The low estimate for gross revenues is based on yields .75 to 1.0 grams per yard @ 250 to 280 yards per hour.
We could get lucky here and see higer yields.
youhavenoidea - will you be stopping by again?
Good Luck!
I been following this HMIT for a awhile, right now I am glad I backed up the truck between .007 and .015
West Africa is a nice place to be.
Since 2006 China is dumping Billions into the mining sector
including Base Materials.
I just called the TA on the O/S it is 259MM
Yes 64M was cancelled when John Darrah was let go.
Check out the monthly volumn in Oct and Nov when this was still a very unfavorable stock.
It was Mark Klok whom has been trying to get this thing turn around and adding long term and adding stability to this stock was a priority. Who was buying up the float? IMO do not think it was us?
Along with what is going npe on trying to get this into production.
Cal the TA phone is listed on the iBOX
It needs to be lowered
There is I believe 268MM now I posted this a while back after I called the TA
Estimated in Float 55MM
So people do not think I am bashing.
Financing a small project through raising private funds can be easier than trying to fund larger or mult. projects at one time.
I do not like a Junior that signs up with a major and gives 50% to 70% of the viable project away because no financing is available.
I side with HMIT trying to fund a project that can give a return.
IMO AIM has rights to 50 square miles but only 7 square miles is going to produce.
HMIT has ties to 25 square miles but only part of the river project is going to produce.
They also know where the freaking gold is so go get it.
IMO from lessons learned
HMIT has management that have a very good under standing of real estate. They understand that the parts can be more valuable sub-divided and tucked away. Then brought out when they are worth more through exploration and increase in equity. This also allows the owner of to do has they feel best for themselves. They may bring them into HMIT maybe not.
It should be no surprise to anyone going forward that some acquisitions seem to happen overnight, after all they own EPL to these properties already.
Mark Klok owns International Land Development Group LLC - CMM Series. Incorporated in NY
Larry Rentz -"while continuing his real estate and home building business in the United States". I could not find anything bad on Larry so I am standing pat.
That was a pretty good guess for an average Joe.
Not sure what is going to happen here but we will see first hand.
There is 200,000 available to short at MM - NITE.
IMO think any real problems with this stock will occur at the .10 level. IF it goes that high this year.
But some financials and disclosure of assets might help.
IMO I think the CEO is dreaming bigger than we are.
Merger & Acquisition Activity in the Mining Sector
Through to September 2007, the Canadian M&A market continued to grow albeit at a slower pace than in the same period last year as shown below.
First 9 months
2007 2006
Gold
Number of Deals 22 35
Dollar Value ($ millions) $7,803 $14, 172
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Metals and Mining
Number of Deals 200 166
Dollar Value ($ millions) $68,356 $48,734
Source: Financial Post - Crosbie
In the Gold sector, 22 merger and acquisition deals were completed as of September 30, 2007 compared to the 35 deals completed for the same period in 2006. In dollar value, this represented almost a 50% drop compared to the same period in 2006.
In contrast, the Metals and Mining sector was very active in the first nine months of 2007 with 200 transactions valued at US $68.4 billion, compared to 166 transactions valued at US $48.7 billion in the first three months of 2006, an increase in dollar value of 40%.
In terms of M&A multiples, the following table tracks IBK Capital’s statistics on a selected number of M&A transactions completed by gold mining companies since 2003.
First 9 months
2007 FY 2006 FY 2005 FY 2004 FY 2003
# of Publicly announced deals 25 51 33 34 44
Estimated Price Paid per Ounce of Gold Resource
- Producing Assets $115
- Exploration Assets $24
A number of mega M&A deals are worth noting. In October 2006, CVRD (now called Vale) acquired Inco Ltd. for $17 billion. Vale is headquartered in Brazil and is one of the world’s largest metals and mining companies. It is the world leader in iron ore production and since taking over Inco, the world leader in nickel production as well.
In early November 2006, Xstrata plc completed its acquisition of Falconbridge Limited in a transaction valued at $19.6 billion. Xstrata, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, maintains a significant position in seven major international commodity markets: copper, coking coal, thermal coal, ferrochrome, nickel, vanadium, zinc, a smaller but profitable aluminium business, recycling facilities, and additional exposures to gold, lead and silver and a suite of global technologies, many of which are industry leaders.
In August 2006, the acquisition of Glamis Gold Ltd. by Goldcorp Inc. was one of the largest deals in the gold sector, with a transaction value of $9.5 billion.
In June 2007, Yamana Gold Inc. made a bid to takeover Northern Orion Resources Inc. and Meridian Gold Inc. which was accepted by Northern Orion but rejected by Meridian Gold. Yamana Gold ended up making 3 more unsuccessful bids until Meridian finally accepted Yamana Gold’s fourth offer at a share price premium of 25% (based on the 20 day weighted average prior to the initial announcement). This represented a 13% increase from the initial offer and a total transaction value of $3.7 billion.
In June 2007, Russia’s MMC Norilsk Nickel succeeded in acquiring Lion Ore Mining International Ltd. for $6.8 billion after outbidding Xstrata Plc for this Canadian nickel producer.
In July 2007, Rio Tinto Plc made a US $38.1 billion friendly take-over of Alcan Inc., the second largest takeover in Canadian history. This acquisition made Rio Tinto the largest aluminium company in the world, hoping to capitalize on China’s expected increasing demand for aluminium.
Consolidation in the mining sector continues in full swing in the last quarter of 2007. BHP Billiton Ltd. proposed to take over Rio Tinto Plc in one of the largest takeover bids of all time (US $140 billion). There is also speculation that Xstrata Plc could be subject to a take over bid from either Vale or Anglo American Plc.
After a series of big deals in 2006 and 2007, the mining sector is now dominated by a handful of large publicly traded companies. In terms of market capitalization, the seven largest companies are:
BHP Billiton Ltd. $194 billion
Rio Tinto Plc $170 billion
Vale $134 billion
Anglo American Plc $91 billion
Xstrata Plc $76 billion
MMC Norilsk Nickel $53 billion
Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. $40 billion

Ring, is there a way to delete a profile, or impose a ban on BADNEWS54 I am done, but habits are sometimes hard to break.
No issues here as far as I am concerned.
Just trying to co-exist here.
Shorts yes I am interested in any e-mails you want to share that are relavent to HMIT.
No it was not I that deleted any messages.
Just watch the volume, should expect an increase.
Do not expect millions of new shares to come flowing like what happened with SBMI.
wow lot of deleted messages today.
I can be an SOB most of time.
I expect HMIT to produce gold in the near future.
I expect Shorts to follow through with the SEC and report back us here on the board.
A note to a few I know that hold stock. This will be a tough ride but do not get to bent out of shape here.
This is and will be a project, I never thought the stock price would run up just because HMIT goes into production.
HMIT is stating there is a little over 115,000/oz they expect to produce over a 5 year period pretty modest expections but do able and again they are committed.
HMIT did reduce the number of issued shares that is a good start.
sorry working,
I think it is good..got to go
Now 258,914,171 went down.

Know anything about this company?
http://www.internationalstocktargets.com/
I once stated that there was 55 One million blocks up for grabs
I no longer believe that today.
But I am not selling or removing my debt.
Mark K needs to just kept moving forward and provide information. Why hasn't the Company Profile been updated?
Remenber nothing is for FREE
I am interested in the Yellow Stuff.
The new poster keeps talking about the float, and jaded past
as a reason to buy. If there is proof of the number in float HMIT can added this information to their Web Site and other information.
None of us want to see a JADED future...
HMIT should be very buzy now trying to meet a production schedule.
Looks like the same Born On Date..and it is not beer.
I am interested in the same person look the same?

Hello fellow goldbugs! Ive been at this awhile and I thought I'd take a moment of whoevers time who wants to listen to me ramble so here it goes. I remember HMIT from little over a year ago and how that mess turned out. That said, it is true that there is new management that are better focused and driven to succeed and I would suppose a jaded past presses them to be ever more determind to move forward. I highly doubt the individual/s who loaned them 1 million dollars did so without first listening closely to a plan that convinced them to participate.
7 years ago I began telling all my associates to buy Gold/Silver and the Euro dollar. 8 months later I told them to start buying Petro and shortly after that Natgas. I've said all that to say this... HMIT has a float of just 50 million shares and the pps is .022. Given their projections and amount of shares out and the current pps , well , it doesn't take a PHD to figure where the pps will go in the no to distant future. Food for thought is most of these penny issues have around a billion and upwards of 2 billion shares out at the same pps of HMIT and I might add with a lot less going for them. Here you have a company that is projecting production within a very short time. I know I know many keep wanting to look at the past sins of the company but need I remind those of such thoughts that markets are "Forward" moving while past data is used it is one least of given tools to factor future performance. Again, I recognized immediately the end before the begining on HMIT and my money has been placed and will continue to be for the next few days / weeks!

Wow! Where'd optimisium go? Everyone gets excited when it moved up and cheered it on but really time will tell and I am long and adding. With only 55 million in the float when more positive precise news hits many will be chasing unless many decide to add like me on pull backs. I for one have faith in the little company as I feel they have something to prove coming from a jaded past! Yeah Faith I tell ya!
(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)
Let see if we get hit with the same
Any way to track back to a source the 2BNtune post?
You can find Mark Klok's e-mail address in the iBox
I am sure he will like you.
Stones - "start me up and I will never stop"
Of course...and today I am glad to see the support.
That would be pretty cool
You of all people! last one I would have expected.
Well lets through caution to the wind.
Do you think HMIT could reach a Cult status in the pinksheet mining cluster of stocks. When they anounce production results in March sometime?
Everyone loves a winner.
How often does one of these actually go into production?
Correct a Joke is a fair way to put it.
This stock was a mess and Mark has done a nice job so far.
This thing is getting closer to production, pressure is on.
I think I am asking for too much right now and that is where Mark and this Mark differ.
Just waiting back stage and watching.
Best!
Feel like I can no longer be objective.
So I need to stop posting since my IMO's would be slanted.
I did not want my e-mails to Mark to be an issue for me or him.
This stock is still HIGH on my list and want to see the share price go up with positive information.
Good think is, these boards are for discussions and really do not affect the PPS.
RDB private reply's are available with a Premium Subscription!
Sorry
But ask about the Float and if he is going to add Investor Information section on the web site.
I received and e-mail from Mark K and asked a couple of simple questions, I do not want to post the reply but as expected my last e-mails have made him uneasy to continue converse with me.
Burnt Bridges. I was really hot about some things.
Hope you can keep your line open.
I do not like to quote third part information only use this type of information to confirm what is know to all.
good luck

This stock is high on my watch list.
