We will never know if it is happening. PPS will continue to decline and then if they decide to file BK, well we are screwed. I am going to generate a nice email again to Lyric and see if I get a response. I know what the answer will be and then I am going to copy and paste it in a complaint to the SEC and see if anything comes out of it.
I am guessing .004 before the start of the holiday shopping around thanksgiving. I hope .003 but may average down at .004 too and then I know they will give a little pump and dump to this junk company after the shopping season telling everyone how great they did but not putting it on any SEC financial report of course. Should nudge it back to a penny and then get out fast.
The PPS began its heavy downtrend when Lyric failed to file any financials again. This has killed investor confidence combined with their total lack of respect and contact with investors either individually or as a group. They operate out of a rented old house on a side street with 6 employees and outsource production of their products to other countries. There is no factual current info on the company filed so no one knows if they and heading up or down to BK. Investor confidence is dead with this company and it is the companies fault in my opinion. They may put out some fluffy PR during the holiday shopping season that may pump it back to a penney and then it is time to run while you can in my opinion.
Unless of course any profits are going into the bank accounts of the 2 BOD members instead of back into building and expanding the company and creating long term investor confidence. There is zero investor confidence in this company right now except for the few persons on living the dream.
Was disappointing, I was hoping for .003 to average down before the holiday pump and dump.
That is my only reason for holding and averaging down on my PPS. I am hoping they do a little pump and dump over the holiday season and it get back to a penney or two and them I am out. This is a joke of a business in my opinion.
Gip, I understand what you are saying but disagree with you. I did not know they were so anti- shareholder until I have multiple attempts to contact them about my investment with no success. I did not know they were such a secret non reporting SEC company with a corporate HQ in an old rented house on a side street. I did not know they were outsourcing so Chine and Guatamala for their products. I could go on and on. I was duped by the fluff and the fact that it was a pump and dump for that 300% climb and subsequent drop.
Until the company becomes fully SEC complaint and responsive to its investors, we are all being duped.
Just would like a logical answer that I could understand and make sense of rather then "they just choose not to". Just adds more fuel to the fire that he company is nothing but a scam in my opinion.
Oh but wait a minute, they are making millions in profits as we speak but that is not important enough to share with their investors.
They will write a song about Lyric one day I'm sure for all the suckers who took it hook line and sinker.
Does anyone know why or can explain why the 2 BOD members listed for Lyric have never even done a CC for an hour with share holders and answer questions and concerns. Really, it cost nothing for them to get on a conference call with say the first 20 share holders who get online get to ask a question or two and the others get to listen in. Then they post a copy of the CC on the website for all the share holders to have an opportunity ti listen to it.
Why have they never done this in the years they have been in business? Is it the same reason they refuse to talk with via hone or email individually with an investor about the company?
I have never heard of a company being so secretive from its investors.
It may hit a penney or two with a lot o fluff PR from holiday sales i they have any good news. Until they start reporting regular and accurate financials to the SEC, this is a zero company that you might be able to flip here and there for some small profits as Rustler has done previously.
With low volume, low investor confidence, zero contact from the company, etc.... the .006 range won't hold as a support level. It is bound to drop below .005 at some point soon and then maybe all the way down to .003. Great buy in possibly because I know they have to put out some kind of fluff PR for their "tremendous" sales during the holiday season then maybe some newbies get suckered in and we get back to a penny and then sell sell sell because it will drop fast again.
The stock went up 300% and caught my attention. I started do some DD while watching the pullback for the gap fill. All the fluff looked good and it looked like they were starting from the ground up and moving with some trendy ideas. I bought inn when it gapped back to .012 and watched it ride up and hover in .02 range for awhile then it just started going down from there so I started doing much more in depth DD and looking at the real picture instead of the fluff. I made a bad move and am now trying to recover my losses and get out.
Don't believe everything you see on this webpage, facebook, Lyric website, etc.... Do some real digging (like I should have done at first) and see the real show going on behind the scenes.
THis post is 100% correct about Lyric as a company in my opinion.
This is why I am hoping of .003 and then let the holiday shopping season run its course. They should put out some kind of PR for the shopping season sales and hopefully that will bring it back to a penny or two and then it's time to get out if you can sell your shares hopefully.
and others who were duped into buying a million shares and now stand to have substantial losses in their investment due to false and misleading info about a company in my opinion.
Lyric would not last one day as a private company. The only working capital they have is from dumb investors (like me) who were fooled by the fluff.
I do agree with your statement though about getting rid of non reporting companies.
They have 8 employees, you forgot about the chinese day laborer who makes all their trinket jewelry for the thousands of stores they are in flying off the shelves in sales.
You have to pay the pumpers and pumping websites to do the promoting for the pump. Lyric probably has no capital available to do any significant promotion or PR.
Multiple times, I am on a first name basis with Abby who answers the phone and says she will relay my message and I will get a call back.......crickets is all I hear back.
Been lurking on here since I bought shares maybe 6 months ago now.
I think .003 or .004 is a good buy in and then let it pump and dump during the holiday season maybe make a few bucks or break even on your losses from previous higher buy ins.
But you never know when a pinkie is going to close the doors or in this case leave the rented old house on the side street. Lots of peeps just walking away from houses during these tough times unfortunately.
Sure hope so, would like to hold the .0053 low point if possible and not go any lower but I suspect .003 is not far away.
Just curious, you have to be seeing all the negative info about this company that maybe you were not aware of previously as evidenced by the response you got in your email to them.
Knowing what you know now, seeing all the secrecy and lack of respect for you as a share holder, would you still invest your money here if you could turn the clock back to the day you started?
Myself, no way, this is one of those billion authorized share scams which just keeps on going and going under the SEC radar in my opinion. There are to many of these little scam pink sheet companies for the SEC to focus their attention and the victims (investors) are the ones who get left out with nothing when the scam finally has to end...
Madoff demonstrated that very sell, other individuals and small companies do it also on a smaller level under the SEC radar in my personal opinion.
You have no factual info about their current financial status. For all you know they have BK papers signed and ready to file at anytime yet keep taking investor money based on pretty picture advertising and the few stores you visited and determined that their items were on the shelves.
Bottom line and I am sure everyone on this board will agree with this - If Lyric was making substantial profits from sales we would have heard about it in multiple PR formats and maybe even a current SEC report. They are most likely operating in negative capital and sinking deeper and deeper which explains the reason they want zero contact with share holders (partial owners) of the company. Keep the ponzie scheme going for as long as you can before declaring default in my opinion based on what I am seeing from this company.
Maks email response was a perfect example. He just wanted a few simple questions answered that were obviously public info accessible and within SEC guideline for info sharing with investors and he got no response other then thanks but no thanks for his email attempt.
Cmon people, look at facts not your dreams when making opinions.
According to the experts here like 99 there has never been a public forum share holder meeting or CC in at least 6 years that the company has been around. Looking more and more like a scam everyday.
You are 100% wrong and if you want me to prove it then get on a 3 way call with me when I call investor relations for the pharma company I have shares in. They are an OTC company just like Lyric with small operation and 16 employees but IR will talk on the phone for an hour with me. Wanna listen in and then correct your statement for all the board members here.
Stop providing false and misleading info about Lyric. It is not fair to the board members or potenttial/current investors.
Thanks for the post Mak. Certainly the company can discuss various things going on with share holders having to do with thier business model, current status, etc...as long as it is within SEC guidelines for public share inf in can be shares in a forum or individually with an investor that calls or emails. That is a complete BS lie of a response from Lyric.
I agree with your post 100% about Lyric and their response to their investors.
LOL, are you joking? Is that why they have not responded to me in any way shape or form because I am an investor and not a customer? Investors are the best customer Lyric has and they do not give a crap about them.
Has any share holder been able to speak with anyone from BOD on the phone ever or in person and ask company based questions? How about via email? Please post your email responses from Lyric. Would love to hear what they have to say.
They have somewhat of a P n D history for sure. If things were going so well and say sales and profits were up 25% from last year you bet we would have heard about it via multiple venues maybe even an SEC financial report on time and accurately done. Silence to me indicates the hail mary pass may be called at any time.
I hope all the investors make profits with this company but I do not like the operation at all at this point.
Me to just to average down and get out when I can get even or close.
Give it a month it will be .003 in my opinion.
Chart analysis is worthless with pinkies. To much manipulation and corruption going on with the MM's (in my opinion) so chart predictions do not work at these levels with consistency at all.
Well, .0053 low today. We will be in the .003 range in less then a month I believe. That may be the best time to average down more and then hope the holidays shopping pushes us back over a penney to get out. There will be a massive sell off if this goes back over a penney which will give you very little time to act because massive selling will bring he PPS right back down to the bottom again if you are lucky enough to be able to sell your existing shares.
99 then why doesn't Lyric put out PR on that or file SEC financial showing all the positive profit you are witnessing first hand?
I got in high also and have taken a big chance to average down my share cost. So far, it aint looking good for sure and the lack of contact from Lyric to its investors makes it even worse.
Seriously Mak, watching a few Lyric costume jewlery items being sold from a store or two is not a very strong indicator of overall sales and profit. If there were strong profits made during the quarter, Lyric would have filed SEC financial report or good PR. We got nada....
Mak, without hard data (SEC reports) none of us have any idea if thier products re selling or they are profitable. Walking into a store and asking a 20 year old sales person if the stuff sells is not a way to gauge profit margin. Of course she is going to to say it sells, she wants you to buy some for her commission.
The lack of regular SEC financial reporting, lack of positive PR and absolute secrecy in avoiding direct contact and questions from investors speaks volumes about the company and more and more people are realizing this which is reflected in the ever decreasing PPS.
Lyric has a duty and responsibility (if they are legit) to be accountable and accessible to their investors and provide them with as much info as they can legally the each investor can make an informed decision about the company. Lyric does not do this at all which is why investor confidence is failing along with the PPS. If this goes up a few pennies during the holidays then you sill see massive dumping of shares and right after the holidays back to .005 again.
You are correct. I guess it would just be nice if Lyric products were not produced in China but then they would need to have an actual manufacturing place of business and not just a rented old house on a side street for their corporate HQ.
Chinese economy is tanking like ours so maybe that is why the Lyric merchandise is not selling and the PPS keeps falling.....Go Lyric,I mean Go China,,,,well Go both....
I worked a lot of years in Asian communities. Did not see many Chinese people sporting the Lyric brand.
Thank you, please provide me their current communication methods. I know it is not by phone, in person or email so how does a simple investor like myself get their current financial report and status and ask questions about my investment and partial ownership in the company. Facebook? There have already been postings about deleted messages from the Lyric facebook site so that does not work.
Is there an investor relations person(s) that I can call and have a nice chat with on the phone about my investment and partial ownership in the company? One of my other stocks, I speak to IR every few weeks and get up to date current status info on the company. It is a small OTC company also but they take the time to talk to their investors hold share holder meetings do CC's have IR on the phone, file SEC reports, etc, etc, etc,, and they only have 16 employees and a small market cap like Lyric.
So tomorrow I have a lot of questions I would like to ask Lyric IR and/or management. Please provide me the means of doing so I get to speak with them directly. Thank you in advance for your help with this. The last entry on marketwire news posted by 99 was back in July. It is old and outdated and provides no means to ask for factual info from the company it is just a means of putting our PR but no direct contact.
