Rick...now that we are all starting to understand what I will call "Tivus-speak", I will agree there are probably at least 4 hotels currently in various stages of installation, possibly more.
IF (lol) the board gets populated by more industry experts, the sorts of folks who are known for their expertise in their related fields, I would say this number would triple next year, at least....if I may hazard a guess.
If Vulcans are eligible for certain positions, I might just apply myself. Kidding. Kirk would kill me.
SPock out.
JPR...VERY, Very well-said.
And since there has never really been any proof of any kind of wrong-doing on SP's part., not once, ever can we finally put to rest the charges of fraud and impropriety?
PLease?
Let's imagine, for a moment, that the team..to whom he now defers, is a knowledgeable and experienced team. New? Yes. Learning their ways to work with each other? Sure.
Can enough of us understand the information contained within the news release that is not written out explicitly to get a feel for what is under way behind the scenes?
My bet is that every single person on this board is at least smart enough to accomplish this.
I need more copper in my blood. I am feeling cranky. I'm gonna go "spock" someone just to blow off a little steam.
SPock out.
R3 Got one email. Found it in the spam inbox..probably because of the corrut domain name...which you fixed. i will contact you back shortly. Thanks.

"J" Not sure to what you are referring. I do not want to come across as delivering any info that is contradictory or unsubstantiated. I do recall SP specifically saying that he was excited (that was the word I think he used) to say that he could now announce that an installation in India was now well under way.
I do NOt recall him saying what the contract amount was for or for how many rooms the installation was.
If you'd like to have a dialog with me off IHUB about this I can give you an email address.
When he disclosed this I remember feeling quite excited about it since India is a huge country with a tech-savvy population and it is growing all the time. It was exactly this sort of news I was expecting him to PR about yesterday.Perhaps on the website more of the details will be spelled out.
SPock ...standing by.
Ok, then..... I think what might not be clear here is that..another installation is well underway. In India.
Spock out.
I just checked my Inbox....No reply, yet.

Spock...out.
Just to clarify: this is the 2011 CC, not yesterday's CC.
SPock...sleeping.
PM75... It is probably my fault that you are frustrated right now. I am the one who mentioned a forthcoming PR in terms of recalling that SP had said one would come today ...or so I thought.I apologize.Perhaps I am mistaken about this. Hopefully the PPS stays down here until all have a chance to hear and assess the news for themselves.
I have sent SP and email to see if he can clarify for us when this PR will occur.
SPOCK ERROR ----terminate faulty unit!!!
KS,,the PPS absolutely does lie...all the time. You know it does. Not picking a fight, just sayin'.
Spock...dropped some glue on my tribble. Oopsy-diasy.
R3 You on excoboard? You are a shareholder, right?
vulcan
PS...I 'Thought" I understood that one big thing SP revealed would be made public today. In all truth there were several times when the audio was interrupted by callers leaving their speakerphones open...and some information may not have translated across that, but this sort of thing only happened a few times.
SP was completely at the ready to take on any naysayers right out of the gate. He opened up the floor to anyone. There were no takers. Not one. After half an hour of questions SP offered one more time for anyone with a gripe to come forward. No takers.
R3, I know you are a skeptic, or at the very least a realist. I do feel very much that you would've liked all that got disclosed yesterday. This is one reason why I am so positive on Tivus today. In the past I had placed alot of faith in Jwez. I have not been let down. Things are considerably better than one can glean from the "public at large" perspective.
I expect I will continue to pile on as much stock as I can afford to over time, but I know that my days of being able to grab prices like these are very numbered.
Spock.............wallpapering my foyer.
@DDiver I'll say it once. You are wrong. Anyone who now thinks Tivus is a con game should just go play in someone else's yard now.It is a real company with real customers, real employees and real sacrifice having been made by those who know what they're doing. Bank on it.
On the other hand, if you really enjoy spending your time the way you spend it here, I am sorry. I know all about the vacuum-cleaner salesman. There is no comparison whatsoever to what is going on here.
What I sincerely hope for you is that as you take a good hard look at all of the facts as we go through, say the next month or so,that you come to a similar conclusion to the one I have come to.
Tivus is real, it is happening and all one need to is stake a position and ride the ride.
Spock.......reading a good book.
@Rick It's that nasty D word. Again, based on the state of things now I don't really care if Tivus dilutes the entire 6B to keep things running. That being said, more conventional financing options are going to open up. The good news is that we aren't going to have to wait a freakin' year for that to be the case. You'll see what I mean soon enough I am certain of it.
Spock....feeding my fish.
@King If you could be more specific, I may be able to address it.
SPock...out
@Pianoman My Confidence is extremely high.
My order is in and I am awaiting confirmation later this AM that the transaction is complete. SP has listened very well to his advisors and he has put together a team that makes perfect sense, further, based on the CC information--I even said this last night-- I am extremely long on Tivus now.
You may recall that Tivus put itself on "pause" earlier this year.
The reason is this...(not part of CC) Tivis' technology does not just apply to the hospitality industry. It is applicable to any industry where groups of people of any size can be the targets of an advertizing campaign. Think about that for a few minutes.
This meant that Tivus---if it wanted to have a shot at capitalizing on this fact-- would have to revise its gameplan.
This is what Tivus has been doing. Of course, the hospitality industry is the core concern and their primary focus remains there as it should... but they are not going to allow anyone to come in and grab any part of a new market which they-single-handedly- are creating.
When you hear of a young growing company and what it should be looking like if it is to be successful, Tivus is now IT in my book.
Kirk didn't hear the CC and he keeps promising me stuff if I spill. I am just telling him to buy as much as he is comfortable buying. I think he is going to have the shipboard computer remove the atmosphere from my quarters pretty soon, though....if I don't talk.
Spock out.
Spock...hailing tivunauts. Greetings.
My expectation--based on what I recall SP saying--was that he would make a PR today. I am noy spilling beans becuase I understand and agree with the terms and conditions of participating in the CC yesterday. No fear...simply honoring my part of the deal.
There are still plenty of folks out there who are skeptical. I understand it. I admit myself that from time to time my faith waned badly. After what I heard yesterday, though, I am onboard for a long haul for sure. SP has serious key components in position and he has good explanations for things we've been curious about.
Tivus is going to rock very hard, perhaps as early as 10:00 am EDT today. I kmow there will be flippers. Godspeed to all of them.
Tivus IS ready.
Spock...to the party room.
Joshuri....Jsteel cooked his own goose.I am sure he'll be back. Ihub violations.
As for Tivus and what you should know..... I am a rule-follower here and the terms of the CC were that the information given was in confidence. I would honor this as I would a request from you to honor a confidence between you and I. I do think at some point, salient parts of the CC will be on the shareholder part of the website.
As for specifics... I think it is safe to say that SP understands that IF he wants Tivus to be taken seriously by anyone who could help Tivus, he has to play by big-boy rules. He has to file all financials on time, he has to insure his board, he has to prove his company can deliver ALL it promises. He has no time for people who want to write things just to piss him or his staff off or otherwise get in the way of them bringing Tivus to its highest and best use.
Tivus is starting something new and basically anyone who wants to try and beat him at a game he invented is welcomed to try, but unless they have very, very deep pockets and a lot of great connections, he's will win. Tivus is posturing itself to be a major player in a service we're all accustomed to, but he is doing it on such a much higher level and of such a wider scope that there is now no real doubt that it is becoming a game - changer.
Invest now, keep your ears open and the details will surely find their way to you. Tivus is a good thing.I am glad I attended the CC. There is no stopping Tivus now. It's on its way.
SPock out.
Here's to flying pigs.

I am adding.
No doubt.
SPock....staring at clock...waiting for next session.
I believe I understood SP to say that the big announcement will be made public before market tomorrow. Of course, I can't talk about it publicly....but along with everything else he had to say I am thrilled.
We did not get PUNKED.
If folks don't like SP personally they'd better find a way to evolve or move on. At this point I would not be at all surprised if in 3-5 years Tivus had as much name recognition as Tivo, Netflix or Verizon. It sounds like there is a very real possibility that a moment can come where things are quite literally moving faster than anyone at Tivus can even figure out how to manage.
Gosh.
SPock.... giggling into the Sorian brandy.
I KNOW I'll be purchasing more at opening of market in the morning and every chance thereafter. This cannot help but go well beyond pennies eventually. I am so stoked , the points on my ears are gone!!!!! Feels kinda funny.
Call me a pushover or whatever you want.... i am so freakin' long on tivus now,
i don't know if I would ever sell. I am listening to ceo speak.
I don't care if he dilutes the whole 6B if he needs it.
JWEZ is right.
Pigs fly.
Spock out.
My logic circuits are all in a wad. Why, one might ask?
1.) Millions of shares have been moving through without the slightest budge in price for days on end.
2.)There has been no PR of any kind.
3.) The conference call imposes an unenforceable gag on attendees.
4. ) The CC occurs after the close of market.
5.) by the open of market tomorrow much information will have changed hands several times and my guess is that the immediate course of Tivus' actions will still not make clear what the immediate future holds.... thereby causing a state of confusion in the marketplace which...as we all know... does not bode well for PPS.
6.) IF tomorrow brings a PR at any time which in any way impacts the information shared among the CC attendees in any negative way...the world will end.
As I stated before, someone is going to yell "PUNKED" just in time for the worst damage to have already occurred. I have somehow managed to talk myself into being supportive these past many months despite how poorly my investment here has gone... but my resiliency has been all used up. If I find myself at 4:15 pm Wednesday weeping quietly into my Sorian brandy that Mr. Scott gave me becuase of how the previous 24 hours panned out I may have to leave the Federation, along with Tivulution, and go back to being a fungus farmer on Vulcan.( "Fuzz-farmers" on Vulcan make a humble, but steady, living with little stress.)
I need more fiber in my diet.
Spock out.
Thank you, Mighty Gooroo. Now I have some understanding. So, people who were fortunate enough to get in on the triplenaught-1s are doubling their money, likely.

TIvusBoard Timeout LOVE IT!!!
What a great idea.
Now, If I could just understand why my etrade page keeps showing (as it has for the last 3 sessions)that there are only 5000 shares left at .0002 , many millions sold way above those 5000 shares, but no change in price, I would feel like my miond has not been turned off completely...because... I DON'T UNDERSTAND what is HAPPENING here.
After all, I am only a mere spock of dust in a huge universe.
SOmebody help me understand... I beg you... or is this just the will of Landrew?
Peace and Contentment be unto you, my brothers.
Peace and Contentment.
Sometimes it just feels like Tivus is punishing us for being shareholders at all. Some opportunities to enhance the value of our investment have passed by without being exploited. I see less than a million on the ask all day long, millions of shares get purchased yet the price does not change. Restricting the number of outstanding shares definitely has an effect on the supply/demand equation so when all 3 BILLION shares are finally sold, the number gets doubled? Really?
6 Billion shares. We'll never be able to cap. 6 billion shares for a long, long time.
I just want to do the human thing and cry. SP says that Tivus is strong, yet won't let us see what evidence he has to support it.
Now, as for this CC where the information disseminated is confidential... of course, I will honor this stipulation. But SP must know that someone(s) will probably not be so inclined. That being said, how candid can he really be tomorrow? At this point I'd almost rather sign an NDA.
How can we ignore the fact that the CC happens after the market closes?
I am just"venting". I do not expect anyone to respond. I am simply frustrated and I need to blow off a little bit of steam is all.
I'll still probably be here when pigs fly.
I waited 7 years to find a new mate on Vulcan. When I finally found her, nearly at the point where my vital signs became incomprehensible, I found out she wanted me to sign this insane 700 page prenup. I told her we could simply mindmeld over a few cocktails to determine our compatibility and to work out potential prenup kinds of problems. She surprisingly agreed. We got to her place and after a little vulcan foreplay (teasing each other with differential equations, scalar maths and such) I lustfully planted my fingertips on the side of her head. It was like reaching into a mailing tube with no bottom. There was NOTHING there, not even spinal fluid. Talk about a "Neutral Zone", sheesh.
Come to find out from a "leak" from the only functional hemisphere in her skull, she'd had something of a lobotomy-like procedure done a number of years ago following a catastrophic accident with a Chinese fingertrap, a Rubic's cube and a wicked riddle written on a Mobius strip all while whizzing by too close to a black hole at warp 9. I won't go into detail. Suffice to say she was not all there. She was not all anywhere, really.
She was perfect, otherwise..she just could not see her way into a modified corpus so that we could have a meaningful union. What a bummer. I was willing to foot the bill. I guess no matter how patient you are, somethings just are not meant to be.
Spock.. out...and still looking.
I am able to log on and I have all the necessary/desired access, however, I did not receive an explicit email of approval. After I rec'd my link (after registration) I get the same 48-72 hour message everyone else did. So I only found out about my status by entering my registration info and being allowed "in".
Spock out.
Bid/Ask very confyoosing. I am not understanding what is going on here. The numbers are noth changing in a rational way. No correlation between volume and B/A prices. What in hell's kitchen is going on?
I am not comfortable with the set-up of the CC either. Attendance is granted only by papal decree an questions are limited to 5 syllables in length or less.
4:15 pm, when only the "special" people who have "special" access to stock market activity, will make it exceedogy difficult to react to the Major news in a way that does not castrate many of us if the news is majorly- not what we want.
I feel I am getting set up. Are we going to get punked?
spock
Ignore this post.
Ignore this post.
Ignore this post.
I cannot put my finger on it but I have this intense "sense" that something very important is happening right about now with Tivus. I don't know even what the heck I am talking about. The numbers don't make sense. The vibes don't sense. Something unusual, but significant is happening as we sit here.
Perhaps my mind has finally snapped. I couldn't safely mindmeld with a cantaloupe right now. One or both of us would turn into a forgettable side dish.(BTW, for the person who asked, Chekov not only peed the spacesuit, he damn near performed fellatio on his joy-stick position control. When the thruster nozzle spurt out some fuel it was, ... well, really, really funny.)
Spock.. oh, so out there it's not funny.
Johnny---Tivus don't gots that many shares to dump. My info indicates nearly all of today's volume thus far is from BUYS. This makes sense if then "MAJOR" news the CEO says is forthcoming has real substance.
The whole Tivus situation is alot like a dynamite shack. Use the contents wisely and you can move a mountain. Anything less, only a crater remains. There is a sh**load of dynamite here and it has been ready for use one way or the other for many months now.
I could walk into this shack and a slight bit of static cling from my 60's polyester Federation uniform and....well..who needs a transporter?
Did you know how unstable dilithium is? I won't go into it now. I could use it for another way cool analogy, but you get my point, no?
Spock out.
48-72 "business hours" may be required for approval.
That's what it says on the website anyway. Well if there are 8 hours in a typical business day, then I probably will not be approved for at least 6-9 "business days" which would be 1-3 days after the conference call. Gotta appreciate those nasty details. Probably nobody will be approved prior to the CC using this criterion.
Clever.
He'll be sitting there waiting for calls that no one is approved to complete. He'll have the whole floor to himself.
Maybe some editing is required there.Could he have meant 2-3 business days, perhaps? Maybe just 48-72 consecutive hours? 7-15 dog years? Who knows.
Spock....slapping forehead...saying bad vulcan words.
Last 4 sessions have been almost completely BUYING sessions, very little selling. That's perhaps up to a qtr. billion shares purchased in the past 4 days. With this morning's huge purchases, the pedal is quite ready to hit the metal with some decent news of any kind. We are rapidly approaching the sort of volume necessary to start a run.
I got my magnetic boots all polished up to race Chekov around the outside of the Enterprise. My longer legs will give me an edge, but not as much of an edge as offering mu metal (mag-field blocking)snap-on treads to him. He will, no doubt, use them and withing 10 meters he will start drifting helplessly away from the hull into deep space. We will beam him back to safety but not until he has peed his space-suit.
SPock out.
Affirmative. Spock out.
Nate: Looks like SP finally has some of the most serious ducks in a row. This is what we have been wanting to see, for sure. This is how you dress the windows when you want to look your very best for new incoming customers or when you have a big bomb to drop.Stick around and keep yer antennae shiny clean. This could be good.
Spock out.
LNET under $0.70 , first time since 2009? SOmething is really going badly there. Though we still are not sure why LNET is having such an awful time of things we can't ignore that iys PPS has been tumbling almost in freefall for some time now.
Is it just a coincidence or can we safely infer anything from this?
Usually its just Ferengi and some Klingons who even use hotels lately (Klingons-because tehey are such crappy guests anywhere else that no one will have them.)Federation bigwigs all demand private suites anny more. I prefer to enter a state of suspended cryonic suspension. This way, I can be shipped to my destination like any other parcel, avoid the unpleasantries of travel, remove myself from cryonics and go about my business feeling like I have only spent a couple of minutes to get there. I LOVE that.
When Tivus can sling my matter around better than a transporter I'll be all over this. I know they have the technology. They're just waiting on some upgraded switches from IBM and then we'll be all set.
Spock.. such a spock.
Welcome to the party BillyCa$h. Tread lightly. Eyes open. Phasers on stun.

On a beast of a stock like this one, I think it is really going to take some very serious volume to really wake up the sleeping giant. My bet would be that it would take volume in excess of 150-200 million. Also, at the moment I don't know where NITE or VERT are sitting and they, as we all know, can be a huge factor in completely icing an otherwise profitable run.
COnversely, a photon torpedo , like the new programmable ones, can be made to look like they are going to waste the entire hemisphere of a planet when in fact all they cause is a foul wind and a few cracked windshields.

If I was not Vulcan, would your "garbage" characterization offend me? If not, the feeling is not your alone, I'm sure.
Your "trash-talkin' science officer.....
Spock.
Dearest Rockets: Terms such as "soon", "shortly" or "in the near future" are very frowned upon in these parts. There is an extensive history of tweets and PRs which have "promised" one thing or another in the near future and quite honestly... all stock performance aside.. we have been sorely let down.
Many have begged, really begged for the sorts of information that most CEOs are readily willing to share--good-or-bad--which the CEO of Tivus is not able to do very well.
He is likelt a brilliant technician, but in the area of communications one cursory review of the website makes the problem painfully clear. The site regularly points out how much Tivus values its sharegolders and the conunication with them, yet, in spectacular contrast, the communication given is of such a poor level as to have sent most supporters running and selling out. It is a true shame and a collosal shortcoming.
Spock out.
I think they should consider another RS. The recent one has worked out so well for everyone. How could I be anything but overjoyed at my investment being worth less than 1/100th of what is was only a couple of months go (after it lost 800 percent of its purchase value)?
