Thanks for sharing this information. It gives me a better perspective on why you feel the way you do, and your investment perspective.
I believe that this company is very close to turning the corner, and there have been a number of positive developments in the past 3 months that should yield a higher share value.
We shall see.....
Believe me, they care very much about the stock price!
Insiders and officers own over 70% of the outstanding shares. What would possibly make you think the they are indifferent to the stock price?
This stock can't get out of its own way!
I thought that the stock price would get more of a lift from the recent publicity.
Your're probably right. This is dead money for awhile.
Watching this stock is about as exciting.....
as watching paint dry.
Habla Espanol, anyone?

It is rumored that Lindsay Lohan is drinking Celsius also:

What we really need is for Oprah to be spotted with a can of Celsius. Then we would really be rocking!
Celsius and the Paparazzi............
Better load the boat, good things are starting to happen.

Smurf, buy as much as you can afford at these levels.
We are going higher from here.
Hey smurf, how's that short position workin' for ya'?
I think that we'll see Dow 10,000 by the end of January, and 10 cents a share for CSUH by then.
JMHO......
The time to go short was about 5,000 Dow points ago....DUH!!!
Smurfgizmo, you didn't read my post very carefully. What I said was "Now, what we need is consumer awareness and a better understanding of the Celsius product."
I agree that the consumer awareness of Celsius is negligible. That is why I feel that they need to concentrate on building the brand awareness now that they have established the distribution infrastructure.
I believe that Steve Haley will get it done, but it is going to take some additional time.
Meanwhile, they need to look at alternative channels for distribution, like direct selling. We can't rely on people suddenly finding the product in Walgreen's or other retail outlets.
The kiosk idea makes alot of sense to me, as there are huge volumes of retail traffic at major metropolitan shopping malls all over the country.
As for the overall market, I couldn't diasgree with you more. We could see a mega rally in the first few weeks of January; perhaps even a 1,000 point day to the upside.
I sure hope that you are not planning on going short!
I expect that we will beging to see considerable progress in the coming months on the execution of the Celsius business plan.
The price action today is encouraging, and I believe that we have seen the lows in this stock and the overall market.
The groundwork has been laid with the building of the distribution infrastructure. Now, what we need is consumer awareness and a better understanding of the Celsius product.
I continue to believe that we need to have an alternative source of distribution, i.e., QVC, HSN or a direct marketing and sales organization that can explain the benefits of the product.
I like the idea of having kiosks in shopping malls. This could generate greater consumer awareness and strong sales. It would also allow people to try the product before making a purchase.
We need to have a strong base of repeat customers on which we can build positive cash flow. Carl DeSantis has deep pockets, but I doubt that he will continue to subsidize this company forever.
I don't believe that we are going to get to where we need to be relying solely on the current strategy of placing the product on shelves and hoping somehow that consumers will discover it. There are too many beverage products out there that are competing for the consumer's attention and dollars.
Jorge Hane, where are you?
Ask yourself the following questions.....
Why did we have a huge spike in price and volume back in October, who was doing all the buying, and most importantly why?
We should have some answers soon.
I seriously doubt that we are going to see that 0.01 share price that many of you were hoping for.
Today's news of the additional financing agreement with CDS Ventures changes everything.
I especially liked this part:
Carl DeSantis said, "After working closely with the Celsius management team for several months now, it became clear to me the opportunity to really create a great success story. The market potential is large, and with proper financing and marketing, a great win is possible."
Carl DeSantis would not be pouring more money into this company unless he was confident in their future. He is also privy to information that we are not. He obviously likes what he sees.
I anticipate more good news to be forthcoming soon.
While this is just my personal opinion, I believe that we will see at least 0.50 cents a share by next summer.
Investing in small stocks entails large risks. Be sure to do your own due diligence before investing.
GLTA.
Tax loss selling will most likely keep a lid on the stock price in the near term. Carl DeSantis just put another $450,000 into this company. I don't think that he is looking to throw good money after bad, so I have to believe that there will be some significant progress made within the next 3-6 months. I'm sitting tight on my shares for the time being, and hoping for better days ahead. We will have to wait and see what happens.

Today's shallow pullback was on very light volume; a good sign.
While it is too early to tell for sure, it sure seems like there is a change in momentum going on when looking at Level 2 quotes.
We are finally beginning to see market makers come in on the bid side, and quickly absorbing any sells without taking the bid down too far in the process.
If we get any good news regarding earnings for the quarter, we could easily get back to 0.10 cents. JMHO.
Now up 71.87% at $0.055......
All Aboard....This train is leaving the station.
The only thing that is keeping this stock down is the supply of shares from the conversion by Golden Gate Investors. Once they are done, this stock should have room to move up substantially. JMHO FWIW.
Wow! This stock really moved on that news.
NOT!
This turd is headed for the pinkies.
How do the shares outstanding go up and the float go down?
And how, praytell, did that happen?
You've obviously drunk from the same pitcher of Kool-Aid as they have.
There is nothing here to make me feel comfortable; lackluster stock price, low sales and revenues, massive dilution and no advertsing or PR to make people aware of the product.
This is dead money for a very long time IMO.
All sizzle, No steak.
This company is a crapshoot. Steve Haley and his team of "experienced sales and marketing executives(?)" have accomplished very little to add shareholder value in the past year. In fact, shareholder value has been eroded under Haley's watch.
Year-end tax loss selling will dive this stock deeper into the low pennies. Look for 2-3 cents by December.
The fact that insiders own almost 30% of the outstanding shares doesn't mean squat when they are diluting equity by 20% quarter over quarter. I fear that we are going to see a reverse split at some point; always the kiss of death for micro-cap stocks.
This company has lost 90% of its market cap in the last year.
They are issuing shares at 5 cents just to keep the company going, and even worse is the fact that one of their financing partner agreements calls for the issuance of "freely-tradable" shares to raise capital.
What do you think happens with those freely tradable shares? They get sold in the open market putting further pressure on the stock price. They may have just as well done a toxic PIPE financing with a death spiral of floorless convertible debt. They both have the same net effect.
The whole idea of issuing additional equity is NOT to register the shares so they cannot be sold into the open market.
In all likelihood they will be selling these shares in the open market to make up for the fact that no one is getting paid cash compensation at this point.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that, at this point, all officer salaries are being accrued, but not paid.
