I feel like there is another agenda, beneath the surface of Ilovepcli's character. I am not sure what it is ... but Dewayne has not taken a humble approach. He has not apologized. He has threatened. He has lashed out at everyone, implying that we were stupid for not listening to him....

I am flabbergasted by his agenda?! What is the purpose of all the raging and ranting??? No one takes him seriously, and I have tried to reason with him, and yet he doesn't respond well to what I have said.

If he is supposedly successful at investing, and has pronounced this stock "dead", then he should be busy about other investments, yet he lingers here?????????????????

I truly am at a loss....I wish him well...and if there is something wrong in his personal life, I hope he gets help! And I sincerely mean that!

The reason I am directing my irritation towards you, is because you are very condescending!!! You should talk about yourself and not use the "I can't understand why YOU people" or "EVERYONE". You accuse all of us of things that are not true. And when you say "Everyone" that means all of us...and so I have a right to be offended by your inflammatory statements!

Please, Please, Please...know -that I don't know you personally. And what is written can be misinterpreted! You use alot of "CAPS" which implies that you are yelling! I really don't think you can blame anyone till you hear the whole story-- do you?

Most business situations are more complicated than the average consumer realizes-- for example-- Airlines ---
Is it the customers fault -failure to pay higer prices?
Is it the managers fault - failure to properly run the airlines' while still taking large bonuses?
Is it the union's fault--failure to compromise further and reduce wages and work rules?
Is it the government's fault -- failure to restrict oil speculators from driving the price up and down?

It's easy to accuse - but in reality - the one who is responsible is not always one solitary person - but a host of people who collectively create the final situation and its resulting consequences!

I also appreciate all the "DD" that everyone has posted! There have been different avenues of thought, which challenged our perspectives. Different viewpoints are absolutely wonderful! Unfortunately, not everyone has had productive things to say!

Thankyou to everyone who has forwarded articles, and given varing opinions! We need dialogue on this board! I would caution people from being destructive, and encourage constructive viewpoints!

So not sure if this is standard fare "yadi yadi yada" or something significant.

But it seems encouraging!

"We have been talking with Senior managemet at Protocall and yes we are aware that financials were not filed. As soon as we are able, we will certainly be posting an announcement. The Company is in talks to obtain financing to get an influx of Capital. When there are developments in that area, we will certainly be posting that to the discussion forum on the Protocall investor relations hub with AGORACOM at http://www.agoracom.com/ir/protocall."

What was your mistake?? You were not able to find the certificate because?? Did you look for PCLIE? or Titlematch.
