Reg A Freedom motor filed
Zack Rabin: ( Product Manager) “The Reg A has been filed as of April. We are waiting to hear back from the SEC for approval. This approval can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks.”
Great things are on the way!

ALIFE wants FM motors, what I wanted you to see was the image of a Freedom motor on ALIFE FB page.
The CEO has a plan for his scooter production if you have not seen it here is the link
http://alife-air.com/our-media/interview-w-singapore-business-review/
he wanted to build a service center first, then get scooter production going
He claims he has buyers interested in his scooters, here is that link

AND yes you are right, this is not set in stone, lots could happen that would make this not happen, BUT if it was a sure thing, MLER would be at $15 as share. Risk reward in full effect here. buy a mil shares and you maybe 15 million richer, or Dr. Moller gets hit by a car and every thing changes
RW
ALIFE wants those motors, here is a link from the ALIFE page

See the triangle shape? have you seen it before? Look around this page and see if you see that shape again (more then once)

Freedom motors needs to sell stock, to raise the capital to set up mass perdition. coming together (just not as fast as we want BUT I can’t buy any more stock until Oct SO... I am kind of happy the price has not shot up,
RW
Freedom motors sales will provide the funds needed to get the Moller product line in the air, AlIFE wants those motors
Key part in this interview “A motorbike with an alternative style of engine that will reduce fuel consumption and give the consumer more drive and power. This is very critical for us.”

RW
In a NUT shell, this sums it up. Ok I got ya, he is just a nut Dr. BUT “The proof in in the pudding”. If he had been working on this since the 60s and had nothing to show for it i can (and would) have the same opion, BUT he has deigned and developed all the parts of two flying crafts saucer (Neuera) AND the Slycar. Redesigned the Wankel motor, designed an Aerobot, and funded much of it by selling a muffed he designed, as a spin off tec from the skycap
You call this smoke and mirrors, No, those are accomplished AND without the backing of a lockheed or Boeing, He flew (YES FLEW) the crafts on his on. They were on safety tethers but those tethers did not support he craft.
NOW you say he is a “NUT”... I say, we could use a lot more of that kind of crazy in this world. He did it and with the rest of the funding needed he will finish them.
The weight of evince is on his side and you are the one who ether needs to amend your opine, or be labeled as just one more bitter nay sayer who like many before were busy telling an inventor it could not be done, as said inverter stepped into the history books
This was not meant to offend, but you really need to look at what he has accomplished on his own, imagine what could have been accomplished if had the backing and shop of a large aerospace player
RW
I am not going to argue with you, you down play positives dismissive the evidence as "smoke and mirrors" with a wave of your hand them demand a sure thing with sales. Well when they do put the first FM in a bike MLER will not longer be a penny stock. Want a sure thing? Go buy apple stock
Oh and for the "Runny- nosed kids" they surly did not buy land in one of the MOST expensive markets in the world and use baby sitting money to build the complex BUT even if they did go tell Mark Zuckerberg what collage kids "Can't" do
Again sounds like you got caught short and want to talk down the stock
RW
Not sure how you can say that the service center is NOT smoke, Mr, Nair is not a mirror image, He signed letters of intent to buy motors, how do you discount such things unless you just want the price lower so you can get out of a short position
RW
LOTS MORE INFO HERE https://www.facebook.com/groups/31444130440/
RW
you will have to do a little digging, Funding is coming from ALIFE who wants FM motors for its scooters. ALIFE’ plan was to build a service center, THEN build bikes. The service center was completed last year and they plan on having bikes for sale buy Christmas. The service center opened late and production of the bikes can be late. lots to get lined up. BUT the funding is coming from ALIFE. Mr. Nair has an interview on his company page, but here it is
BUT Now we have funding to finish the crafts, AND funding as always been an issue (flying car indeed!!)
RW
So this guy wants FM, for his scooters has build a service center in the middle of Singapor, but nothing has changed OK keep looking back, kind of still a free country you don't have to buy any shares
What you have left out is the linchpin of "funding, that putting together the production center can not be done over night, That ALIFE IS seeking the motors, with the Billionaire owner following his business plan, that the money from that FM sales will fund the two products getting them to market,
You mislead by saying the tether on the Skycar is holing it up while flying, which is CLEARLY not true and can be seen so in the video of it
You need to do some more homework on this stock, since you only know half of most of the story behind it. Don't let the past blind you to what has been accomplished AND how clear the road ahead is.
RW
There is so much wrong with this post it is not even worth trying to respond to, and sounds like bitterness has clouded your judgement. Where a stock is going rather then where it has been,
Here is the link to the company who wants the motors, notice how the logo is even in the image of the Freedom Motor

Looks like that was the end of the "cheap" shares

Re: Update
Moller International has issued or is issuing the following press releases. As noted while they speak directly to our aircraft related technologies, we have put great emphasis on the role the Rotapower engine plays.
Moller International’s licensee is positioned to become a major supplier of engines for the world market.
Moller International’s exclusive engine production licensee, Freedom Motors, has received letters of intent (LOI), conditional orders and firm orders for over 3.5 million Rotapower rotary engines (~ $5 billion). A substantial portion of this demand is for use in motorscooters/motorcycles where a recent market analysis by Global Industry Analysts Inc. indicated that 75 million motorscooters/motorcycles will be produced in 2015 (~ $100 billion). The Rotapower engine (see www.freedom-motors.com) is vibration free with twice the power and one third the weight and size of the engine it is replacing, under contract, for a large motorscooter manufacturer in Singapore. Freedom Motors is in the process of becoming a public company under a Reg A stock offering that is being undertaken to help fund volume production a manufacturing facility to be located in West Sacramento, California. Volume production of Rotapower engines will not only provide Moller International with a substantial revenue source, but through economy of scale make lower cost engines available for its Skycar, Neuera and Aerobot (drones) (see www.moller.com).
Moller International invited to speak at WEIS 2015
Moller International (the Company) has been invited to speak at “The 3rd World Emerging Industries Summit” (WEIS 2015) to be held on April 22nd in Zhengzhou, China. The summit will include top executives from Fortune 500, Forbes 2000, and industry leading companies within the world’s emerging industries along with heads of state and government officials from China and abroad. The presentation on the Skycar and Neuera volantors will be made by the Company’s international marketing director Michael Shanley. The summit theme is “Emerging Industries, the new power to world economic growth.”
Moller International is a public company (MLER) that is scheduling production of its Neuera 200 and Firefly volantors for paramilitary, utilitarian, and recreational use. (See www.moller.com)
Moller International commits to beta production of its Neuera based volantors
Moller International (the Company) has agreed to begin beta production of the Neuera and its Firefly derivative. These unique aircraft, generically referred to as volantors, can take-off and land vertically and are small enough to fit in a single car garage. This decision is in response to the extraordinary interest shown in these particular volantor models for use in paramilitary, utilitarian, and recreational applications. The Neuera configuration has undergone extensive wind tunnel and full scale flight testing (see www.moller.com). Much of the airframe tooling is competed and the recent commitment by the Company’s licensee, Freedom Motors, to begin volume production of the Rotapower rotary engine is critical to this decision. The Rotapower engine is a key component with unique attributes that allow the Neuera and Firefly volantors to operate as personal VTOL aircraft that are safe through redundancy and potentially inexpensive to purchase or lease. Moller International is a public company (MLER) and holds numerous patents on VTOL capable aircraft, and high powered small rotary engines. The Company has delivered numerous unmanned drone versions of its patented technology (aerobots) to various branches of the US government.
Freedom Motors is waiting for a response from the SEC for approval of our Reg A offering. Depending on how busy they are, I was told that approval can take from 2 to 6 weeks. Concurrently, progress towards our EB5 funding for $10 million to initiate volume production of the Rotapower engine appears to be on track. Curtis Poling, our EB5 manager, is leaving for China shortly to finish the approval process which is primarily qualifying the investors as candidates for a green card.

Moller International and Thorntail Aircraft, Inc Agree to License and Demonstration Terms
MI agrees to help develop 6-passenger VTOL aircraft
Davis, May 06, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) --
Moller International ("MI", OTCQB: MLER), in a joint press announcement with Thorntail Aircraft, Inc. ("TAC") of San Diego, CA announced today that they had agreed to terms for the purchase of licenses for specific MI intellectual property ("IP") as it relates to the design, performance and manufacture of a six-passenger vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) capable, high-speed aircraft similar to MI's Skycar M600. Under the terms of this agreement, TAC will pay $2 million to license IP from MI and provide a 5% royalty on the gross selling price of each aircraft produced by Thorntail Aircraft which is based on the M600 IP.
Under the terms of this arrangement, MI has also agreed to a bailment agreement for the M400X to TAC for the Historic First Flight Event and further demonstration flights to be conducted over the course of 18 months, with an optional 18 months. Included in these terms was a provision for TAC to provide funding for the first manned, untethered public flight of the M400X aircraft to demonstrate VTOL capabilities and engine technology licensed from MI.
TAC will be responsible for flight tests leading up to the First Flight Event, as well as for FAA coordination and liaison plus all permitting and coordination. Following completion of the First Flight Event, TAC will also provide funding, build-up, FAA permitting, operation and maintenance for a series of public demonstrations at public events for schools and universities, as well as air shows, state fairs and special events.
MI and TAC will hold a joint telephone conference later this month to discuss the agreement with members of the press and shareholders.
The terms of this agreement do not restrict MI from securing additional equity capital or continuing development work on the Neuera 200, Skycar 200 and Skycar 400 VTOL aircraft. MI stated that a significant portion of the proceeds from the contemplated transactions would be used to complete production plans for its two-passenger Skycar 200.
About Moller International
Moller International was created in 1983 when it was determined that a practical VTOL aircraft (a "volantor") was possible due to the development of a unique rotary engine by Dr. Felix Wankel. In 1985 the Company acquired the entire rotary engine assets of Outboard Marine Corporation (OMC) who had produced a rotary engine to power their snowmobiles and outboards. In 1989 the Company flew its rotary engine-powered Neuera volantor before members of the press. The Company then began the development of a high-speed volantor, which it called the Skycar®. A four-passenger Skycar® volantor was flown in 2001 before the Company's stockholders.
The Company also developed a number of unmanned aircraft utilizing its rotary engine and flight control system (FCS). These aircraft (called Aerobots®) were developed under contracts with NASA, NOSC, DARPA, NRL, Harry Diamond Labs, Hughes Aircraft Company, California Department of Transportation and the US Army, Navy and Air Force.
Products in development include the Skycar® 400, Neuera 200 and newly designed two-passenger models of the Skycar® 200 series.

Flight Status of the M400 Skycar - Update
In November 2013, Moller International executed a crowdfunding program via Indiegogo.com. The objective was to raise capital for a tether free demonstration flight of our M400 Skycar. This flight will be in front of the international press. Costs for preparations and the demonstration flight were estimated at $2 million. More than one half of the requirement was pledged by sponsors, so the crowdfund goal was set at $958,000. Funds are to install the company's newest rotary engines, carry out extensive ground, tethered, and untethered tests, and make preparation for a successful press demonstration flight.
Despite coverage on CBS, Fox, PBS, Aljazeera, Coast to Coast radio, and many other media outlets, we only saw $29,429 raised. Obviously, this result required us to indefinitely postpone the M400 flight that we'd planned for June 11th, 2014.
Recently, Thorntail Aircraft (see "Latest News" on moller.com) has agreed to fund this demonstration flight as part of their program to develop a 6 passenger commercial version of the Skycar. Thorntail Aircraft committed to provide a press conference discussing this program, and we anticipate them doing so soon.
With each delay in this journey we've learned something. For this reason, we ask that you go to indiegogo.com, put "Skycar" in the search box, and review the offering done in November. We have already identified certain things we would do differently, yet see great value in your input. We acknowledge that a greater presence on Facebook, Twitter, and like social sites would have helped as well, and are already making changes to improve our visible presence on these networks.
Please send your feedback to info@moller.com
We will update all of you when we know more about Thorntail Aircraft's timing of the funding dollars still necessary for a successful untethered demonstration of this amazing vehicle.
We thank you for your continued support and we do hope to have the test flight soon. For those of you that contributed via the Indiegogo campaign, we will soon have all of the collateral promised out and on its way to you.
Thank you to all who have brought these remarkable engines and vehicles to this point in the journey. We look forward to a bright future together!
Sincerely,
Paul S. Moller, Ph.D.

been following MLER for over 14 years, and it seem like they are going to (no pun intended) finally get off the ground
Thorntail (what a cool name) has agreed to fund the 2 mil needed for the first test flight and use its expertise in ground ops to do it ONCE that happens I bet this board blows up as the stock will do the same
RW
you left out that they R/S for the 2nd time both after a 99.99% fall in share price
NOT over sold if you happen to be YA, they LOVE selling
RW
Not all, I sold all but 100,000 shares once the split was confirmed, why ride a 99% to a 2nd 99% Loss? Nothing has changed here. there is a market someplace for Qr codes, but Neo will never find it because YA is pulling all the strings, My money is better spent on the flying car company !

Too funny it was hard enough to get a code U can see scanned, much less the new "Ninja" code,
