Terrific!!Thanks MD, that's what I was hoping.
Dane, that certainly will speed things up!
MD,
Do the 510k filings have to be one-after-another, or
could there be simultaneous / overlapping filings?
That was the best concession (drop-out) speech I've ever
heard. Hope he gets a cabinet post.
I think the e-trading baby convinced jag that CTUM
is for-real.
CTUM will appear on the same PR that J&J appears on before the bell.
Great! Who gets the credit for this...Mike Dodge?
Great publicity on "Before the Bell"!!
and named with the likes of J&J, PFE, SUN, MSFT
certainly will help.
MD,
Good point....I'll take our inventor Frank over
hatchet Frank!!
"if additional testing is requested, should'nt that be PR'd??"
I'm not sure of the rules. If the request for additional
testing is in the form of AI (additional info), rather
than the 510k filing being not approved until further
testing results are resubmitted, public disclosure is
probably not required. Therefore, since there has not
been any public disclosure, the submission must be in
the "normal process" with the FDA merely asking for AI.
Assuming the FDA has requested additional testing,
what type of tests would have to be conducted and
how long might it take?
The Pfizer CFO, Frank D'Amelio, had been CFO at Lucent for
several years. And there's another Frank D'Amelio....
....a MD in Chambersburg, PA. Any confusion over all these
D'Amelios should be to the benefit of CTUM.
Good to see you posting, therose. You must have
had a busy autumn.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL !!!
2008 will be a great year for all CTUM longs.
As will 2009, 2010, 2011......
MD,
Your last three posts were excellant. We can be
even more optimistic after reading your research
that Steven is a terrific addition for us have on
our team.
Thanks for explanation surf!
AD1,
Thanks for the clarification on how the FDA would view our
device relative to others in use for the same procedure (ie welding). I've always been a little troubled by referring
to our generator as substantially equivelant to those already
approved when it can accomplish something the others can't.
AD1, thanks for your terrific post! And lowman, for your's too!(14365)
Delco is a dissertation away from a PhD in Biochemistry.
"Steven Delco received his BA in biochemistry from Fairfield University and completed doctoral work in immunochemistry and biochemistry at the University of Minnesota. He has held research positions at the Sloan-Kettering Institute for Cancer Research, the University of Minnesota and the City University of New York."
With that education he has the respect of the biomed professionals as well as the investment community. Steven can
immediately begin spreading the word in Europe and then in the USA pending FDA approval.
Once again, our mgt team has demonstrated their exceptional planning skills.
My concern is that the FDA might rule NSE because
our device is far too superior (new) to be approved
as SE. And we need to file for approval under a different
filing procedure (not a 510k).
"Perhaps the extreme disruptive element of LTC's technology (bonding with no added glues, etc., while not damaging any tissue) is what is taking so long to verify."
Tex
Is it possible that the FDA could view our device Not SE
because it's far superior to anything already approved and
therefore, not substantially equivelant?

The 31 day wait is only if you have not bought any in the last 30 days, right?
I think a sale (for tax reasons) is considered a wash
if the stock is bought-back with 30 (31) days.
I just finishing reading the last 3 day's postings.
What a great day!! What great news today!! And it's
just getting started.
Thanks for all the intelligent posts today...alota time
was spent on research..it's appreciated by all of us.
Fresno, we're all the village idiot from our hometown,
but soon to be the envy of it's residents. lol
I like your thought-process keep. I'm with
ya on your course of action!
Thanks MD.....two excellent finds and posts
today!
Nin, Emil, & Gig:
Great posts on J&J and the potential
outside interest. A couple hundred million
bucks is pocket change for the big boys.
What would DR do with a $5/sh offer?
The best reason for the low volume is that the current
shhr knows he has something of increasing value....why
would he want to sell today when in the very near future
it will be worth significantly more. (Margin call or emergency
cash need). Are any of us selling? Actually, I'm
surprised the has been as high as its been.
Gamood....please let Fox & me in. I just read thru over
200 postings to get caught-up. I say 7:15 AM CST, Nov 27th.
Thanks Surf,.....your weekend basement work
sounds interesting.
Yes T-Surgeon, thanks for the info and encouragement.
Gamood is correct.....the info you've revealed seems very
"inside". Are you at liberty to share this info?
You are very welcome to this board!!
MD,
Thanks for the video.
Using FDA "days" less holidays and
a 10 day (guess) stop clock for AI,
we're lookin'at Nov 26th. I'm willing
to wait, but darn! I was planning to
add an FDA approval to my list of things
for which I'm Thankful on Nov 22nd!
Thanks MD.....the short version on DR & Paton is quite sufficient.
MD,
Great reseach!! Does anyone know
how DR &/or CTUM hooked-up with Boris Patton?
276,600 shares trade by 1:30.
Is it possible that the MM's are selling from their
inventory? If so, they are doing their job very well.
We can't gets our short-term expectations too high. CTUM
would need to be valued at $170 million to reach $4.65.
We may achieve that level after LTC has their IPO and CTUM's
ownership share allows for that high of valuation. I'm no
expert on valuing developmental stage companies that have
no revenue, but do have have FDA approval for a hot item,
which means I'm just guessing.
Thanks MD for this terrific find & post.
It not only "Made by Day", it made my weekend!!
Whataya think PatD?
TAs can be such a pain in the butt
You're correct lowman!! TA is good for large,
mature entities.....not not small start-ups and
developmental companies.
Looked at a comp co. this morn
MD,
What are the comps we should follow?
Any in the developmental stage like CTUM?
jonesie,
I googled her....there's a Sandra J. Allen
listed as secretary of East Texas Fin'l Services
in Tyler at 903-593-1767
and another Sandra J. in Johnson County Texas
Coop Ext of Texas A&M at 817-556-6370.
http://www.google.com/search?q=%22Sandra+J.+Allen%22&hl=en&start=20&sa=N
lowman....you called for this PR update just a day or 2 ago
and today we received what we all hoped for...an upbeat, everythings-ready-to-go PR.
"Kudos Don, for all your magnificent work, devotion, endurance, and insight!"
and let's not forget jones.....he was instrumental in
obtaining survival funding when there was't any.
"Frank wasn't going to settle for being CTO"
Excellent insightful analysis MD!
and if Frank gets the brass ring, so do we!
Ovidius,here's a larger picture......I'm just learning
how to post pictures.
