DNC multimedia is not a private label. They are becoming a private label.
If you decide to buy any products from best buys or anybody else that sells to consumers of products DNC makes, you will find them readily available.
DNC is also the owner of pluginz. Which just struck a deal this morning.
DNC deals on a high level technology-based. They have their R&D and manufacturing base in Seoul Korea. All this is available to you in the Ibox should you choose to read it. It would be much more helpful to you to actually understand what this company is about and at what stage the company is in. Then your posts might make a little bit of sense, but nothing is for sure.
Did anyone notice that are marketcap Seems to be down? That's a good thing right? YBII! Val
Could be, I don't know what it would profit them though. Seems to me they'd be trying to pull it down if that were the case, switch with each other at a lower price to make up the difference. Guess we'll just have to wait and see. Val
That's what I'm showing too harr,,, any clues to the high volume today? Val
Is VFIN still on top?
How many shares does he have? I am showing nothing but green on the ticker, but the L2 shows VFIN on top. I would think that he would let it go, especially with this kind of volume.
We're cutting deep into the float and being in the 05s I don't think this is a lot short buying gone on here and we know there's not a large portion of short interest, therefore they're not covering.
If news does come out, they could really let this thing run and short sell the top. Pretty small trades at this point, going to be an interesting end of day I think. Just my opinion Val
Maybe he's buying it all back? We'll see at the close if it bumps up, right now I'm showing .052. Volume just under 925K.
That's almost half the float! Somethings up, in my opinion. Val
I'm showing all green
A lot of big blocks going through now, and they look like buys, 800K plus, we'll see over a million shares traded today! I would say something is definitely up! Just my opinion Val
Over 600 K. volume today and were not done yet,,,,,,, somebodies getting them.... could mean news tomorrow! Just my opinion Val
Well you hit the middle. Still a very good buy in my opinion! Val
I had an order in for five yesterday and never filled,. Going to try to buy a truckload tomorrow at .04. Val
Looks like someone dumped 500 K. at the bid of .051 that's a pretty big hit for someone who bought much higher! Val
All of them are going at bid, I saw one go at the ask.
But there's large chunks going through. And there's no short position to be had @.05
We know that we are not on the sho lists, I took a look at the short list today it had zero days to cover, so I don't think anyone's covering a large short position.
If something happened related to show that was considered good news or forward-looking good news. That looks like someone's try to pick up a 1/2 or more million shares.
Who knows maybe reverse got permission to dump the whole account today.
I just think it is kind of fun to see this many shares move with the show going on in Germany. All is my opinion, Val

me too.... http://66.201.236.134/export/level2.jsp?symbol=dcnm seems to be holding at .05 and the volumes been a hundred K. plus. The MM may be bagen it. But if it goes to .04 I plan on taking a big piece! Unless there is news or substantiated reasons not to. Val
harr,
Is this the calm before the storm? Or should I say, is this the storm before the calm?
Wonder how many they shookfree today? CUZ they didn't shake any of mine! If they go any lower I'm looking to get over 50k Val
No more sho list http://www.wabalaba.com/sholist.cfm take a look at number 50 on the removed side,,
I'm still buying. Val
Looks like we're trading now at .06
I can't believe we haven't had one transaction all day and that the bid ticked up to .06, something going on, in my opinion anyway. We are locked down tight, in the middle of the world's largest trade show for technology and future technology. We are unveiling at least two new devices probably three, And Not One Share Traded. Anyone have any clues? Seems like our pages down also. So are we getting ready for the fireworks? are we goimg to pop the champagne cork, or is everything just screwed up? Val
Have they halted trading on DNC? I see no transactions since yesterday's close. Anyone seen any different? Val

Anytime harr, I got your back,LOL
But in all seriousness though, I think reverse had a bad day. Google got stomped this morning, and I think he said he was working on it all last week. If he's the one that made the decision to buy DNC back at 0002 and looking for a quick buck, I would imagine the BOSS(which is probably his wife) is pretty unhappy with him.
So I see where he's coming from. But we are headed into some good days and we have had our share of bad ones, so I didn't see any sense in letting him kick us around like he probably will his dog when he gets home from work.
We held up well today I think, and I'm excited to see what the show brings. I'm still accumulating at this point so the longer we stay under .10 the better as far as I'm concerned. Val
Well we are up 27% last trade 7 K. at .0699. Not bad for the day, we'll see what happens tomorrow. Oh' and we were over 100 K. in volume today. Looks like the dust is starting to settle. Just my humble opinion,, looking forward to the show and other good things coming in the weeks ahead. Val
U.S. Media M&A Could See Record Year In '08

Why Yahoo! Can't Fix Microsoft
The value of merger and acquisition deals in the U.S. media industry could reach record levels in 2008 if pending mega deals like Microsoft's bid for Yahoo! are completed, PriceWaterhouseCoopers said in a report released Monday.
Although changing economic and debt-market conditions make it tricky to forecast M&A activity this year, "With a total of 341 announced deals in 2007 pending closure, and mega transactions announced in the latter half of 2006 closed or cleared in early 2008, the new year is set to mirror or surpass that of 2007,'' PwC said in its annual report on M&A activity in the media industry.
The continued convergence of media, technology and communications will drive deal volume. "As technology evolves and enables consumers to access content through various mediums, [media] companies will expand capabilities and acquire new platforms to attract consumers," PwC said.
That means the wave of consolidation seen in 2007 in publishing, advertising and marketing, middle-tier broadcasting and the Internet software and services sectors should continue into this year, PwC said.
Other factors fueling media M&A: the continued weakening of the U.S. dollar and recent interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve, which should generate greater interest in U.S. media properties among potential foreign acquirers, particularly European buyers, PwC said.
After an unusually busy 2007, private equity players will remain active, but "the credit crunch may put an end to mega private equity deals for the time being and dampen private equity's M&A pace,'' PwC said. The firm added that an increase in strategic investments and greater interest among foreign parties should offset the expected slowdown in private-equity activity.
Private equity investors completed media deals worth $44.8 billion in 2007, accounting for 41% of disclosed U.S. media deal value in the year, compared to $19.4 billion, or 15% of total deal value in 2006, the report said.
The huge jump in volume stemmed from a backlog of transactions announced in 2006 and continued interest in media deals in 2007, with the top three disclosed media deals involving private equity buyers, including the Sam Zell-led buyout of Tribune for about $8 billion, Apax Partners and Omers Capital Partners' $7.8 billion purchase of Thomson Learning and the $13.5 billion takeover of Univision Communications by Madison Dearborn Partners, Providence Equity Partners, Texas Pacific Group, Thomas H. Lee and Saban Capital.
A total of 1,168 U.S. media M&A deals were completed last year, up 16% from 1,008 in 2006, although the value of disclosed deals fell nearly 17% to $108.1 billion from $129.7 billion, PwC said.
Among the most prominent transactions of 2007 were News Corp.'s (nyse: NWS - news - people ) takeover of Dow Jones for more than $5 billion and a flurry of deals in online advertising, including Microsoft's (nasdaq: MSFT - news - people ) acquisition of aQuantive (nasdaq: AQNT - news - people ) for about $6 billion, WPP's (nasdaq: WPPGY - news - people ) purchase of 24/7 Real Media (nasdaq: TFSM - news - people ) for $649 million and Yahoo!'s (nasdaq: YHOO - news - people ) buy of BlueLithium for $300 million.
Online advertising will remain an active arena for M&A activity this year, PwC said, pointing to the pending completion of Google's (nasdaq: GOOG - news - people ) planned $3.1 billion takeover of DoubleClick, AOL's expected closing of its $275 million deal to buy Tacoda and Microsoft's bid for Yahoo!.
The ask kick backup .07, I think they are being careful milking it to a half bucket too much spillage off full bucket, still low-volume I think they are selling to each other on the bid and hoping they can shake a few free on the ask. Just my opinion! Val
Thanks Kris,
You're probably right they will put out one PR for the whole show start up(if at all). It would be really nice if they pend a/or deals today and dump that and to PR(probably wishful thinking) but what would really gives us a kick to start the whole thing off! Thanks the time update. Val
Well at least the MMs now we'er here. That's a lot of shares swapping with the float of under 2 million!
I would love to pick up a handful at .05 today(like that's going happen) be fun to see if they put out a PR tomorrow, or close of market in Germany today. Val
Thank you reverse. Glad to be of help. Val
With all due respect to the board and its members. Could we stay on the topic at hand? Reverse if you would like to sell 500 K. today and think that is a good move on behalf of your company please by all means do so. It is your decision to make and as you have said we are responsible for our own decisions.
Flynn, do not take things so personal. We know what we have bought, and are now seeing if it will become profitable to us longs. There is no need for personal attacks from either partys'
DNC multimedia Corp. has a show this week and three PRs last week. This is very good news for us long!
If anyone sold in the 05 or 06 arrange, this would be somewhat disappointing considering the spread today (but they can still buy in). Especially if they took a huge hit on Google this morning.
This is a DNC board the discussions will be about DNC & Co. activities of company and will remain civil whether positive or negative. We are all adults here, and should act as such.
There are other boards for people to lash out their opinions concerning particular attitudes or disgruntled actions that one feels they must address. But this is not the place for such dialogue or arbitration. Thank you in advance. Val
Looks like we are up over 27%, not a bad start. For small volume and just a small newsclip this morning.
I feel this is an excellent opportunity for us as a startup company to have so many big names in the same vicinity. We do have existing contracts and have produced many of the products that are already on display. It's not like were the new guys on the block, many of these people and organizations/companies are very familiar with DNC.(The old one anyway)
DNC multimedia Corp. will be doing some wining and dining I'm sure. The USA needs to get back into the game and also the forward looking "New World Market Place".
The credentials of our Board of Directors will be our strong point I feel, knowing that Mr. Lott is a true negotiator and knows how to put together profitable situations for all parties involved. Mr. Lau one of the most experienced on the NASDAQ will keep him from crossing lines that he shouldn't be crossing.
With Microsoft's transparency agreement, there should be quite the dialogue about what that means, throughout the show. The new NASDAQ regulations That have come into effect as of the last two years, will be discussed I'm sure.
I think the entire grid is going to take off as a new concept of marketability, we'll begin to step away from the highly competitive secret world of private company and will go towards unifying technologies that will enhance and simplify technology as we know it. Just my humble opinion, I have no problem being patient. I will be accumulating up to $.10 and reevaluate at that point. I do believe the stock's value at this point is in the $.90 range but we are not public enough at this juncture to achieve that price.
MMs short a startup company hoping the company will go out of business and they will not have to cover their short position, has always been there MO of these small caps. They can do this because there are no actual facts or numbers profits or contracts. At this point we fall directly into this category. Soon they'll not have the luxury of our particular situation, as we began to unfold the certainty of our new Business Structure.
DNC multimedia Corp. will not go bankrupt by short selling, trip over its own feet in the arena of management or end up washing coins, Of This I Am Very Sure. So it's not IF it's WHEN! I can wait. Val all is just my opinion
You are very corect,, and that was misstated, what I ment was if some one sold short at .09 to buy them at .055 they would still lose the shares, as they would be bowrrowed shares, and the short buyer would be up .035 and have no shares, most of the 5.5 and .06 have been buys but not many privets were filled as to the volume % I think sence we are not on the SHO list anymore, the naked shorting is stoped, could turn into a squeeze if we held our shares, but at this point I see buying the shares as better in the long run at the cover price,as I think they will move up much faster then down. If we get more shares in long hands, get a move to a dollor or so no privets can short, If we hold the shares till fill time we could see very good shrot presher,, but under a dollor they can still move it, and I want as maney shares as I can get in the .10 range,,,, sorry for not being clear, Just thought it would be understood, I was talking about share control. Val,, PS, should have said unless your buying shares you borrowed to cover a short.
This is going to be bigger then I first thought, IT'S not just a new hearing'aid. Think of all the times you can't here your phone or LP in a crowd or subway OR should I say you can't be heard, speaker conference call with video feed,"virtual business meetings" very large audience on this one,and we have the paten IMO Val!!

I think when they pen a solid deal or two, they will strike with back up, numbers and names. The dollar is week in the US, so there opening where the money is. SMART! Next weeks show will be a real test of timing on DNCs part.
Hope you are having a good weekend,,, Val :)
