is delivering valuable research and operationally effective nano engineering tools to produce clinically effective anti-viral therapeutics. They are on the forefront of a revolutionization of medicine and the medical field. The nanomedicine industry is expected to have a significant impact on the economy.
NNVC’s work is so good that it is now a candidate for a Priority Review Voucher.
In the not too distant future, it just might be an NNVC nanoviricide that saves your life or the life of a loved one.
Read, study, think; it behooves us all to try that once in a while.
Your statement is untrue
NNVC science and approach efficacy has been independently confirmed by well known researchers in the medical field.
Furthermore, while dilution has been had, and is quite normal, it has not been nearly as bad as other companies and nothing at all like the various penny stock dilution scams that have plaqued the market. NNVC has actually utlized fundings received through stock offerings quite well for a biotech development stage company. Company insiders have also contributed many personal funds to the endevour as well.
The above is not, nor is it intended as a personal attack in any manner or form. It is merely a statement of truth surrounding the company in question, NNVC.
INDIRECT CONFIRMATION NNVC is VIABLE and has upward potential!
In the last 6 months, Goldman Sacks, Colony Group, Bank of America, VANGUARD - considered one of the best conservative investment groups, Deutche Bank AG - Considered one of the best investment groups in Europe, and the great Bank of NY Mellon, all established or increased holdings in NNVC!
NNVC you have the good guys, the smart money, doing their own truly un-biased due dilgence and saying with their money, YES I want a part of the NNVC story and see it as a valuable investment!
Great Job NNVC!
CORRECT! - In the last 6 months, Goldman Sacks, Colony Group, Bank of America, VANGUARD - considered one of the best conservative investment groups, Deutche Bank AG - Considered one of the best investment groups in Europe, and the great Bank of NY Mellon, all established or increased holdings in NNVC!
Now that is far more impressive than some internet fly that hides under a psuedoname of pump terminator! Far more impressive by far and away by far!
NNVC you have the good guys, the smart money, doing their due dilgence and saying, yes I want a part of the NNVC story and see it as a valuable investment! Great Job NNVC!
I agree, nore... has time and time again demonstrated good timing. Probably the only one, or one of few, that are looking though lenses that are mostly clear and non-colored. I have always appreciated his candor.
Maybe a function could be made to incorporate the sentiment of a few as a modifier to a technical analysis that has a news based feed forward signal.
Yaba daba do me. It just might work!
Well, as the say, when the going gets tough, the tough go drinking.........so cu later. HS ... _._
And not an MBS who knows how to run a company into the ground properly ------- I love it. While I agree, I have found doctors to be quite poor business men. One of the problems with the healtcare industry. Medical and research minds straying too far out of their true expertise.
I agree mostly because I have found that most of the few MBA types that have done well have had the luck to have more luck than average.
NNVC is one of the most interesting companies on the market exchange, by far!
We also know how obvious it is when purely negative opinions show up. If they did not have an ulterior motive, they would not bother to be here in the first place.
NNVC and their PVD that will save the world. PVD, not Peter Victor Danckwertz, but PVD the Programmable Virus Destroyer!
CPV
I remember when AIDS first hit the scene. It was in the mid 70s. Reports of a viral transmitted cancer was coming out of California. It was a common skin cancer that the typical body immune system easily handles. Later it was isolated as the HIV virus attacking the immune system.
Now we have CPV (California Paralysis Virus).
I hope the Docs can speed this up a little. The world needs a programmable viricide like NNVC has. Again, my biggest concern is that not enough effort is being made to bring this to a use point in a shorter time period. I know drug development has its 20 year norms, but that is also a rather stupid part of our society. If we can find people who are willing to take a one way trip to Mars and the laws dont stop it, then why cant individuals be allowed to take a therapy not yet produced for the mass public. Regardless, I still suspect we could be moving forward at least 20% faster than we are. If planned well, I am OK with further dilution to achieve a product end a little sooner than later.
Wishing all the best of good buys.

Bravo!
Thanks for the idea and info.
I still need to review the recent paper you posted.
Thanks for you honest efforts to help make this a well informed board.

Independent Confirmation NNVC Science has Merit
The simple fact that Dr. Eva Harris is on board for another round of investigations is an excellent independent confirmation that NNVC’s nanoviricides have real therapeutic potential. Understand fully that if this brilliant doctor/researcher did not think it was worth it after her previous investigative work, she would not give it one second of her the time. Not one second! She would not only have better things to do with her time, but the intelligence, scientific training and drive to do it with.
She is very well renowned. Her papers and studies into the pathogenesis and epidemiology of infectious diseases have been of benefit to the medical community for years. Her work with the dengue fever virus is probably second to none. She is extremely dedicated to advancing technology, bringing it to the developing world and building on the science of infectious disease medicine and therapeutics.
Having her at the table, after having performed her studies and due diligence of the technology, where subsequent testing proved the efficacy of nanoviricides against the Denque fever virus in lethal animal models specially designed to yield highly controlled and applicable studies and data, is a strong independent confirmation that NNVC science has validity and high potential.
Anyone who even remotely suggests NNVC science is a hoax or scam of some sort is being highly disingenuous.
Not personally. But I have known of her prior to knowing about NNVC. I have been long on NNVC for many years. I would have to go back and look when I made my first purchase, but it was before that when I knew of her. when I saw her name associated with investigations into the efficacy of the nanoviricides, I bought more shares.
Infectious disease control is a very big issue in hospitals and the world. Unforntuately bacterial bases issues are coming back with a vengence due to the misuse of antibiotics. Viral issues have always been a problem with the most effective methods being cleanliness and immunization based approaches. Tamiflu was a baby start. NNVC appears to have the potential to be a warp drive leap forward.
God bless the Dr.'s at NNVC for at least trying! The world needs more like them and her. Many dont understand the lives they also give up to pursue such endeavours with vigor and integrity.
My confidence in the science and in my belief that NNVC is not trying to scam anyone was significantly enhanced when Dr. Eva Harris was brought into the scene.
I have been interested in infectious diseases prior to hearing about NNVC. I was amazed by the efficacy with rabies testing in Vietnam. Anyone who really understands the meaning of that should be looking at NNVC very seriously.
While not personally in the medical field from a professional standpoint, I know and have close contacts with those that are. I am also learned enough in the sciences to understand mechanisms and concepts related to my interests.
I know for a fact that Dr. Harris is very well renowned. Her papers and studies into the pathogenesis and epidemiology of infectious diseases have been of benefit to the medical community for years. Her work with the dengue fever virus is probably second to none. If she, using a non scientific descriptor, poo pooed, the NNVC approach after studying it, I would have swung my doubts the other way. Yet the opposite occurred and her honest interest in transferring advanced technology to the developing world and building on the science is from practical purposes unmatched.
From a bio/pharmaceutical engineering standpoint I am intrigued by NNVCs ability to impart specific ligands to billions of nano particles. I would like very much to review the science with them directly if I could. Scale up could be an issue for them. That might be one of the areas more funding and focused approach could help. Just postulating though.
I am ultra happy that Dr. Harris is on board for another round of investigations. Believe me in totality, if she did not think it was worth it, she would not give it the time. She not only has better things to do with her time, but the brains and drive to do it with.
Wishing all the best of good buys.

That is OK not the be a blind Cheerleader.
What is wrong is when some are blatently negative with misinformation, especially in ways that suggest manipulative motives or bullying.
The company has a novel approach to antivirals. There is nothing wrong with honest discussion of issues the someone might perceive. I would like to have a discussion with some of the principals or see some more of the details of tox indiction so far. For example, in what detail has the pathology of the organs of animal testing so far been examined.
Following science and technology issues for the greater part of my life, and having been able to recognize falshoods and scams, I have found NNVC to seem quite ligitimate and of sound science so far. I find the reported efficacy of testing so far to be extremely positive. My comment about an infusion of funds earlier was not writtten well and misunderstood. I am most interested in promoting the development of good science. I find it difficult to write well in this format and lack the time to express myself in the clearest most appropriate manner possible on message boards.
Fortunately this board has been one of the best in terms of knowledge and reasonable behaviour. Some balance investment with the science interest and concern quite well and are thoughtfull with their positive and negative opinions. Recently I got caught up in the frustration when bully type action hits the board. This board has been managed extremely well for many years. I hope we can get back to that.
Wishing all the best of good buys.....

While I respect your and his opinion, I do not necessarily concur.
I certainly dont want to see someone sweep in and steal it from them, but I have seen what money can do in R&D and product development.
A massive influx of funds could bring much faster action and results. If only from parallel path work alone.
I am also not necessarily championing that approach, but I am not sure I could in all honesty fight against it either. Saving lives is most important. Much more important than making money.
My fear is that if big influx of funds came, it would not be for the main purpose of saving lives. It would be solely for the purpose of making more money by any such entity.
Maybe the Gates foundation could make a no strings attached contribution?
It is truly amazing. While I would like to see NNVC and its doctors get the full recognition and values due, I also have a hard time not wanting some real big bucks to enter and advance this to a major level asap. There are people dying all over the worked that nanovircides could probably save. If I for one had rabies symptoms appearing, I would like to be able to demand and injection of rabicide, regardless of the FDA or anyone else's opinions.
Those that seek to dimish NNVC's accomplishments for personal gain should be ashamed of themselves.
Efficacy!
Just one example!
Rabies is an incurable, universally fatal disease after symptoms appear.
RabiCide studies in Vietnam showed a 30% survival rate for treated animals (prodromal), even under a very severe experimental design which injected a 1000 times lethal viral dosage directly into the brains of the test animals (1000LD50).
From releases: 'In preclinical studies where mice with treated lethal doses of the influenza virus to simulate severe flu, co-treatment with FluCide resulted in such mice living for 529 hrs (22 days) versus Tamiflu treated or control mice that lived for 193 hrs and 125 hrs, respectively. In the same study when viral load was measured in the lung, FluCide and Tamiflu treated mice demonstrated a 1000-fold and 2-fold reduction in viral load, respectively (versus controls). Cytokine production, which marks onset of flu-symptoms, was also significantly reduced in FluCide treated mice.
Clearly FluCide is superior to Tamiflu in these models. NNVC and its third party testing sites have dosed ~3000 animals with
different formulations and concentrations of their nanoviricides against a host of different viruses (flu, HIV, dengue, adenovirus of the eye, herpes of the skin and genitals, Ebola) and always found it to be safe, free from any side-effects, with no
dose limiting toxicities (DLT). Such results will need to be reproducible in human clinical trials.
Flucide efficacy to date looks to be extraordinarily high.
Think of the lives that can be save and the pandemics that can be averted.
NNVC's cash burn rate has actually been quite low considering how far they have got regarding their technology on theri own. The just might have a Nobel prize in the not too distant future.
Efficacy without adverse toxicity is all that matters!
NNVC is demonstrating both. Toxicities appear either extremely low or non- existent to date. Specifically oriented targeted toxicity studies to begin this year. NNVC is on the rise and humanity will benefit from their good hard work.
Study NNVC nanovircide candidate results!
Rabicide actually saved life in significant percentages after animals became post sypmtomatic. Truly amazing.... NO beyond truly amazing.
Those who dont understand the importance of that as missing the boat here.
Oh BTW the FDA and PHE impressed enough to grant orphan drug designations.
Go NNVC!
Just one example of effectiveness:
From released information concerning Dr. Harris's study and NNVC's decision to expand efforts:
'Dr. Harris is one of the world’s leading experts in dengue. This contract renewal will allow the Company to continue its drug development program for the treatment of dengue.
There is currently neither an effective drug treatment nor a vaccine for dengue virus infection. The FDA has recently awarded orphan drug status to DengueCide and the Company is pursuing similar status with the European Medicines Agency (EMA). The orphan designation enables the Company to undertake rapid drug development following its influenza drug candidates.
“Our relationship with Dr. Harris and her colleagues is critically important to our development program for DengueCide,” said Eugene Seymour, MD, MPH, CEO of NanoViricides. Dr. Harris has an excellent mouse model of dengue virus infection and disease that the Company used previously to evaluate its anti-dengue agents. In those studies, the nanoviricides® have shown high effectiveness. In Prof. Harris’ model of dengue vascular leak, dengue virus infection of the laboratory mouse strain, AG129, is 100% fatal when the mice are untreated. In contrast, in the same study, animals treated with one of NanoViricides' anti-dengue agents achieved an unprecedented 50% survival rate.
Dengue is receiving significant international attention, as it threatens over 40% of the world population, according to the WHO. Dengue cases with significant fatality rates have started rising in tropical countries this year already, as demonstrated by reports from India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, and Colombia, among others. Dengue is endemic in Asia, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and many countries in South America. Dengue virus infections have occurred in the southern US states, including a recent outbreak in Key West and Miami. Travel leads to sporadic cases of dengue in the US.
Dengue virus, a member of the Flaviviridae family of viruses that includes West Nile and Hepatitis C viruses, is transmitted to humans via female Aedes mosquitoes. There are 4 different serotypes of dengue virus that infect humans. When a person is infected with dengue virus for the first time, the disease may not be severe, inducing fever, muscle and joint pain, and rash. When the same person is later infected by a different dengue virus serotype, a more severe disease may develop (Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever/Dengue Shock Syndrome (DHF/DSS)). This DHF/DSS may be caused by antibodies and/or cross-reactive T cells produced during the first infection. According to the WHO, fatality rates of DHF/DSS can exceed 20%.'
The return of the SCR market will help produce more environmental orders in the future.
Nuclear advancements continue.
Non-US needs are also massive.
B&W has its work cut out for it, but it is a good company with a lot of talent and potential within it.
HS
WARNING if you invest in NNVC stock, you may potentially make money in the long run. All evidence so far suggest extreme effectiveness with their nanoviricide candidates coupled with no indication of toxicity problems to date.
Please read all data and associated actual reports on company product testing to date and make your own decision.
Oh it will be over!
Effecively and methaphorically, the analogy is quite good. Nanoviricides are indeeed a game changer. Even if they were only to work in animals. Which I guess us hubris hummans are not within that group of life forms, it would be wonderous. e.g. - Kill bird flu before it gets to be such an epedimical loading point. Stop or mitigate them that way if nothing else for crying out loud!
It has not been that long since NNVC has been on the NY market exchange. The science will be securitized by more who have serious interest in it. All indications to date is that the science has a great position of strength to endure such.
And yes, if that means it is too good to be true, well, maybe this time it is not. It is likely too good and too true. I guess let the parasitic ‘swing traders’ do their thing. Let them post manipulative statements and play their game. Long term this is the most interesting company I have seen in 40 years of investing. It really does have a potential wild card in its technology. It may take newcomers a while to digest it all, but the truth of nanoviricide efficacy will prevail.
In the true long run though, none of us make it out alive, so yes, it will eventually be over!
Have a great day!
HS
BULLSHIT
Maybe that is how it is done! I apologize for previous posts that might not have used the exact correct word. Regarding NNVC validation:
I have yet go see anything but positive results in data reported to the effectiveness of NNVC's viricide platform.
In my opinion, all looks good from a pure scientific standpoint.
HS
Agreed, but furthermore a virus must replicate to mutate. Without the replication process, mutation is mute (pun intended). NNVC technology prevents replication. It is extremely novel and most of all is how wonderful it is that it appears to work extremely well in animal biologics which humans are a part of.
Agreed. Excellent suggestion to the company.
It is best to stay out in front of erroneous material.
When I review the issues, I would agree.
Whenever I review the lethal animal model effectiveness data for their nanoviricide candidates, I am quite frankly totally amazed. I am no where near perfect at what I do and in my analyses, but I also have over 40 years of experience understanding what good data looks like, which gives me a lot oc confidence in this company.
Warning to NNVC investors - the post this is in reply to contains erroneous information concerning the company and should not be relied upon and being accurate with proper intent.
Patents are quite costly to apply for, obtain and maintain. However, if NNVC sees a possible application elsewhere that is not yet covered, it could very well be in their interest to apply for a new patent or an extension to one in kind.
The next 2 years are going to be very interesting.
There are also lots of viruses that destroy crops. However, the biological systems are radically different creating whole new problem for the suspension media and the contacting kinetics. NNVC certain does not have the funds or expertise to investigate that. Yet, patenting a critical use component is still not a bad idea.
HS
Thanks for the link. I sent Barrons an email, to Mr Kimelamn's attention
It was basically as follows:
Dear M. Kimelman,
I found your article on Seeking Alpha interesting and timely.
I am a very small investor. As part of my rather minuscule portfolio, I own a small amount of NanoViricides Inc. (NNVC). I have felt personally damaged by Seeking Alpha’s facilitation of anf the platform they gave to an anonymous writer under the pseudonym of the Pump Terminator.
NNVC is not absolutely perfect in their operations. I know of no company that is. All companies undergo growing pains and new cercumstances that might otherwise have altered their approaches. However, I have followed them for years and believe them to be quite genuine, with good goals in mind and often much more respect for their shareholders than many other companies I have investigated in 40 years of investing.
The recent Seeking Alpha article on NNVC being a house of cards strongly accuses them of wrongdoing and the scamming of investors. It was a hit piece pure and simple. I strongly suspect a crime has been committed and that Seeking Alpha is culpable in addition to the nameless author. This resulted in a significant share price drop and fuels deleterious misinformation about the company and its technology.
The sad aspect is that I believe that NNVC has a remarkable gift to humankind. I have studied science and technology for over 40 years as well. I have designed complex systems and executed million dollar R&D projects. While not in the medical field, I have ties and interest there as well. The Street recently had a short advisor that NNVC could be a stock to watch to triple or more. Making money, however, was not my entire reason for investing in it. The effectiveness of their approach to destroy a viral attack on a biological system is utterly amazing. Notable researchers in medicine, such as Dr. Eva Harris, and others have been quite impressed. Data from lethal animal models shows phenomenal efficacy. Their approach could be 1000x more effective that currently available anti-viral medications. Toxicity appears low to non-existent (properly performed TOX studies are still needed to confirm). The additional amazing aspect is that they can quickly tailor the product to destroy nearly any identifiable virus.
Damaging the ability of this company to pursue its discoveries and potential products is an assault not only on its principals and its stakeholders, but on humanity itself.
I hope they pay for it. I have my doubts that justice will pervail. It seldomly does in our society regardless of how one might feel about our country's found principles. But in this case I hope it does and they pay with every last possible cent and value they might have and that the terminator is terminated with a jail sentence to boot!
Agreed! Seeking Alpha willingling and irrsponsibly provides a conduit and platform for thses types of actions.
I wish I had the legal expertise to offer my time to NNVC. I would love to pursue such irrsponsibility and potentially illegal actions (I would not put it past those at seeking alpha shorting or buying stocks prior to releasing such trash).
I want pump terminators name and address also. I should also be able to sue him/her directly.
Don't kid yourself, all money is real.
The best way to make ourselves wealthy is to keep our needs few.
HS
I am not sure who I am dealing with, but if you truly look and understand how far they got on what money they have spent and how well they have mitigated dilution over the years, compared to a lot of other entities, you would be able to tell their is very little greed going on on their part.
I expected dilution to the worse over the years. I think they are doing fine. But they, like all companies, they dont need underhanded bull that SA faciltitates for annomyous short sellers and the bogus investigation yak that follows.
