Much appreciated
There looks to be more interest in the stock as it is peeking its head out of the ground now. I think the anticipation of the release is going to keep bringing it up gradually as we approach January. I am pretty happy I snagged some more stock at .004.
You could respond to my question about Sandy's departure which was my actual question and not about the person's gender.
Well I know I am checking it out because I am a big fan of MMA and there has not been a public MMA related company that I know about, other than IFLI which has been running in the red. Due to the popularity of MMA as of late, it is only a matter of time for a public company to capitlize on this market. Also, I have been seeing a lot of people from TFN appear on shows as panelists who were very informative so I wanted to check out BKMP.
Anyone know details regarding Sandy's departure? In the last PR regarding management change, it stated that she left and a couple other people took over.
I know many people were getting frustrated with her making promises that never came true and I was wodnering if this lead to her departure.
What announcement? I am trying to catch up on the happenings with this stock.
Thanks in advance.
The fight network has been appearing all over the place lately. On the HDnet show called Inside MMA, a person (who was very knowledgable) from The Fight Network was on the panel as a guest. I can't remember the other occasions that I have heard references but it is somewhat comforting that The Fight Network is getting so much visibilty recently.

Great news there. I really think this release date is going to happen and with three distributing brokers...this should be pretty darn big.
I believe!!!
Earth shattering no...but what the information may infer is good news.
That is what I am assuming. This is like pre-news about the launch if the story is true.
Putting the facts together....if Fedfunz is a trader and he is familiar with Spooz (as he went to many demos) what position would he be the most valuable? The answer would be assisting the customers (professional traders) with using STv2.
So with all of this information in hand, I would say that the Jan 2008 release date is looking pretty solid.
Interesting how to tone of this forum has turned on a dime. This is not the first delay of product release, but this time finally people are upset?
This has been a trend with this company that should have been noticed long ago. I had brought it up several times...from their website not being updated professionally, to their ads in magazines inviting people to download their demo when it wasn't even available, STv1 was never released and now we are going to STv2.
Like I said with all of these things, this has been a major trend that has driven me crazy. That doesn't mean that I don't believe that they will release the product and that it won't be successful. I think it will come out and it will do well, but I also believe that from what I have seen there will be some unforeseen bumps in the road, even from where we are now.
I think people need to ask themselves what fundamentally changed about the company that is making you sell at a low point. We heard from people who were presented the demo and heard from traders that were blown away by it. There are delays, yes...but nothing changed enough for me to sell. I am a little upset with the delays, but I am not selling...and heck if it does hit .002 again I will probably scoop some more up as that is where I bought the bulk of my shares anyway.
I am long and strong...but I don't understand why others are getting out now and the price dropping so harshly.
I am going to use this as an opportunity to buy 100K more shares on the cheap though.
So I haven't been super involved in keeping up with things lately due to being very busy at work. Can someone please summarize why the stock price has dropped so much without a negative PR?
THanks in advance
I bought some more at .009 so I am happy.
I don't know, but I have a buy order in for .009
I am excited too but they need to release the software already. Or it will be more advertisment without the product being available.
Kinda like back when they had full page ads in trading magazines saying "Come to the website to try out the demo" and there wasn't one. Or when the website is setup to take orders for Spooztools but then you can't order them.
I hope they are selling at least secretly to private parties at this point and we just don't know about it yet.
I don't get it either...but I keep periodically snatching some more up. I think once it starts to go up people will start to take notice. Also, once they completely release STv2 people who doubt Spooz will start to believe and then the price will shoot up.
Hasn't it been revealed already? The 141 deal is going to generate 1.5 million plus 7% revenue generated. Isn't that the millions that Paul was referring to?
Additionally, they are now out of the quiet period obviously since 2 Prs have been released. And they were only supposed to be out of the quiet period once the deal was done...which I imagine is 141.
Everything is looking awesome but it is just weird that the stock price has not gone up. I would expect with Spooz actually generating revenue now that we would be breaking the .14 brick wall.
Oh well...I am long, strong and playing ping pong.
Thanks for the positive mind set but you are two day early...at least. If Spooz honor their own statement, they will need to release a PR next week as it is the last week of Sept as they are supposed to release within that timeframe.
Well tomorrow is my prediction since I will be on the road all day, I figure that is why shiznit is going down with my luck.
That makes some sense...and then since they are in a quiet period they unable to announce this. That is a very good theory.
I try to stay positive too and I think good things are coming...the little technical stuff that isn't totally professional drives me crazy though.
Nope, again this should be seemless. I work in the industry and do this stuff all the time. I guess since this is still a small company they don't have the same 99.9% uptime mentality. What most people do is build the new website in paralell to the old one and then just change the domain name to resolve to a different network address and poof it works without downtime.
It is most likely a problem with the hosting company they use. Their main site and fractalz use different hosting companies/different DNS servers so this is probably some kind of outage.
Maybe they are updating the website, which could be good news. But the bad news is that this should be a seemless process for any decent web developer/designer.
I think it is going to be awesome because I am moving to Seattle. =)
I have never noticed it and didn't notice that he had it when fighting Gonzaga a week ago, although I was paying more attention to the fight. Having Randy on board though is great as there is no better ambassador for the sport of MMA.
I didn't see that. Did someone push the "undo" button?
Yep, up to over 35 mil for the day.
The full page Spooz ad in Active Trader magazine when I was at borders last weekend. Not sure if the new edition of this magazine doesn't have it either, but just throwing it out there that I saw it.
Just trying to explain why most people use Microsoft Office and more importantly for this discussion excel which is part of the suite. For compatability reasons in business, Microsoft Office is almost always used.
Yes, OpenOffice is open source. I do believe I have read that Spooz is designed to run on excel but it doesn't have to. I would expect that it might take a little configuration to make it work with various other spreadsheet options though.
I don't think that people running non-Microsoft Operating Systems would bother with the trouble of this as the following solutions are available.
Running on a Mac - Microsoft Office makes a version of Office for Mac. (http://www.apple.com/macosx/applications/office/) Or alternatively, a Mac user can run "Parelells" (virtual machine) and effectively run a Windows OS computer within the Mac. Either of these solutions would allow you to run excel thus using STv2 would be possible.(http://www.parallels.com/en/products/desktop/)
Running on Linux, FreeBSD, Mac OS X, and Solaris - You can run Wine. Wine will let you run Windows programs on the aforementioned operating systems.

Ah, I am trying to figure out what is going on with BKMP. Looks like a buyout going on.
I just threw in $100 for fun which I don't care about losing obviously as I in several other solid positions.
Wow, friendly bunch O people here it seems.
Hi people, I just invested in Blackout. I don't know much about the company, but I had to throw a little bit in just because I am a huge MMA fan.
Thanks, I hadn't seen that before.
I show zero volume on Scottrade as well. I do however have a small buy order in for .011
Yeah, that is still my question. I called up the company asked for a demo, was then transferred to Tom Opper who never returned my email.
I think we will have a PR today or tomorrow informing people about the investment situation and announcing the STv2 release due for September. It would make sense to PR a little before the new month to me, but it is obviously not a certainty.
