I totally agree...all those who have bought a house...think about how your offers progressed. We will see a nice offer next, hopefully Jared can get a few contracts signed so that we can get more exposure for mutiple offers or at least increase the interest from the buyer and prove that this was way too low.

Jared would be crazy to sell based on last years figures, we need to sell at a price that takes into concideration the full 2009 revenues.

I had faith he would do the right thing.

I wouldn't say that...its just like real estate for anyone that has bought a house...first the buyer puts in a very low offer to try to get a discount...then the seller says no and the offers start working up.


I think we will see a nice offer soon. I just hope Jared PR's some nice contracts to get some other companies to notice in turn causing some competition.

Further I do not get news a lerts from TD Ameritrade for EESO even though I am signed up to recieve them, and it is because of the press service EESO uses and what press service TD does NOT use for there news alerts.

He is still doing really well. My point is only...people may make mistakes but might also have real successes too.

That is exactly the point. We have none of this information, but you can guarantee that the buyer is privileged to that information. If Jared is only getting a sale price based on last years figures then he is low balling what they could actually get for the shareholders. If he is basing the sale of the company on last year’s figures I think that would not in the best interest of the shareholders or Company itself.

There is no reason to rush a sale unless it is an extremely good offer or if some of the projections are not going to materialize. I think that his projections are conservative. If the offer is that low why not wait till this year is over and the revenue materializes and then EESO would probably get multiple offers.

Again, we don't know the story but there is nothing wrong with speculation. The only thing that is wrong with what people say on this board is that they know it is a pump and dump or they know it’s a scam, which is irresponsible to post that as a fact.

Its interesting to see all the theories...while I understand all is speculation...you also say we will not get X amount of $$ per share.

My personal opinion is I am not going to be insulted, however I will be kind of disappointed in a way. The reason for this is for the amount of time I was willing to hold EESO, I know it would have been higher...this is just the start of things for EESO. The PPS in my moid would get a lot higher.

Why would I get hit with the Alternatice minimum tax in addition to the long term capital gains.

How long do typical buyouts take to finalize. I was kinda hoping that it would be around July...when half of my shares go into long term cap gains.
