What a response, they could have shot a full featured film. Nobody was coming to their tent!!
Why is there nobody at your tent? Looks like all the other tents have swarms of people.

Because we have to wait until there are no people at our tent so we are able to take the video. When people are at our tent we help them, we are not on our phones.
What I found interesting is this Elev8 hemp coffee and tea company lists everything on their site as out of stock unavailable. Amazon had them listed as unavailable may not be back in stock now has been deleted from the product page. I guess this will be added to the other maybe products we might have in the future list. Seems like Ground Hog Day with this soon to be Holding Company.
It’s coming, sit tight, you won’t believe it but it’s coming. More of your money down the drain bro!
Who says Tony is still running the boat. He may now just be a spokesperson for a new holding company.
That was the last can he saved, left over from that Dollar Store purchase in Boston he made 2 years ago.
It's in the script, don't say I didn't tell ya. It won't be long now!!
No, what I said was the displays in the stores were photoshopped. The beverage products are real, they just aren't in all the stores they say they're in so they fake the displays to create the illusion that they are.
As for Elev8 Coffee!!
This isn't a good sign either, this is what I got when I checked it out on Amazon.
Elev8 Hemp 12 oz Coffee Bag | Hemp | Infused Protein Powder | Pumpkin Spice
Brand: Elev8 Hemp
3.1 out of 5 stars 5 ratings
Currently unavailable.
We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.
More a lot about nothing, he doesn’t even know where the company is going. He’s a dreamer using investor’s money to do it. If you think that was informative with that interviewer reading off a bad script, I have a bridge for sale.
Agreed, and this is my point the fine line between legal and illegal can crash any product in its tracks and thus makes or breaks anything to going to market. So my hypothetical is anyone of the products intended to be produced by this company could be stopped by a technicality. Believe me it will.
You tell that to Tony the next time you talk on the phone!
LMAO
Are CBD drinks FDA approved?
Technically all products containing CBD, or cannabidiol, are illegal under FDA's rules — regardless of whether they're a dietary supplement sold at the Vitamin Shoppe or a CBD seltzer from Whole Foods.Sep 20, 2022
This is where my main point comes in about deception. After you invest in all these business ventures going down, the excuses will start. Well we weren't allowed to do this and we weren't allowed to do that because the FDA stepped in and said or on the state won't allow us. Mark my words that's what's going to happen. Plus more not so good news is coming, just saying. This is a money grab, plain and simple.
Now they are saying that Elev8 is now owned by Apple Rush, so basically they've been acquired. That was fast, What happened to LENA? I'd tell ya, but I shouldn't!!!
Not for consumption in food or drinks it’s still regulated Federally. States are making there own decisions but federally it’s illegal.
The big problem not being addressed is regulations. The difference of recreational and medicinal. The FDA will watch this over THC or CBD being involved. In the United States THC in food or drinks is illegal and is closely monitored. CBD is infused mostly for percentages of the amounts of THC which is .3 % during the extraction process. I don’t think all the homework has been done it’s a hook for investment. They don’t even have finances in order to pay for any of it so where’s the money?
There isn’t any equipment being setup anywhere, not with Lena!
Just so ya know, if they are using the Delta 8 process they can’t use the process with a hot beverage. Delta 8 loses it’s strength in heat and it can’t be used over .3% to start with. So It’s basically a cold beverage market if you want a buzz per say.
I thought they were cracking down on this stuff, they were for a while and now not so much. As long as their financials solvent they start in business.
I don’t think APRU is buying it, the intentions are to do business in regards to BLEG’s Delta8 interest.
It’s another phase of deception 101, the problem with a bunch of these investors here is that they’ve lost so much of there investment and they’re praying it rebounds so they get some money back. If you look at BLEG, this thing is in the same boat. It’s a holding company with a pps struggling to maintain a penny. The company itself has a bad reputation and so now the name changes because well word must be around that the company is expanding. I don’t blame Tony, he’s not really the one putting up the money or whatever, he’s become the white icing in between the Oreo cookies.
APRU is going to change it’s name and symbol? Hmmm!!! People must be catching on!!
Go to OTC Market site, this is what APRU gives them to show investors.
That isn’t all of it, there are 69 notifications of transactions and business deals they say they have made and are involved in.
Pretty impressive I’d say with a pps at .0014 that fluctuates to .0012 on a daily bases. Don’t forget their original carbonated Apple Juice that’s been around since 1974.
With all this going on you GOTTA KNOW SOMETHING AIN'T RIGHT!! And this ain't all of it. THE ART OF DECEPTION KIDS!!

And to think, Tony bought a hemp farm to use his own hemp. Talk about crazy, I think the elevator is stuck between floors you better dial 911.
You are the one with a direct talking relationship that’s documented with Tony, how’s about you ask him.
Agreed, this whole brewery thing is suspect, go to Lena’s site and look around. They would be at a loss dealing with APRU. FACT!!!!
Here is one of the biggest reasons why breweries either make large runs of a product and try to stay away from the smaller runs.
https://www.craftbrewingbusiness.com/featured/art-science-maintaining-hygiene-breweries/
The art of deception runs rampant here. Tony obviously has the gift of mis speaking or is it deliberately done? Lena runs many family oriented things in their establishment. Just because Tony wants to use the brewery won’t change the way Lena runs the business. Lena doesn’t need APRU, APRU needs Lena! SNAG!!!
Well, besides the wire, concrete, hemp farm, carbonated alcohol drinks and all these businesses they say they have going.
That snag is worse than once thought on the brewery. Let me know if the pumpers have anything I hear crickets oh wait don’t forget delta 8. Sorry to say they missed the bus on all of it.
Dealing with a holding company is another red flag.
The truth is in the PPS kids, the market makers know better. Extremely rough water ahead, pardon the pun!
Now why would Tony tell iron chef this and not the group in the video? No one has heard from him but all of a sudden he picks up the phone for iron chef. Sounds a little suspect don’t ya think
Now let’s delete what people say because they tell the truth.
Oh hold on, don’t forget the KRATOM! This plant is actually illegal in some states. And he’s going to import his own! Yikes, another money making opportunity.
Going from apple juice with a fizz to a brewery to welding wire and concrete additives to hemp farming. Welcome my friends to the show that never ends. Do you people really believe that there’s an Easter Bunny?
Now’s the time with China firing up the old coal burners. Anthracite for sale!!!
Wasn’t there money that went poof in a bad advertising campaign as well? That was in the millions too if I’m not mistaken!
What year do you think that could happen,Spring of 2085? LMAO!!!!!
Bring it, a reverse split is a normal business practice. The SEC don’t like pumpers.
I’m not saying they are but they could be, we could always ask them to show some expiration dates on the cans but they could be lying about that too.
Have they sealed a deal, have you talked to Tony? Your share count Zooey, is going to be cut in half very soon and to boot you’ll probably wind up paying your broker to do it. Don’t say I didn’t tell ya so!! There’s a snag, Lena has a family oriented and shared business especially kids oriented stuff. They don’t think it’s a good idea rubbing elbows with people promoting pot! You get the drift?

I don’t want to sound like a skeptic but you have no way of knowing if those drinks aren’t the same cans sitting there for months. It’s very very possible those drinks don’t sell and that’s the same display that was placed there originally. Still pics 101 art of deception easiest trick in the book. Just saying!!!
