Lets see CSTI and NITE pick it up now. Looking for that PUSH above double 4's before the weekend.
VERY nyyyyyyce.....I wonder how all those double 1's little gals r doing right now. LOL.
No "conversion formula of the obligation" So they will let the MM's deicide what its worth. Thats how you create a market. They cant sell all at 0022 or whatever. They wil find an average price of what the shares are worth and swing it up and down from there.
Thats a basically how the market works. It would be kinda boring market if it didnt move
ATDF is back on the ask, with NITE and CSTI collecting, as i mentioned in the morning. They were hiding bids all damn day.
It looked bad all day. MM;s are disappearing off mine and come back a couple hours later.
2days Average PP$: $0.00290
POWER HOUR Where are all these MM;s starting to show up from now
OOh good golly, its the nostradamus, still waiting for the double 1's. Let me guess its going down? its dead...company in big trouble...LOL. Buddy have a glass wine and sit back.
Pretty awsome NO NEWS! Stock is correcting itself on natural cycle. Correlating itself with price of gold.
Sell move on....Next!!
Lets talk 1 hour before POWER HOUR end of day bell . Lets let the MM's play their games and see where we are setup then. And then lets make some predictions. Did you not read read my posts 10days weeks ago callling for a push late this week?
WoooW AWARENESS starting to flow, we break double 40, ITS SHOW TIME!!!
PCFG!!! SOLID FINDS...
Disagree, people who were touting "double 1's are coming", "sell-off" "they are dead" are the ones claiming a move back down again! Trying to collect what they missed out on .
Missed that BUY action at 0032. Love the way MM: ATDF is whimpering back now off ANY BUY PRESSURE!!!
Thanks...Numbers are extremly important to me in this game!
You are extremly quick to predict doom and gloom without basing it off anything but "YOU THINK" Settle down! We are still in September we got until NOVEMBER!!!
OOH the flippers!!!
Double Bottom Reversal
The Double Bottom Reversal is a bullish reversal pattern typically found on bar charts, line charts and candlestick charts. As its name implies, the pattern is made up of two consecutive toughs that are roughly equal, with a moderate peak in-between. Note that a Double Bottom Reversal on a bar or line chart is completely different from Double Bottom Breakdown on a P&F chart. Namely, Double Bottom Breakdowns on P&F charts are bearish patterns that mark a downside support break.

Thats a good thing...let them get things sorted out behind the scenes while the PP$ corrects itself. Then hit us with some news when the flippers have all exited the building! Hopefully we will have created a new SUPPORT between double 4 & 6.
They are sitting low the BID now with big orders. Shaking the TREE once again!
LOL....Indeed. Keep a close on NITE and CSTI. They were heavy eating up the shares off that dump.
OOH bay-bee. I know you the quietness means you got you face planted against that screen watching L2.
Howdy Budz....Yes indeed! Still looking forward to seeing a filing. Maybe next week
MM: ATDF needs to stay "closed for bizness" HA and the L2 line-up loooks THIN as ice, all the way backup.
Dont want to speak too early and wake the mofo up!
Solid Bro...Nice patience! Long time trader like yourself knows the marks and marks the spot. People speculating .001, if they have that thought why not sell now and double up down thurr. If we go down thurr, people will not like the next PR......Shake Rattle and Roll
Talked about kissing this mark early last week with a call of a push mid to late this week. NO ONE can call a bottom but excellent time to lock'n load'm!
No, not saying there is no selling taking place. All iam saying is, there is a buyer for the shares. Most likely be in the form of private placement (pre-arranged buyer). Take a look at the volume on the chart. It helps give you a better picture. Why are we not seeing HUGE price drops on the LARGE volume "SELL OFF" as you call it. Not much price movement to the down side on the HUGE sell offs. As a matter of fact most of the days on BIGGER volume, the candles appear to be BULLISH. All the major volume there is not much price movement at all. Try selling 5 to 10 million shares each day on any other OTC play these days. The bid does NOT hold up even remotely close as well as PCFG has been doing.
We have a large firm and/or organization loading up on the shares. This is the most consecutive volume days the stock has seen for quite sometime, maybe since inception. You tell me nothing is going on behind the scenes??
I dont mind waiting iam in no rush. This is mid to longer term hold for me, loading dips.
"were incurred primarily to prepare the plant and equipment at Black Rock Canyon for operations."
BULLISH sign ZERO short interest. Means no one is betting against the current price and think we are below fair market value:

So expect to see a filing shortly to put all the theory to rest.

As you can tell it appears as though seller could be exhausted here very soon. Volume trend bars are getting smaller. I would suspect a push by mid to late next week.....
"the Company has decided to not currently mine any more of the mudflow material but to focus on its' previously identified pay gravels for the remainder of 2011. Depending on the world spot price of gold, the Company may return to new areas of the mudflow in the future. The mudflow is located underneath the pay gravels in the deposit and is relatively easy to bypass when mining."
Highlighted in bold is the reason we are seeing the "quiet time"
Now with Gold heading back up to more natural priced levels, do you think we will continue to hear silence. If so ya then we can be worried.
DUMP theory iam not convinced. I think retail was buying in 004 - 008 range, where the bottom resistance broke. This is MUCH bigger. What that maybe placement, conversion possibly accredited investor buying. Until i see an actual filing confirming this all is based on speculation and we are going to have to wait at 2 weeks to determine both theorys to base judegement. All eyes will be on the sec filings.
What do you make of one 1 largest main stream sites for Gold resources puts an estimated value on the land PCFG has the rights to at 500,000 OZ. See below...
And back to the topic of the 43-101 they did state not to long ago that:
Questions from Shareholders
Below Company Management has attempted to address some of the more popular questions from shareholders;
BRCM 43-101 - The Company's 43-101 was completed in 2010 however the report only covers a portion of the resources under claim and lease to the Company. The 43-101 report will not be made public so as to avoid confusion in the market. The Company plans to eventually prepare an updated 43-101 on the entire resource area controlled by the Company, however this action has been delayed pending the acquisition of the B&B claims and for financial reasons. Once the revised 43-101 report is completed, which the Company expects to not be until at least the middle of 2012, the Company will consider releasing a summary of the results of the report but not the entire report. Shareholders should note that the 43-101 is not a Securities Act related document and the Company is not required to prepare one. The report's main purpose is for internal planning and financing. The 43-101 generally places resources into three categories, Measured, Indicated and Inferred. The method of increasing a resources confidence level requires more testing and increased expense. In an alluvial operation, su ch as the BRCM, the expense associated with increasing from an Indicated to a Measured category is nearly the same as actually mining the deposit. Based on the costs involved, the Company is in favor of proving its resources to the Indicated category when possible.
Gold will break out of a narrow band of trading in which the precious metal has been stuck for 12 months and will head towards $1,700 an ounce or higher as central bank moves and production problems increase the demand for gold, analysts told CNBC.
Priced in euro terms, gold posted its highest close of 2012 on Friday after the Federal Reserve's Chairman Ben Bernanke left the door open for a further round of quantitative easing (explain this) in a highly-anticipated speech on Friday.
"There's no doubt there's a big problem. Input costs have been rising [and] the gold price hasn't kept up with it...The marginal cost of production is not at all helpful for the major gold producers [as well as] wage input problems for the big companies."
Speaking about a potential return to a gold standard - to link the dollar (Exchange:.DXY) to gold - that the Republican party are making a part of their policy (a standard that was last axed by President Nixon (link)during the oil crisis in 1971) Naylor-Leyland said it would need serious consideration and could "open up a can of worms untouched for 40 years".

There were some partial results posted in 1 of the Q's, i believe. Not a lot of the info but had some heads tuned into it for sure. Let me digg around.
If i were you i would go back and read the 43-101 technical report NRG filed to get the exact numbers.
For the other properties still in exploration phase, iam just like you, i have no clue unless i see something in the form 43-101 report. Not going to do all the homework here. Looking forward to hearing for an update on 1 of these exploration phase areas in the form of a 43-101.
Either way the market works off supply and demand, currently there is a demand for gold whether it be in the ground or flowing down the screening chain. If nothing catastrophic hit the company, we should start rounding bottom and heading north sometime soon in the coming week or so.
VOLUME is a sure tell sign that obviously something big is happening behind the scenes. Looking forward for the coming weeks.
EXTREMELY undervalued for an exploration /starting production phase company.
Let's look at the central bank demand first.
In the last fortnight we heard that central banks continue quietly to buy gold according to the IMF
Russia bought 16.55 tonnes in March.
Mexico bought 16.81 tonnes in March.
Turkey bought 11.48 tonnes in March.
Argentina bought 7 tonnes in March.
Kazakhstan bought 4.3 tonnes in March.
Other central banks bought smaller amounts. A total of 12 central banks were buyers. We have no reason to believe that this well-established trend will change. Inscrutable China does not report its purchases because it uses a separate Chinese agency to do so, which last handed over 600 tonnes in 2009. Expect the next handover in two years' time.
Gold investors should weigh this feature of the gold market very heavily as this emphasizes the monetary aspect of gold, which is completely different to any other type of demand.
Central banks see gold as a very important reserves asset. This means that when a nation is facing extreme situations, the one asset that they can use as acceptable international money is gold.

Interesting clips:
PCFG filed the FORM-D August .07; and thats what brought upon my theory of someone playing the "CATCHER" role of these shares.
"CATCHER" who that maybe? we will have to wait a couple days to confirm Hopefully its on these big boyz looking into their operation using up their time and resources. Anyways you put it interest is here!
Rule 506 of Regulation D
Rule 506 of Regulation D is considered a "safe harbor" for the private offering exemption of Section 4(2) of the Securities Act. Companies using the Rule 506 exemption can raise an unlimited amount of money. A company can be assured it is within the Section 4(2) exemption by satisfying the following standards:
The company cannot use general solicitation or advertising to market the securities;
The company may sell its securities to an unlimited number of "accredited investors" and up to 35 other purchases. Unlike Rule 505, all non-accredited investors, either alone or with a purchaser representative, must be sophisticated—that is, they must have sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to make them capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment;
Companies must decide what information to give to accredited investors, so long as it does not violate the antifraud prohibitions of the federal securities laws. But companies must give non-accredited investors disclosure documents that are generally the same as those used in registered offerings. If a company provides information to accredited investors, it must make this information available to non-accredited investors as well;
The company must be available to answer questions by prospective purchasers;
Financial statement requirements are the same as for Rule 505; and
Purchasers receive "restricted" securities, meaning that the securities cannot be sold for at least a year without registering them.
While companies using the Rule 506 exemption do not have to register their securities and usually do not have to file reports with the SEC, they must file what is known as a "Form D" after they first sell their securities. Form D is a brief notice that includes the names and addresses of the company’s owners and stock promoters, but contains little other information about the company.
