LBYE is no longer Tim's deal (Thank F... God) He is out of the picture. The company is drilling and producing (very little). If they can get the audit out (i assume that will be very soon) I think it will help the share price. I don't think TCS has any free trading stock left. Tim is delusional. His plan to give out shares for promos didn't pan out. Tim didn't realize how difficult it is to get certs deposited. I personally want to see Tim in jail and hope that day comes very soon. Houston, Texas (November 26, 2014) — Liberty Energy Corp. (‘LBYE’ or ‘the Company’) would like to update the status of Company operations. We can report that the improvements to the Baylor County leases have continued over the last 30 days. We now have 9 wells online. Pump jacks, flow lines, electrical lines and motors were replaced on several wells. This increased the number of producing wells from 4 on October 24 to 9 producers today. We are anticipating stabilized production for between 8 to 10 barrels of oil per day. An additional well is close to being put online once we replace faulty connections. Our goal is to have that 10th well producing by December 3, 2014.

The Company is continuing to explore additional acquisition and merger options that meet our corporate goals of growing shareholder value through producing properties with upside potential. Our belief is that the current drop in oil prices will provide an excellent opportunity to acquire asset at more reasonable valuations.

As previously discussed, the Company is also planning a direct participation drilling program to drill new wells on all of the Baylor County leases. We have reached terms with a consulting geologist to commence review of the existing logs and area field data so we can select the best drill sites. With 7 wells being drilled and 3 more to start shortly there's a good chance that oil will start flowing and revenue will start coming in??? Maybe they are retiring shares as well! Who knows maybe they are close to landing a huge deal. LBYE is very clean OTC company!?? Anything under .03 is a steal IMHO.

If you don't like a stock don't buy it. I have to question why someone would spend so much time on a message board bad mouthing a stock unless they had some ulterior motive. I own 10-15 stocks. I don't look at or post on the other 5000 plus stocks that I don't own.

Forget about their past attempts. They are now Quest a successful tech company with growing revenues. Their new business model is to grow by buying companies. I believe they are working on some potential LARGER deals that if they can close would double/triple their revenues. This is no b.s.
