Quebec Doctors are into Refer Madness!

There was 1800 MMAR listed on April 1, 2014.

3000 today. So the Government growers have had to split 1200 customers in a year time. Do you get it when i say that LP's are doomed. They were designed to fail by Ambrose.

Folks, it is quite simple...too many regulations is worst than not enough. Folks don,t go for the hastle. Bad enough to be sick with Stage 4 cancer don't you think.

One has to go to a Adam Greenblatt's private clinic (Sante Cannabis)
and pay around 3 bills to see a doctor and then pay 75$ per 3 month.

They also must be sign in to a 4 year research.

So much regulation and red tape.

Folks turn to the QC huge grey market for an easy proposition, or, simply grow under 6 plants.

LP's are non players. Doctors are not signing new patients and it shows.

So most folks go to grey market for convenience.

MMAR grow their own because they can, or go the CC or LP route.
They lose the MMAR if they do, so they don't.

CC'S are open for business 7 days a week and are the preferred model.

Government LP Growers wait for orders.
Signing doctors are few-in-between.

Most experts agree, the HC's LP model was designed to fail by a Government who does,nt-want-no-refer.
