Any luck with the a/s on callback?
I am new to PS and extremely interested.
As far as pps requiements for OTCBB, there are none. In reguard to a reverse split for listing move, its not necessary to do so. In due time it may be necessary, such as leaving the OTCBB. The big boards charge a hefty premium for listing alot of shares.
What are the listing requirements for the OTCBB?
Although the OTCBB does not have any listing requirements per se, to be eligible for quotation, companies must remain current in their filings with the SEC or applicable regulatory authority. Market makers will not be permitted to begin quotation of a security on the OTCBB, whose company does not meet this filing requirement.

I think this chart is cool and I have two questions about it.
1. How often do you see the MACD bounce like this one?
2. Are most AMEX stocks too low of volume activity to predict accurately?
"It's like a Pac-Man," said Bob Wasson, sales manager at Enzyme Solutions Inc."
LOL, I like his sales pitch :)
HELLLOOO!!?? Here board, have a chart.
Interesting stock guy/gals. I caught the ticker on an insider transaction report. I'll be keeping touch.
USU up 25% leaving "pennyland" today. It was one of my long candidates, but I will soon be able to spot the short plays, like the reversal on the 31st which was followed by big news yesterday afternoon.
Even for the penny slots? Thanks!
Yowza! Congrats.
GM. I want to contribute TPPH to the watchlist for the gambler's research. I did read of the possibility of a bankruptcy though. The spike could also be a reaction from the tank of big boy heart med stocks yesterday.
Darn I wanted to contribute TPPH to the board. I've been watching it since before I joined IHUB... any thoughts on UDTT?
I believe he was impressed... or more amazed at how many skiddish investors freaked out today and sold below proven support:) Since he is an active and impartial to the company trader (hence his mantra, Trade Without Emotion) he'll move when he sees the need to do so. I find his analysis phenomenal such as being able to watch the his 3/31 video chart analysis in action on yesterdays intraday trading, unable to break .0045 then falling near .0028.
This decline prompted inexperienced chart or DD ppl to sell off today once above .0028. After seeing yesterday's decline they flooded the price down to avoid taking the loss. Traders in the know were able to make a marketable profit by buying as low as .002. If they sell tomorrow even at ask that's close to 30% profit in 24hrs.
If I weren't long I would regret having a base @.0033
If I every decide to become an active trader, you best you a** I would absorb as much at I can from his DVD!

The chart looks like its been mauled by bears... that's all I'll say...
Yep
On March 26, 2008 the Company announced it has rescheduled the shareholder meeting that was to be held on March 27, 2008 to April 18, 2008 at 10 AM at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center to allow the shareholders more time to vote their proxies.

I'm feeling it too. Will get shaky near Apr 18. Hope the 10K comes before the sh meeting.
Yes, I have patience. I was pointing out it took thirty minutes to find a dumb*** to sell there...
It took 30 min to manufacture the drop too...
"I think it's crazy," said Sarah Savoie, of Berlin. "I think its ridiculous how hard this is up here. I want to move out of this area because it's getting so bad up here. There's no jobs, and they're just laying off more."

Still think it will be a year? Me thinks no...
Yay! I win:P <Must be beginners luck.
Deal me in at 306:)
Is this by ADRs? Asked in the spirit of "there are no stupid quesions."
Hey, I drank Nestle water all of the time... in Iraq. F Nestle. I guess (really, I know) Uncle Sam cared less for me than you do for your dog :)
I Hope they do have US Plans. According to the loon, Ron Paul, Canada and Mexico are gonna flood our economy with wares. Why not flood it with water of a good penny stock? Just wait until I buy in please.
I agree, a less info synopsis would have been better. The whereases and therefores should have been posted on Laidlaw's site with the PR referring the reader there for details. Maybe we can get it changed or updated before more circulation? :)
Probably the ppl who only trade off of recent email alerts and etc. They say, "Damn XYZ site emailed me and told me to buy at .004." They watch it drop and get scared. Since they did no DD work of their own they sell in a panic.
Then you have ppl who know the value or have been in for quite a while and look to buy after this flood and ride it up again.
I am neither, $10 a trade kills my small portfolio. Additionally, I was a late comer with a pps of .0033
I have learned alot in the last few weeks from this board and IHub and highly doubt that anyone is the first of the two types trading today that I mentioned above.
Dilution can be avoided also by the sale or a marketing/production agreement with a larger co like Bayer etc for the deer repellent could avoid this.
I also hope that they are feverishly searching the possibility of a subsidy or grant from the USDA. If the deer eat/destroy that much, the USDA should explore the opportunity of supporting an alternative to their normal approach of paying farmers for lost crops. This should be explored and may be a reason for the delay of the sh meeting. If "free" money is to be had then the increase of O/S is definitely not necessary and all other measures should be exhausted.
lol I just had a vision of the ? suit "Free Money" grant guy Matthew Lesko. http://www.lesko.com/
Got in today, even excluding mass revenue from the new repellent the fertilizer, silver and chart look strong. Then I guess the possibility of a sale/license of the deer repellent patent is an option too. Thanks for the PM.
lol, I tried...
I figured out Howard, maybe :)
If his age is true, education true, and great knowledge and interest in NH is true, then and he is retired from PSNH. He has recently figured out that his retirement and stock in parent Northeast Utilities (NU) will be adversely impacted by Laidlaw. Thats my theory, am I close? :)
NU PR 3-28
"PSNH’s distribution and generation segment earned $12.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2007 and $43.7 million for the full year 2007, compared with $5.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2006 and $27.0 million for the full year 2006. Improved results were due to a lower effective tax rate, higher distribution rates, and the operation of the renewable Northern Wood Power Project."

LLEG doesn't need the moon. There is nothing there. Get real and stop with the moon. We are off to Mars!
This is only my opinion. You should research before you invest to limit your risk. Its your money so don't be lazy!
Howard Haftel
thanks, I do too. Doesn't do any harm to ask... :)
I'm sure your right. What would be phenomenal is if after the closing document is produced, Laidlaw gets mainstream media coverage.
I sent the following message to http://www.wmur.com/index.html
Sir/ Ma'am:
I wanted to know if your news station would do a story about the recently funded biomass facility in Berlin, NH. Today a press release was made about the publicly traded company, Laidlaw (LLEG), securing financing for the 65 megawatt energy project. The CEO Michael B. Bartoszek has used the interesting business approach of allowing public investors to pay for a portion of the capital by common stock. I am one of these shareholders and in the process of researching before my investment I have learned much about NH's desire to use renewable resources for its energy consumption. Kudos to your state and I hope you choose to cover this story and or invite Michael for your business program. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
another 100k for me then :)
Very nice! I was in the midst of the other research and didn't start by checking for a PR today. TY

Governor's Assn PR 3-25 re: Renewable Energy
I wish NH Gov. Lynch was there and quoted...

For the naysayers of financing. Although Southern Company(SO) may have footed most of the bill. In GA, my home state, there will be multiple biomass facilities built to the tune of $400M.

Timeline and other Reading.
From 8-27-07 PR
"Laidlaw expects to close on the balance of the financing for the Berlin project, including monetization of Federal Renewable Energy Production Tax Credits and long term debt financing, immediately after receiving approval for the project from the Siting Evaluation Committee. Laidlaw hopes to receive such approval in the second half of 2008, which would put the project on target for commencement of operations in 2009. Laidlaw has engaged Greystone to arrange this financing."

From NH Energy Siting Process
4.9"In an effort to address the siting challenges that currently exist on a multi-state and regional level, the National Governors’ Association (NGA) has proposed that Governors form a Multi-State Entities (MSE)committee to coordinate transmission planning, certification and siting at the regional level. An MSE
would be established by a memorandum of understanding, and governed by established by-laws. The proposed MSE would not overrule state authority, nor would it advocate federal preemption of state siting authority. However, it would ensure that regional and state needs are addressed in transmission planning, rather than leave all planning to regional transmission organizations (RTOs).

Critical reading of the Siting Process will that reveal the protocol can take NO LONGER than 9 months to complete. When did this officially start?

The Command Center has "realtime" charting. LVL 2 quotes requires a subscription. I guess that if NASDAQ has the LVL 2 info for pinks it would work on ATrade.
I am a novice with small portfolio so I can't justify paying the fee nor would I really know what they mean:)
Anyone use Ameritrade's Command Center? Since I believe most of you are advanced or pros, probably not.
I just started using it today and I have seen some crazy differences in volume of shares traded on LLEG. Like 6.5M and 20M blocks. When I zoom on the high volume area it goes away altogether or changes. Is this a normal (Java) problem with Ameritrade's platform? I have some crazy screenshots...
You are quite welcome.
Dalcindo, screenshot help
I am new to IHUB but here's how I learned to do it. Today actually.
1. Get at screenshot program. I have been satisfied with the freeware version of ScreenHunter 5.0. I downloaded it from CNet's Download.com. I believe during the installation process it asked if I would like a Google toolbar(which I did not) so don't auto install.
http://www.download.com/ScreenHunter/3000-2192_4-10063246.html?tag=lst-1
2. Take the pic. ScreenHunter has three options: Full Screen, Active window, and sized (mouse determined) area which you activate by pressing F6.
3. Upload the image. I used Flickr.com since I have a Yahoo account.
4. Follow the IHub instructions for posting the image/chart. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=20662170
After getting used to it I'd imagine it would only take a couple minutes and this is why readers are appreciative of each others posted charts and time to create/analyze and post them.
Good Luck and thanks for your willingness to learn how to share information,
Abn
